  • Multicultural Education From the Position of a Dialogue Approach

    Abstract:
    The article presents a scientific analysis of the problem of multicultural education. The dialogue approach as a methodological component of modern multicultural education, based on the position of the dialogue of cultures and cultural pluralism is characterized in the article. The concept of "dialogue" is characterized as the basis for interaction, support for the subjective position of the individual, its spiritual development in the educational process, and a way to unite different cultures. Cultural identity is highlighted as a favorable factor for introducing children to the world of culture and assimilating the values of other cultures; the relationship between cultural identity and cultural diversity is revealed, as well as the possibility of using such unity in building technologies of modern multicultural education. The methodological aspects of multicultural education of preschoolers: the process of developing values in preschoolers is creation of a multicultural educational environment. The author identifies the levels of development of value concepts in preschoolers: cognitive, evaluative, and activity. The author gives a meaningful description of pedagogical work with children at each selected level, describes the leading positions that should be used in the development of children's ideas about people of other nationalities. Methods. During the study, the authors carried out a theoretical analysis of the literature on the problem. It is concluded that in the process of implementing the principle of dialogics in multicultural education, children are prepared to understand another culture, to recognize the surrounding diversity.

    Abstract:
    The ways and means of implementing the contents of an additional professional educational advanced training program consisting of classroom and extracurricular activities aimed at incorporating the mastered experience into the practice of trainees (listeners) to solve specific problems of professional activity are considered. Based on the analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature, the purpose, objectives and content of the formation of professional competences of teachers of the native (Tatar) language within the additional advanced training program implementation and post-course period have been determined. The purpose of the study is to reveal the possibilities of additional professional educational advanced training program aimed at improving the multicultural competence of the teacher of native (Tatar) language “Formation of multicultural competences of the teacher of teacher of native (Tatar) language”. The author outlines that the aim of the additional professional educational program is to improve the professional competence of teachers of the native (Tatar) language, oriented and ready to work in a multicultural educational environment at the entry stage of Russian school in international competition. Methods. During the implementation of the program the following methods were applied: reflexive analysis, modeling, case-study, project method, etc. It is concluded that professional competences formed during the implementation of the additional professional educational advanced training program are designed to implement the tasks of multicultural education in practical activities of teachers of the native (Tatar) language.

Авторы подчеркивают, что в благополучной семье развитие личностных качеств ребенка протекает эффективно, однако в не благополучной семье дела обстоят иначе. Авторами рассмотрены причины появления эмоционального неблагополучия ребенка. Авторы приходят к выводу, что семья занимает важное место в развитии ребенка, в формировании его личности, поэтому необходимы хорошие отношения ребенка и родителей.

Отмечается, что начальным этапом перераспределения такой добавленной стоимости, является реализация государством фискальной функции по отношению ко всем субъектам, производящим добавленную стоимость. Это может быть, как реальный так финансовый сектор экономики. В статье осуществляется характеристика понятия «налоговый контроль» как элемента реализации фискальной функции государства, оптимизации фискального потенциала.

    Abstract:
    The proposed material is devoted to issues on higher legal education and state requirements for the organization and implementation of the educational process in educational institutions of higher education in Russia. The author studies the material on issues and problems of modern higher legal education, analyzes the legal acts in the field of education, including the state requirements for higher legal education. In the process of preparing this material, the following research methods were applied: analysis, generalization, comparison, etc. The research results have been discussed at All-Russian and International conferences, and many of them have been published. The author comes to the conclusion that the problems of higher legal education in Russia are based on the unverified use of approaches and guidelines of the Bologna process, as well as embedded in the current system of educational institutions of higher education, which includes “dummy universities”. Therefore, in order to improve higher legal education and improve the quality of training of students – potential lawyers in higher education institutions, the state and political will of the country's leadership and relevant departments in the field of education is necessary to form an effective Federal system of higher legal education, which provides for unified and coordinated Federal state requirements for the specialty “Jurisprudence” and the system of training specialists in the qualification “lawyer”, which provides for training in higher education institutions for at least 5 years.

