    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the strategic objectives of Russian printing companies engaged in foreign economic activity. The analysis was carried out on the example of the printing house LLC "SHAR". The paper reveals the prerequisites for the analysis of strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats (SWOT analysis) as an indispensable tool for a comprehensive analysis of a company planning to carry out foreign economic activity, and already carrying out it. A SWOT analysis of Shar LLC was carried out with a focus on the foreign economic activity of the enterprise. Recommendations are given. The conclusions are formulated.

    Abstract:
    Целью работы является анализ организации управления экономикой государства во взаимосвязи с образованием в рамках интенсивно развивающейся цифровой экономики и формирование соответствующих цифровых навыков. Показано, что в совокупности цифровые технологии включают математическое, программное и информационное обеспечения, а также включают технологии сбора, хранения (база данных), обработки, поиска, передачи и представления, данных большого объема в электронном виде. Автор подчеркивает, что для решения представленных проблем требуются специалисты соответствующих цифровых навыков, и соответствующих цифровых образовательных технологий. Такие образовательные цифровые технологии представлены автором в форме учебника «Теория управления и практика принятия управленческих решений». Автор также отмечает, что задачи цифровой экономики, определенные одной тематикой, сформированы в виде контрольных работ, которые охватывают три уровня принятия решений: фирма рынок, регион, и выдаются студенту постепенно по мере повышению трудности решаемых задач.

    В данной статье ставится задача рассмотреть особенности взаимодействия школы и семьи младших школьников в поликультурной образовательной среде. Основное внимание в работе акцентировано на выявление специфики педагогической работы с семьей младшего школьника в поликультурной образовательной среде. На основе аналитического изучения теоретических источников раскрыты понятия: «педагогическое взаимодействие», «поликультурное образование», «поликультурная образовательная среда». В статье представлены особенности педагогической работы МБОУ «СОШ №22» города Абакана Республики Хакасия. Сделаны выводы о необходимости взаимодействия школы и семьи в поликультурной образовательной среде в целях выявления межкультурной толерантности.

    В статье рассматриваются информационные возможности корпусной лингвистики на материале предвыборного дискурса. Исследование основано на применении корпусных менеджеров AntConc и SketchEngine. Применение инструментов корпусной лингвистики является примером изучения фактов естественного языка с применением методов компьютерной лингвистики и информационных технологий. В статье выделены списки наиболее частотных лексем предвыборного дискурса Б. Обамы и Д. Трампа, показаны коллокационные профили дискурсов предвыборной кампании.

    Abstract:
    The article continues the theme of peculiarities of linguistic personality in the light of ethno-cultural interaction in the polylinguistic Pridnestrovian region. The purpose of the article is to characterize the Pridnestrovian language personality in the aspect of its ethno-cultural and interlingual lines of interaction, to identify difficulties in learning the Russian language of students for whom the native language is Moldavian. Methods. The analysis of language interference and transference in the Pridnestrovian region is carried out. The result of the analysis demonstrates some features of the fact that the Pridnestrovian language personality develops taking into account the phonetic, grammatical and lexical «mixing» of languages functioning on its territory. It is concluded that the detection, fixation of interference and transference in the region, their subsequent analysis is built by the author in the context of a positive assessment of these phenomena, since these natural processes in the polylinguistic region make the linguistic personality of Pridnestrovie unique and interesting for research.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to present a historical and cultural review of the fourth largest national minority living in the territory of modern Latvia, namely the Polish ethnic group. Based on the comparative historical method, the issues of preserving the identity of the Poles, as well as their role in the history, scientific life and cultural life of the country, are considered. As a result of this work, the facts of the interpenetration of Polish and Latvian cultures were revealed, which the author considers as a positive factor for the coexistence of different peoples in a multi-ethnic environment. It is concluded that the lack of hostility and hostility of the ethnic majority towards national minorities living in the territory of their state is extremely positive and has a significant contribution to the further formation and development of the nation.

  • Category of Terrible in the Tale and the Ethnic and Cultural Education in Kindergarten

    Relatives of child told him the tales before appearance the kindergartens as special institutions, and then the role of this narrators was passed on the kindergarten teachers, which were standing to read the folk and author's work on books. The aim of paper is to show, how the replacement of the environment from home to official substantially changes the perception by child of the tales, and the pedagogues must select the recitation especially carefully. Methods: brief historical survey about the features of the existence of folktales in patriarchal social environment gave; and the comparison with firsthand acquaintance of children with tales at present conducted. Result: the folktales were created in archaistic epoch and that is why not correspond with modern ethical standards. And even author's tales of the classical writers, that were built on folktales, inherited many their traits, including the mention about cruelty. Come to the conclusion that the componentry of aesthetics of terrible contain in the folktales and are able to hurt the immature child's soul.

    The experience of the urban secondary school on the development and implementation of its own model of the on-line multi-media library of environmental orientation as one of the clusters of multifunctional school information and library center is presented in the article. The purpose of the article is to consider the purpose, objectives, principles, expected outcomes of implementing this model, its structure, components, material and technical parameters and conditions of forming of networking cooperation between educational institutions, ready-to-use possibilities of multi-media library «ECO-school». The authors outline that in general, the multi-media library «ECO-school» is defined as a sphere of media education with special means and methods to ensure the educational process aimed at creating conditions for the implementation of students’ individual trajectories and expanding the digital space of extracurricular activities on the basis of networking cooperation. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, observation, and comparison. The model developed by the MAEI "Secondary school №26" in Ulan-Ude of the Republic of Buryatia is considered in the article. It is based on the principles of introducing electronic resources based on the school library as a factor that directly affects the quality of education. It is concluded that on the one hand, the multi-media library provides remote access to information resources belonging to other subjects of the information space represented on the Internet. On the other hand, the multi-media library «ECO-school» forms information resources created directly at the school or by members of the network community. In addition, the article provides brief guidelines for the application of the on-line multi-media library resources in students’ extracurricular environment-related activity.

    As noted in the explanatory note to the «Information Systems Specialist» professional standard, the success of implementing information systems is largely determined by the accuracy of their adaptation to the business processes of the customer organization. Today, BPMN notation is often used as a tool for extracting requirements for information systems. BPMN provides executable semantics that make it possible not only to draw up a detailed specification of a business process, but also to model it with numerical estimates. The aims of this study are to choose tools for teaching students from the number provided by BPMN notation: descriptive, analytical and executable, which allow to implement the third level of modeling; to define a methodology for teaching business modeling, including the ability to execute business processes in the universal BPMN runtimes and as an add-on on the configuration of the information system. The following methods have been used: comparative analysis and testing of the functionality provided for the development of business processes in the Bizagi and 1C: Enterprise tool environments, including the creation of the data and presentation layers necessary for BPMN execution. As a result, the main stages of business modeling are formulated, a functional comparison of tools for working at the following stages has been carried out: development of a business process model; development of a data layer that supports the execution of the process; mapping data to process tasks – forms of user tasks; programming business rules governing the process; execution of a business process by user-performer. The peculiarity of 1C: Enterprise is that the business process is essentially a superstructure over the layers of data and representations of the finished configuration of a process-oriented information system. The authors believe that both the first and the second approach deserve attention in terms of the educational process at the university for students of 09.03.02 «Information systems and technologies» specialty.
