  • Lexico-Semantic Groups of Chuvash Hydronyms

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the lexical and semantic analysis of Chuvash hydronyms. The purpose of the study is to classify the names of water bodies by lexical and semantic groups, to identify the main principles of the nomination of hydro-names. The article deals with the names of rivers and streams, lakes and ponds, swamps and swampy places, the names of springs and wells. The main material for the analysis was collected by the author during field research, data from the toponymic file of the Scientific Archive of the CSUH and various cartographic sources, maps of land stored in rural administrations of the Chuvash Republic were used. The main methods are descriptive, comparative, typological, and statistical ones. The results of the study showed that according to the lexical and semantic classification, Chuvash hydronyms are divided into two groups: 1) hydronyms that reflect the physical and geographical properties of water bodies and their environment; 2) hydronyms that have arisen as a result of practical human activity. Most of the names of water bodies are based on a specific feature of the geographical realities themselves. Their Chuvash language can be grouped into the following subgroups: 1) names containing a significant feature of the object; 2) names indicating the ground, soil; 3) names related to the plant world; 4) names associated with the animal world; 5) names indicating the location of the water body; 6) names expressed by numerical indicators; 7) figurative and metaphorical names. Hydronyms that have arisen as a result of the practical activity of a person are divided into the following subgroups: 1) hydronyms related to the life and economic life of the population; 2) hydronyms whose meanings are related to the social life and spiritual culture of the population; 3) hydronyms derived from anthroponyms; 4) hydronyms derived from ethnonyms; 5) hydronyms derived from toponyms. It is concluded that as a result of lexical and semantic analysis, it is possible to establish the principles of the nomination of hydronymes, to identify the physical and geographical characteristics of the area, to obtain new information about the material and spiritual culture of the Chuvash people.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the possibilities of forming partnerships in the “school – university” educational system, the features of the development of extended cooperation on the example of a model made in the IDEF0 notation, which is widely used in world practice. Possible ways to optimize approaches and planning of the educational process that would meet the latest trends of educational standards are analyzed. The problem of the need to introduce new pedagogical practices, which is caused by a change in the functional approach, is considered. Various methodologies and practices of process and project management that have the advantage of multi-level activity decomposition are analyzed. The graphical language and visualization of which helps to form a detailed representation of the overall picture for the full implementation of the tasks set. The purpose of the presented process model is to establish network partner relations between schools and universities. The step-by-step, waterfall process model proposed in the article clearly demonstrates the amount of resources needed and determines the step-by-step process of project implementation. The considered possibility of establishing partnership relations is aimed at attracting potential University applicants. The awakening of academic interest among potential applicants is formed through the use of various activities on the part of the educational institution and the activity team.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the application of the positional vision of the structures of a literary text to the categorical apparatus of the functional theory of text. The relevance of the problem under consideration is explained by the need to systematize the methodological concepts of various concepts in modern Russian studies and to develop, on this basis, methodological recommendations that can improve the use of the textocentric approach with focus on school education. The article uses philological methods of modern text theory, in particular, structural theory of text (Yu. M. Lotman), stylistic analysis of a literary text (N. A. Rudiakov), linguistic tool studies (A. N. Rudiakov), methods of highlighting intense positions of text (I. V. Arnold), some ideas of communicative stylistics (N. S. Bolotnova), as well as original author's methods. The study material are presented by poems by Joseph Brodsky: «Vse chuzhdo v dome novomu zhiltcu…» (1962), «V derevne Bog zhivet ne po uglam…» (1964 ) and «Ty ne skazhesh komaru…» (1991), the experience of the interpretation of which made it possible to illustrate the epistemological effectiveness of the positional approach. The results of the research allow us to systematize the ideas about the basic principles of linguistic and hermeneutical description of a literary text. Modeling of the functional relationship between the conceptual information of a poetic text and its significant components, identified when using the concept of "strong position of the text", is possible by applying a General regulatory understanding of language activity, which is based on the approach to language as a tool for speech influence on the individual picture of the recipient's world. The conclusions reached by the author of the article make it possible to clarify the basic concepts of the functional theory of text related to the interpretation of the elements of the individual author's world picture in the literary text and also to offer a methodological basis for applying linguistic knowledge to the issues of text analysis in school practice.