    Abstract:
    The dominance of the technocratic model of civilization development has led to a number of global problems, each of which threatens the destruction of humanity. The most terrible of the threatening catastrophes is the anthropological one, the destruction of the human being in man. The necessity for comprehensive humanization of all spheres of human activity is argued. Humanitarization of higher technical education is considered the most important mechanism and means of forming a professional's humanitarian culture. The article presents the results of a study where a technical university students’ attitude to the study of Humanities was analyzed. The article reflects the problem of training teaching staff for technical universities and considers the reserves for improving the quality of training of undergraduates as prospective teachers. A three-stage model of undergraduates’ comprehensive training for professional and pedagogical activities of a technical university teacher is presented.

    The metaparadigmal approach to the analysis of conditions for the formation of social and cultural activity serves as a methodological basis for the study of modern transformations in the field of women's recreational leisure. Using this approach, new experimental data on effective conditions for the formation of subjective activity of women of the second period of adulthood, showing the importance of not only conditions, but also means of pedagogical regulation of social activity of women of mature age are presented in the article. The sources and incentives of manifestations of subjective activity as a complex structural formation of the individual that determine the selective, creative orientation of women in the field of recreational leisure are studied in detail.     Abstract:
    The ecology of a new Persian continuum culture, represented in two hypostases-states: the Iranian discourse and the Iranian dispositif is examined in the work. The Iranian discourse is considered on the basis of the introduction to the English translation of «Shahnameh» by Firdausi, composed and published by Arthur George and Edmond Warner in the early twentieth century. The Iranian dispositif is studied on the material of the Iranian media at the beginning of the twenty first century. The methodological basis of the work is the hermeneutical method, the phenomenological approach, and the linguistic topology. The structural units of analysis are linguoecological variables, or existentials, represented by text examples. The analysis makes it possible to draw conclusions about the ontological dimension of the Iranian discourse and the strategic imperative of the Iranian dispositif, determined by the ontological security of the Iranian society and the institutional culture of the Shanghai cooperation organization.

  • Advantages of Growing Field Peas in Mixed Crops With Rapeseed and Mustard

    Abstract:
    In field experiences studies on growing field peas in single-component and mixed seeding with spring rape and white mustard were conducted in the Middle Urals. The crop capacity was increased by 10,8% as well as the total yield was increased by 2.3 times up to 2.14 t / ha by the use of spring rape as a supporting and compacting crop in sowng peas with a seeding rate at 0.6 million / ha. It was found out that crop productivity of peas was decreased by 19.4% when the seeding rate was established at 0.4 million / ha, and the crop productivity of spring rape remained at the level of pure sowing – 1.23 t / ha. The total yield, in comparison with the pure sowing of peas, increased by 2.1 times from 0.93 to 1.98 t / ha. Mustard is less suitable as a supporting crop, although it ripes earlier and does not thrive in contrast to spring rape. The total yield and ratio of land equivalents in a mixture with spring rape is higher than with mustard and ranged from 1.66 to 1.98. Peas accounts for the bulk of the total yield (LERab = 0.81...1.48). The coefficients of competitiveness and aggressiveness of the studied crops in mixed sowing indicate the dominant role of field peas in the pea-rape and pea-mustard agrocenoses. The awned and foliose morphotype of field peas when grown in a mixture with mustard showed themselves equally, their competitiveness and aggressiveness coefficients were in a close range – Crab = 2.37...4.57; CAab = 0.72...1.87. The awned morphotype of field peas had the greatest aggressiveness and competitiveness when cultivated in a mixture with spring rape – CRab=6.78...17.80; CAab = 3.35...5.79. The foliose morphotype of field peas occupied an intermediate position and had a good competitive ability with less aggressiveness towards spring rape – Crab = 2.64...2.66; CAab = 2.06...2.13.
