- Abstract:
- The article examines the dual aspects of the influence of artificial intelligence (AI) and neural networks on human psychological security. On the one hand, AI technologies can serve as a powerful tool for improving mental health by offering personalized solutions and support in crisis situations. On the other hand, their use is also associated with risks such as loss of privacy, manipulation of consciousness and dependence on technology. The influence of algorithms on the formation of public opinion and the emotional state of users is analyzed, as well as the ethical and legal aspects of the introduction of AI in areas related to mental health are considered. In conclusion, the need to develop comprehensive strategies aimed at minimizing risks and maximizing the resources provided by new technologies to ensure psychological security in modern society is emphasized.

- Abstract:
- Modern trends in the development of the world economy «force» the enterprises of the Russian Federation to look for new ways to activate their production capacities. The core of this revitalization is innovation activity. Innovations permeate all types of society's activities and are the main factor and incentive for the development and competitiveness of the country. The Russian economy has a high innovation potential, but the level of application of this potential and mastering of innovation processes is still not high enough. - Abstract:
- Upbringing is the basis of educational environment. During the modern information age upbringing as a social phenomenon stands as one of the essential sides of geopolitics, it forms the core of cultural and spiritual tradition and practice of education. Upbringing is as a rule the foundation for the creative attitude to the systems of life-affirmative values, yet it can become a tool for the reframing these systems into something else, sometimes absolutely alien to the spirit and nature of a human, his social and biological essence. Upbringing is much more than adaptive socialization; it is the social and cultural tool for keeping or rebuilding society and social relations. They feed up heroes, defenders, creators but the others feed up cowards, destroyers and parasites. Our world has entered the times of irreversible global changes with non-defined historical perspectives. Author of this book connects the problem schedule of modern education within the context of deep, truly revolution changes in human attitudes to the possibilities and spheres of adaptation of high technology to the high humanitarian strategies and ideas about human anthropology. He also connects these ideas and strategies with the geopolitical crisis of the modern world, global problems and global order where Russia has to not only self-define in the foremost 20-40 years, but also adopt leadership functions to elaborate a new spiritual vision of the moral world order. They should help to overdue its own symptoms and consequences of deep system social crisis and overcome such system threats of the inflicted insane world order, that is possible to lead humankind to the biological dead-ends of anthropogenesis, that is why it is necessary for the citizens to beat these tendencies back. Time has come and the question if our children would be blessed by the enlightened future? Alternatively, there will be no future at all – the solution of this question depends on us.

- Abstract:
- Currently, considerable attention is paid to the role of the substantive-spatial environment in the functioning of educational institutions, from preschool institutions to higher educational institutions. The aim of the exploratory study was to examine teachers' perceptions of the substantive-spatial environment of secondary school. The study was conducted by online polling in Google form using a pilot questionnaire that included questions-statements regarding various aspects of the school's substantive-spatial environment. The respondents were 39 school teachers (33 women and 6 men). When processing the results, φ*-criterium of the Fisher angular transformation was used. The results of the study showed that the teachers showed the greatest unanimity, characterizing in general their positive attitude towards design innovations at school, and equally unanimously they did not agree that the substantive-spatial environment of the school was indifferent to them; it was shown that about two-thirds of the surveyed teachers showed interest in improving various aspects of the substantive-spatial environment of the school, which made it possible to identify their preferences in the design of the school interior (living plants, places for quiet rest, color scheme, etc.); it was noted, although less common, but also found in teachers, resistance to design innovations in the school substantive-spatial environment, varying from neutral to conservative.

- Abstract:
- Consideration from critical positions of numerous researches and scientific and methodical works of scientists and experts in the field of innovative activity revealed the fact that among the least studied problems can be attributed to the effect of innovations and innovations. The purpose of this study is the theoretical justification and methodological solution of the complex issues of innovation effect. There are several reasons for this. At least five of them can be formulated as follows: first, there are no large-scale studies on the cycle of effects on the stages of the innovation process. There are practically no theoretically verified methods of calculating the value of the effect; secondly, in the scientific economic literature prevails one-sided view of the competitive relationship between the subjects of innovation. The system of specific communications, which is built on the basis of the effect of innovation and includes both competition and cooperation, is not taken into account; thirdly, there is a small share of research and, as a result, there is still little known about the mechanisms of diffusion of innovation, the ratio of creativity and imitation in the absence of a quantitative assessment of the effect of innovation; fourth, there is no clear understanding of the forms of relationships between certain types of innovation effect and the competitiveness of goods and enterprises; fifth, the experience of functioning of developed countries in the conditions of innovative type of economy shows that economic knowledge should become qualitatively different, oriented to a new idea of innovation not as a goal, but as a means of enterprise development in a market economy. The paper uses General scientific methods of cognition: induction, deduction, synthesis, methods of comparative, multifactorial, functional and situational analysis, statistical groupings and expert-analytical methods.

- The article raises the question of improving the quality of educational services of a higher educational institution through innovative implementations, since it is the quality of education that forms the high level of competitiveness of a university, and therefore, there is a need to create a mechanism for educational services quality management. To create this mechanism, the main subjects, objects and functions of market relations in the field of educational services were identified, and the most optimal types of innovations for institutions of higher professional education were considered. The aim of the study is to determine the essence of quality management of educational services of a modern university on the basis of innovative implementations. During the study the following methods were used: theoretical, analysis, comparison. The result: the developed model allowed us to identify the most complex areas of the quality management mechanism development. Based on this, a five-block model of the cycle of harmonizing the quality of educational services with the task of implementing innovations was developed, which will contribute to the creation of a single set of educational services and the goals of innovative potential development. Conclusion: considering the results obtained, evaluative combinations of the university’s efficiency and effectiveness indicators were identified for determining the direction of innovative development, which allow us to characterize the level of the university development and, in accordance with it, introduce the optimal type of innovations that will contribute to the successful development of the institution of higher education.