    Abstract:
    The issue of abilities is important in solving the problem of the job analysis and career guidance in psychology. Therefore, it is actual to determine the level of knowledge of this problem worldwide and its effective use in psychological activity. To solve this problem, the world scientific literature and information resources of the Internet were studied by the method of literary analysis. As a result, it was noted that in the field of psychology of the CIS countries, there are two types of abilities, namely general and special abilities. In the United States, the Taxonomy of Human Abilities was developed by E.A. Fleishman, which includes 52 types of abilities in four classes: cognitive, psychomotor, physical, and sensory. There is a clear definition of each ability, and currently in Uzbekistan, psychometric tests diagnosing 14 types of cognitive abilities have been adapted and standardized.

    The article is devoted to the analysis of tax control in credit organizations in order to effectively identify violations by tax authorities. When writing the article, the general scientific method of cognition was used - a system analysis, which allowed us to examine in more detail the peculiarities of internal and external tax control applicable to credit organizations. The authors proposed a matrix of risks and control procedures of a credit institution for use in the initial analytical tax control.

  • Componentional Analysis of Verbs With a General Meaning “Manner of Movement” in English and Russian Languages

    Abstract:
    The article deals with problems of differentiating verb units with partially same meaning and the lexical meaning in modern dictionaries. The purpose of the research is to identify the integral and differential features of verbs with the common meaning “manner of movement” in English. Methods of research. In the process of the research the following research methods were used: descriptive method, method of opposition component analysis, associative experiment method, receptive experiment method, experimental method, contextual analysis. The object of the study are verbs: to dash, to parade, to race, to roam, to march, to shamble, to plod, to lumber, to shuffle, to stride, to stroll, to strut, to trudge, to wander. The authors of the article emphasize that the choice of these verb units is due to the fact that they are the most frequent lexemes representing the lexico-semantic group of verbs with the common meaning “manner of movement”. Research results. As a result of the lexicographic analysis it is turned out that the dictionary entries do not completely reveal the situation, and experimental analysis revealed additional components that depend on context.

    Abstract:
    Ethnic tourism is an important cultural and educational direction in the field of knowledge of traditions and everyday life of an ethnic group. The subject of the research is ethnic tourism. The research is aimed at solving the scientific problem of substantiating and developing modern forms of internal ethnotourism in a multicultural region. The purpose of the work is to determine the features and prospects of ethnic tourism in the sustainable development of territories. Methods: comparative and geographical, statistical methods, SWOT-analysis, field research. It was revealed that Russia, being a multi-ethnic state, has significant prerequisites for the development of ethnic tourism and contributes to the inclusion of the original culture of peoples in the world heritage. Important centers of ethnotourism in the regions of Russia are ethnographic museums, open-air museums, and ethnographic villages, the concentration of which can be observed in Western Siberia and the Ural-Volga region. One of the promising areas for the development of ethnic tourism is the Orenburg region, which has a number of competitive advantages (the presence of various forms of folk art, including the holding of popular mass national holidays; the production of exclusive goods and services that are products of folk crafts; the presence of a greater number and variety of types of cultural heritage objects). The article concludes that the development of ethnic tourism cultivates respect for the traditional culture of various peoples of Russia.

However, there are a number of problems, one of which is limited resources. Limited resources make organizations struggle to attract these resources and create competition between them. The second problem is the level of risk. There are a huge number of organizations, each of which has an individual structure and different financial position. Thus, the level of risk from investing in a particular organization will also be different. Together, all of the above is a prerequisite for the emergence of the concept of "investment attractiveness".

