Предлагается проведение социальных экспериментов для анализа результатов от тотального дистанционного образования и удаленной работы.

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that nowadays, the question of the influence of gender stereotypes on the role and participation of Kyrgyz women in politics, from a linguistic point of view, has been little studied in Kyrgyzstan. The article is devoted to the ethnocultural traditions and gender stereotypes of the Kyrgyz society that affect the activity and involvement of women in the political life of the state. The author pays attention to the role of Kyrgyz women in the history of the country, examines Kyrgyz proverbs and folk clichés, which are the folk heritage of the people. The purpose of the article is to identify ethnocultural factors that determine the gender roles of men and women, as well as their impact on society. Research methods. During the study a descriptive method was applied. The following folklore materials were taken as a basis: Kyrgyz proverbs from "Kyrgyz makal, lakap, uchkul sozdoru" by M. Ibragimov, traditional rules of relationships between people of different ages and genders, principles of youth upbringing. As a result of the analysis, the author concludes that the traditions and stereotypes of Kyrgyz society endow men and women with gender traditional roles: a man plays a major role in the family, in society and is engaged in “male affairs”, while a woman is assigned a secondary role, she only deals with home and family. It is emphasized that such attitudes largely limit the political activity of women.

  • On Positive Complementarity in the Context of History of Missionary Work in the Chuvash Region

    Abstract:
    The article explores the reasons why the interaction between Russian and Chuvash culture became possible in the framework of Christian missionary work. Purpose of the study is to show that both cultures have positive complementarity. Methods. Comparative, analytical and descriptive methods were used by the authors. The study is based on the cultural and historical situation, i.e. adoption of Christianity in the Chuvash and Russian culture. Research results. In the process of research, the authors identified common features that bring the transition to the fold of Christianity in Ancient Russia and the Chuvash culture closer together, despite the thousand-year time distance. In their opinion, the deep assimilation of Christianity by the Chuvash culture is explained by the presence of a certain algorithm that regulated the penetration of the new religion into the pagan environment. The authors define Russian culture as donor culture and Chuvash culture as recipient culture. Christianity became the force thanks to which the Chuvash culture was revived. Before the adoption of Orthodoxy within the framework of its ethnoreligion, it was an immature education that needed to realize its creative potential. The Chuvash culture needed to realize the creative possibilities inherent in it, representing an entity striving to realize itself. Thanks to the Christian enlightenment, the Chuvash culture got this opportunity and successfully implemented it.

    The article examines the shortcomings and contradictions of the provisions on enforcement fees in the law "On enforcement proceedings", analyzes various points of view about the legal nature of enforcement fees. The author substantiates the necessity of refusing to interpret the enforcement fee as a measure of administrative enforcement in enforcement proceedings arising from civil-law relations, and the expediency of its interpretation as a reward for the services of bailiffs. It is proposed to divide the Russian Executive legislation into administrative and civil ones, with the development of an Administrative Executive code and a Civil Executive code, similar to the Criminal Executive code of the Russian Federation, and to harmonize the Executive legislation with the current laws on resolving debt problems: Federal law No. 127-FL of 26.10.2002 "On insolvency (bankruptcy)" and Federal law No. 230-FL of 03.07.2016 "On protection of the rights and legitimate interests of individuals when performing activities for the return of overdue debt and on amendments to the Federal law "On microfinance activities...".

    The article is devoted to the consideration of regional innovation clusters in the context of a circular economy implementation. Using the example of the titanium industry, the author analyzes the titanium regional innovation cluster, identifies and studies the conditions, factors, and directions for implementing circular economy policy in the cluster. The analysis of titanium production waste was also carried out. It is concluded that the necessary conditions are created in the cluster and the main factors of the circular economy are implemented and the effectiveness of its use is observed.

  • Methodological Typology of Grammar Content of German as a Minor Language With English as a Major Language

    Abstract:
    The article under consideration addresses problems of teaching grammar (with German as a minor language and English as a major language) in modern Russian schools. Method of research. In order to solve the problems, the authors propose a methodological typology of the content of teaching grammar in 5th grade with English as a major language on the basis of training and methodology complex “Horisonte”, taking into account the difficulties in mastering grammatical material. This typology was created using the following methods: analysis (during looking for the content), synthesis (at the stage of creating a grammatical typology of the German based on English) and forming of hypotheses (in results of the research). Result of the research. As a result of grammatical typology, the grammatical units for the 5th grade in “Spotlight” Student’s book are divided into three unequal groups. This fact simplifies the perception of the material by pupils during the intensification of the educational process and helps to build the educational process so that both languages studied by pupils are mastered at the proper level and using an intercultural approach. Conclusions. The importance of the research lies in forming system of German as a minor language for learning it in Russian schools and in the even distribution of power and time while teaching German as a minor language.
