    Abstract:
    В XIX веке в г. Санкт-Петербурге стремительно увеличивалась численность населения, происходил рост промышленного производства, торговли, сферы услуг. Это привело к увеличению потребления материальных ресурсов, которые необходимо было доставить в столицу. Основным видом транспортных коммуникаций, по которым перевозили грузы внутри страны, в XIX веке оставались водные артерии. В Санкт-Петербурге транспортная нагрузка на реки и каналы увеличивалась. Фабрики и заводы, расположенные по берегам рек, загрязняли их отходами производства, что делало речную воду непригодной для употребления населением. Перед государством стояла сложная задача – сохранить реки и каналы столицы в качестве источника питьевой воды, не нарушив при этом выполнение водными коммуникациями транспортных и промышленных задач. В статье рассматриваются меры государственной политики по рациональному использованию водно-транспортных коммуникаций, проводившиеся в этот период.

    Abstract:
    В статье приведены результаты оригинального исследования, выполненного на материале зародышей (n=70) и плодов (n=30) человека на разных стадиях эмбрионального развития. В связи с тем что процесс становления кровоснабжения и иннервации мужской половой железы в эмбриогенезе человека остается малоизученным, тема исследования является актуальной. В работе использовали анатомические, гистологические, морфометрические методы и методы вариационно-статистической обработки полученных данных. Установлено, что яичковая артерия формируется из одного из каудальных мезонефральных сосудов и впервые выявляется у зародышей 30–35 мм ТКД. Источником иннервации мужской половой железы являются брюшное аортальное и нижнее подчревное сплетения. Органогенез мужской половой железы находится в тесной взаимосвязи с развитием яичковой артерии, кровоснабжением органа и формированием иннервационного аппарата.

    Автор анализирует реакцию в Великобритании и Японии на подписание союзного соглашения и приходит к выводу, что факт оформления договора нашел широкий и неоднозначный отклик у представителей правящей элиты, лидеров оппозиции, общественности обеих стран. Если в Японии соглашение было встречено с почти единодушным энтузиазмом, в столице и крупных городах прошли торжественные банкеты с участием видных политиков, то в Великобритании, наряду с похвалами в адрес правительства, прозвучали и голоса противников отказа страны от политики «блестящей изоляции». Соглашение вызвало дебаты в Палате общин британского парламента. Либеральная пресса опубликовала ряд материалов с довольно резкими комментариями статей договора. В основном, в английском обществе дискуссия велась по вопросу о том, насколько и чем союз с Японией выгоден Великобритании, и не проиграла ли последняя, решившись на его подписание.

    В статье на основе анализа государственно-правовых актов и специальной литературы рассмотрены особенности религиозной политики царизма по отношению «казанских иноверцев» в XVIII в. Проблема русско-православной унификации мозаичного в этноконфессиональном плане населения Российской империи являлась приоритетной. Правительства российских монархов применяли различные меры по обращению иноверного населения в православие и утверждению в них русско-православной духовности. Исследование основывается прежде всего на историко-хронологическом, историко-сравнительном методах, а также институциональном подходе. Материал статьи позволит расширить и дополнить историографию истории христианизации народов Среднего Поволжья.

    В статье анализируется выборка сообщений о проявлениях образа лешего, полученных в результате проведенного автором интернет-опроса. Автор приходит к выводам о сохранности образа лешего в городской традиции, выявляет сюжетные параллели приведенных респондентами описаний с традиционными фольклорными сюжетами, показывает нетипичные для фольклорной традиции элементы современных рассказов о проявлениях образа лешего. Результаты исследования могут иметь важное значение для рассмотрения современной динамики фольклорных сюжетов в городской среде.

    Abstract:
    Folk dance is an important tool in preparing students of the College of Culture for teaching as leaders of an amateur creative team. The content of their training includes the choreographic creativity of different peoples. The purpose of the article is to determine the necessary and sufficient minimum knowledge about the specific features of the Chuvash national choreography so that students can use this knowledge to implement choreographic productions, improve performing techniques and embody the manner of performing the Chuvash folk dance. The material of the research was the author's long-term observations of the Chuvash folk choreography, passed through personal experience of staging dances for the professional stage. The work is based on the description method and in general is of a review nature. Folk dance is the most expressive layer of the Chuvash culture. It contains a significant potential necessary to maintain the vital properties of the Chuvash ethnos. In particular, it has unique ethnic features and only in some cases allows borrowing from other peoples. In general, the Chuvash dance in movements repeats the aesthetics of national embroidery. Important properties in the Chuvash dance are endowed with hands: women's movements are extremely smooth and slow, men's are sharp and fast. The position of the hands, combined with the movement of the legs and the body as a whole, create a unique ethnic flavor. Chuvash dances have dialectal differences according to ethnographic groups, while they are based on a single complex, historically dating back to rituals and ceremonies.

  • Application of the Typological Approach in the Educational Space of the Higher School

    Abstract:
    The purpose of this article is to generalize the ideas of teachers, psychologists, sociologists and acmeologists about the typological approach to students in the educational space of higher education. When writing the work, the tasks of systematizing existing students and building their own typology of students were solved based on the generalization of personality types, learning opportunities, styles of learning activities, the leading representative system and other criteria for identifying student typologies for the implementation of educational, educational and developmental activities of the university. The following scientific methods were used in the work: methods of analysis and synthesis, generalization and systematization, and the modeling method. The article shows that the typological approach is applicable for identifying and describing the main types characteristic of the subjects of the educational process on the scale of higher education. Particular attention is paid to the mechanisms for the development and application of the typological approach and the possibilities on its basis to organize productive interaction between the teacher and the student, taking into account the strengths of the individual, the levels of actual development and the areas of immediate development of students. It is shown that the resource capabilities of the identified personality types of trainees are actualized with the help of a master teacher, who applies individual, differentiated and personality-oriented approaches to future professionals in the course of their professional and personal development in the cycles of readable disciplines and in the system of educational activities of the university. The result of the study was the development of a comparative table of methods for typology of students (taking into account psychological-pedagogical and acme-oriented approaches and criteria for identifying typological groups) and their consideration in the organization of the educational process in higher education. The table systematizes the views of psychologists, sociologists, teachers and acmeologists on the educational process at the university over the past few decades and demonstrates the best ways for the educational activities of students.

    Russian Russians in Ukraine are, by historical law, an indigenous people, since Russian and Ukrainian have a common ethno-cultural origin. Bearing in mind the common history until the beginning of the XX century, a significant population of the current Ukrainian lands associated themselves with Russians. At the end of the XX century, Russians and Ukrainians gained their national statehood. But the fraternal peoples have in common memories of the indigenous ethnic unity of Ancient Russia, of the epic three heroes who defended Holy Russia, of the canonical saints of the Russian Orthodox Church. However, today we are all witnessing attempts by the Ukrainian political elite to rewrite the pages of our common history.