    The proposed material is devoted to issues on higher legal education and state requirements for the organization and implementation of the educational process in educational institutions of higher education in Russia. The author studies the material on issues and problems of modern higher legal education, analyzes the legal acts in the field of education, including the state requirements for higher legal education. In the process of preparing this material, the following research methods were applied: analysis, generalization, comparison, etc. The research results have been discussed at All-Russian and International conferences, and many of them have been published. The author comes to the conclusion that the problems of higher legal education in Russia are based on the unverified use of approaches and guidelines of the Bologna process, as well as embedded in the current system of educational institutions of higher education, which includes “dummy universities”. Therefore, in order to improve higher legal education and improve the quality of training of students – potential lawyers in higher education institutions, the state and political will of the country's leadership and relevant departments in the field of education is necessary to form an effective Federal system of higher legal education, which provides for unified and coordinated Federal state requirements for the specialty “Jurisprudence” and the system of training specialists in the qualification “lawyer”, which provides for training in higher education institutions for at least 5 years.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the results of studies on the creation of managerial tools for further use in public sphere. The main idea of a work is to create a transparent system of calculation of funds allocated by the state treasury for needy persons, as state assistance. Implementation of the project includes general study of properties and subtleties of working with big data, knowledge of mathematical logic, algebra and number theory, availability of programming skills. The Python was chosen as the programming language, as it includes a large number of libraries for comfortable work with data, and is visible in use. It should be noted that today the number of families with many children throughout the territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan is 340,377 thousand families, the number of families with a small income of about 391thousand pieces, the number of single parents receiving state benefits aspires to 125 thousand people. The existence of such an acute issue in the area of assistance to those in need encouraged the State to allocate funds to close the problem. The software platform studied in this article serves for visual information of citizens.

    The study presents an analysis of the external environment of a trading enterprise based on modern methods for assessing its strategic capabilities. The concept and features of the external environment of commercial organizations are analyzed; PEST analysis of the confectionery industry, analysis of the environmental profile of the indirect impact on the trading company using expert judgment; identified opportunities and threats using the method of positioning; The degree of intensity of competition based on the five factor model of Porter is determined. The result of the study is the development of possible directions for the development of a trading enterprise in the future using the SWOT method – analysis and establishing relationships in assessing the impact of the organizational environment on a trading company using the «cross-impact analysis» method, which made it possible to formulate four sets of possible strategic alternatives.

    В статье отражены итоги социометрического анализа степени межэтнической толерантности и противодействия экстремистским идеологиям студентов Казанского национального исследовательского технологического университета (далее КНИТУ). Авторы подчеркивают, что для многовековых традиций ислама в Поволжье, как свидетельствуют исторические данные, характерна самобытная культура, отличающая от культуры мусульманских стран Востока, Средней Азии и регионов Северного Кавказа. Появление зарубежных студентов, внешне выражающих свою религиозность и инокультурную принадлежность, вызвало в первый момент встречный интерес, сопровождающийся симпатией, а затем – неприязнь и даже испуг. Авторы приходят к выводу, что полученные данные анкетирования студентов КНИТУ за несколько лет указывают на достаточно высокую степень вариативности отношений к иностранной молодежи в различные периоды, что может способствовать развитию интолерантных взглядов и формированию локального экстремизма.

    The work considers the types of thinking and levels of their formation, based on a two-factor classification of educational tasks. Examples of pattern tasks and algorithm tasks are given. It was hypothesized that a transition to the next level of education implies a step in the predominance of the type of thinking (in the proposed typology).     Abstract:
    In article criteria for assessment of corporate culture at school as the organizations of special type are offered. The main approaches to assessment of corporate culture of the organizations on the basis of which the system of criteria for it assessment in the educational organizations is developed are considered. Within article rather independent system of criteria and indicators for assessment of corporate culture, in relation to specifics of the educational organization is offered. Offered systems assumes assessment of corporate culture in points. It allows to conduct monitoring and to compare the level of this culture at different schools and in dynamics.
