    Abstract:
    The purpose of the work is to describe the method of the linguoculturological field (LCF), the features of its application in RFL classes and to demonstrate its capabilities in the aspect of professionalization. The theoretical substantiation of the method is given, the principles of LCF formation in the didactic aspect are formulated and models of three linguistic and cultural fields are presented. The following research methods were used in the work: the method of controlled selection, conceptual analysis, synthesis, field modeling. The authors noted the need for the formation of non-philological specialties among foreign students along with the professional competence of linguistic and cultural competence. This approach can greatly facilitate the process of entry of foreign students into the field of professional language, and also gives them the opportunity to get acquainted with Russian culture at the same time. The latter, in turn, will contribute to the formation of communicative competence, which is necessary for successful study in Russia. It is possible to achieve the simultaneous development of these three competencies by applying the LCF method. As a result, a key concept corresponding to their professionalization develops in the minds of students. For medical students it is a "Russian doctor", for military school students it is a "Russian warrior", for music students it is a "Russian musician". The article traces the connection of linguoculturology, linguistics and professional language. The concept of the linguoculturological field, its structure and units (linguoculturemes) is given. These units are, among other things, vocabulary located at the junction of the mentioned disciplines. Three linguistic and cultural fields have been formed, each of which contains 5 lists of linguistic units: 1) frequently used words; 2) sample contexts; 3) prominent figures in the field; 4) fiction and non-fiction texts; 5) quotes and sayings. These units generally cover the center, periphery and cultural component of each simulated field. It is proposed to organize RCT training, moving from the center to the periphery of the field according to educational centers united by the corresponding cultural theme. Brief recommendations on the implementation of the training center in the thematic plan are also given.

    В статье авторы анализируют дипломатические приемы и инструменты, используемые государствами во внутренней и внешней политике, направленные на сохранение человеческих ресурсов. В ходе исследования деятельности крупных военно-политических группировок и военных блоков показано, как форсировалась гонка вооружений и проводилась агрессивная политика с использованием вооруженной силы и тем самым сгущалась атмосфера взаимного недоверия и подозрительности. Авторы, используя метод когнитивного моделирования и построив когнитивные карты, показывают связи в анализируемых социальных практиках с позиции исследования средств дипломатического давления, используемые дипломатами и разведчиками для достижения целей во внешнеполитической и внутриполитической сферах влияния.

  • World War I Through the Eyes of a Cavalryman: an Overview of the Diary Entries

    Abstract:
    The work is devoted to the analysis of the field diaries of the participant of the First World War V.D. Efremov (1890–1978), a native of the Chuvash village of Ilyutkino, Staro-Maksimkinskaya volost, Chistopol district, Kazan province. The purpose of the research is to study the document in the context of historical events and introduce them into scientific use. The work is based on the author's field materials. The document is analyzed from a historical perspective. At the same time, in this work, the author turns to ethnographic and literary approaches. V.D. Efremov (1890–1978) – cavalryman of the 5th squadron of the 14th Dragoon Little Russian regiment. His diary entries were made in Russian in 1915 on the territory of Belarus. The value of this document lies in the fact that it represents the records made during the hostilities themselves. There is not so much evidence of this kind in Russian historiography. The records allow us to trace the movement of a soldier for more than six months and his perception of military events. Interesting in the diary is a poetic text in the Chuvash language, the author of which is K.D. Efremov, brother of a soldier. The song is filled with philosophical content and was written in the folklore traditions of the Chuvash people.

    Based on the analysis of archival and bibliographic sources, the paper examines the financial, economic, criminal and international aspects of the policy of the Soviet state in the field of protection and maintenance of the national currency and economic sovereignty of the USSR in the 1920s-early 1950s. Special attention is paid to the study of the law enforcement practice of Soviet punitive bodies. In conclusion, conclusions are formulated designed to actualize the priority of conducting a unified financial, credit and monetary policy in the Russian Federation

    В работе, автор, опираясь на методы сравнительного анализа и системного структурирования, рассмотрел некоторые аспекты глобального феномена генезиса и полиморфной эволюции марксизма, его теоретической и практической актуальности. Основной целью была оценка феномена полиморфной трансформации исходного марксизма из ортодоксально жёсткой идеократической философско-политэкономической научной системы в совокупность учений, синтезирующих в себе разнородные естественно-научные, этические, философские (в том числе и теократические), экономические и политические подходы. Делается вывод о уникальной в мировой науке способности марксизма к полиморфной эволюции.

Деятельность чиновников управлялась надзорным органом Тайной канцелярии и фискальной службой, что выстроило вертикаль власти. Появилась новая система управлении, совершенствовалась армия и флот, основан Санкт – Петербург и Российская империя становится на международной арене как великое государство.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются некоторые аспекты историографии семейной политики СССР и России. Дается краткий обзор источников, попавших в кругозор авторов от середины 1950-х гг. до начала 2000 гг. Речь идет о том, что в 1950-е гг. проблемы семейной политики рассматривались преимущественно с точки зрения охраны материнства и детства. В 1960-е гг. ученые переходят к проблемам более глубокого порядка: брачно-семейным отношениям. В 1970–1980-е гг. ученые делают акцент на взаимосвязи демографической и социально-экономической политики, фиксируется кризисная ситуация в семейных процессах. На рубеже ХХ–ХХI вв. интерес ученых направлен на необходимость реализации более эффективной семейной политики в контексте глубокого демографического кризиса.

    The authors of the article considered officer families, defined the role and importance of the family for the officer, highlighted the socio-psychological characteristics of the family of a serviceman, taking into account the influence of the specifics of military service on it. The authors gave an answer to the question how to create a prosperous and happy family for officers, taking into account four types of compatibility, presented the results of a survey conducted among female servicemen studying at the Military Academy of Communications, who answered the question: "What factors of well-being of an officer's family in the modern world do you consider the main ones?", gave recommendations for the preservation of prosperous relationships in young officer families.

    В статье дана характеристика социально положения семьи и жестокого обращения как факторов угрозы безопасности детей. Представлены выводы проведенного анализа хроники происшествий и случаев агрессивного поведения родителей или законных представителей детей, жестокого обращения в семье за последние три года, который показал, что вне поля зрения образовательных организаций и органов опеки оставались случаи многолетних физического и психологического насилия детей в семье. Определены социально-педагогические условия комплексной профилактики насилия в семье по отношению к несовершеннолетним.
