    The chapter considers the problem of forming a multipolar information space and the need to regulate international information security. It analyzes international legal acts regulating information resources. The main attention is paid to the documents adopted by the UN General Assembly and the Council of Europe, which are aimed at combating the criminal use of information technologies and forming a culture of cybersecurity. It is noted that the international community recognizes the importance of information security, but there is a problem of a common understanding of key issues, which complicates the global regulation of this area. In this regard, it is proposed to develop a new universal document at the global level under the auspices of the UN and to unify international legislation in the field of ensuring information security and to develop new regulatory legal acts that can adequately respond to the challenges of the digital age.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the state of development of theoretical and methodological foundations for the diagnosis of psychological personality resistance to the effects of destructive information in digital space. Based on the study of relevant domestic and foreign sources, it is concluded that there is a shortage of valid diagnostic tools associated with insufficient knowledge of this type of psychological stability and its specific indicators., With the fragmentary and contradictory data on personal correlates of psychological resistance to destructive factors of the digital environment, a definition of the concept of "psychological resistance to destructive digital content" in its connection with the content of the concepts of psychological stability and destructive information is proposed based on comparison and generalization of published data. The indicators of this stability are described, empirical verified data on its personal predictors are presented and summarized.

    The article aims to build a relevant mechanism for strengthening and developing the system of spiritual and moral values among Russian schoolchildren. The article examines the essence, types of spiritual and moral values, analyzes the significance and possibilities of solving the problem of instilling spiritual and moral values in the process of educational activities. The comprehended meanings of all-Russian values are formed into the value orientations of the individual, manifested in a civic position, civic competencies and attitude towards destructive ideologies. Therefore, education in the spirit of traditional spiritual values is a priority pedagogical task at all levels of education and a significant tool in the field of educational, upbringing, cultural, youth policy and national security policy in general. Spiritual and moral education from primary school age is represented by the foundation of prosperous personal socialization, the development of early intergenerational and civil, patriotic ties of a growing person. The authors justify the filling of the mechanism for the formation of value orientations of Russian schoolchildren with specific educational measures, taking into account the structure of value orientations and the criteria for their effective education in the school environment.

    Целью статьи является обоснование важности различия «коучингового присутствия» и «коучинговой позиции» для практики коучингового взаимодействия на основе анализа того, как эти понятия используются в профессиональном сообществе. В рамках пилотажного исследования использованы качественные методы: включенное наблюдение, качественный контент-анализ и фокусированные интервью. Статья содержит рассмотрение классических концепций: присутствия Джеймса Бьюдженталя, личностно-центрованного подхода Карла Роджерса, концепции самоактуализации Абрахама Маслоу как основы коучингового присутствия. В статье предложена для рассмотрения модель коучингового присутствия Марии Ильф-Вуд. Она утверждает, что «зрелость и профессионализм коуча взаимосвязаны с присутствием: вряд ли вы добьетесь одного без другого». Развитие коучингового присутствия и укрепление коучинговой позиции, а также умение их различать – это не только профессиональная необходимость, но и путь к личностному росту коуча.   • Ethnic myth-making in cyberspace as a factor of representation of Chuvash ethnicity

    The article is devoted to the study of Chuvash ethnic myth-making in cyberspace. The aim of the work is to determine its role as one of the factors of ethnicity representation. The study is based on the analysis of the relevant content presented on popular web platforms and social networks YouTube, Rutube, Zen, VKontakte, Odnoklassniki. The study identifies a certain section of content offered by search algorithms as the most viewed and included in thematic collections and playlists. The author examines the myth-making components of the Internet space, characterizes formats and plots, identifies their authors, and studies the audience's reaction to the content. Data analysis showed that ethnic myth-making has a positive effect on the representation of the Chuvash culture. Despite some inaccuracies in the information, such material generally evokes positive emotions in users. Information in video and text format is published on popular Russian platforms, making ethno-myth-creating content accessible to a wide audience. The myths created by the authors reflect their desire to show the antiquity and significance of the Chuvash people, which helps the Chuvash people to understand their identity, place and role in the world. Ethno-myth-creating content on the Internet increases interest in the Chuvash culture, promoting its popularization and representation.

    The chapter examines the pedagogical influence of municipal space on children’s socialization. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the municipal area. On the one hand, children need safety from destructive consequences of migration processes. On the other hand, children should be given the opportunity to move around the space of the municipality independently and safely in order to productively use communication opportunities offered by the municipality. This leads to the creation of an infrastructural environment in the municipal area that would not only bring pleasure to children, but would also have an educational effect on them.     The chapter is devoted to the study of the status and activities of the Collective Security Treaty Organization (CSTO) as a special form of interstate integration, the main purpose of which is to ensure security in the territories of the member countries of the Commonwealth of Independent States (CIS): the formation and goals of the CSTO activities are covered, the main stages of military-political transformations within the CSTO are considered, the regulatory and legal foundations of interstate interaction in this structure are studied; analysis of its effectiveness as an institute of regional security was carried out, significant problems and development prospects were identified. Among the current threats and challenges in the sphere of attention of the CSTO are illegal migration, drug and arms trafficking, transnational crime, and information security. Acute questions are also the Ukrainian crisis and the construction of a paradigm of a block confrontation between the CSTO and NATO.

    The article deals with the actual problem of information security of adolescents, which is revealed through factors affecting the development of personality. The purpose of the study is the methodological justification of the developed and implemented model of pedagogical support of information security of adolescents in an institution of additional education and pedagogical conditions for its successful implementation. The work is based on theoretical analysis and generalization of pedagogical practice. The material for the study was the content of training courses on programming in an institution of additional education. The results of the study showed that the presented model of pedagogical support of information security of adolescents should be based on synergetic, axeological, socio-cultural and activity approaches. The article specifies the pedagogical conditions under which it is possible to form the qualities of a person capable of resisting information threats and conforming to the norms of our society.

  • Lake Svetloyar in modern sacred discourse

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to identify the features of the sacred discourse of Lake Svetloyar. The material of the analysis is the texts of interviews taken from residents of the village of Vladimirsky and guests who visited this place, video content posted on the YouTube social network, publications in the media dedicated to the lake. The conducted discourse analysis reveals the peculiarity of the sacred discourse of Lake Svetloyar today as a complex and conflicting combination of Orthodox discourse, the discourse of neo-pagans, representatives of new age, individual religiosity, as well as the excursion activities of employees of the Museum and Tourist Complex “Grad Kitezh” in the village of Vladimirskoye. The article concludes that for all of them Lake Svetloyar is a natural sacred space, one of those in Russia in which either the Russian national and cultural identity, or the spiritual uniqueness of all mankind, or the source of individual “cultivation of the spirit” is most strongly manifested. The results of the study confirm that Lake Svetloyar, as one of the most important sacred spaces in Russia with a corpus of various narratives revealing its special nature and status, with a complex of ritual practices formed around it, remains significant and actively functioning in the modern socio-cultural space.

    В главе представлена жилищная проблема с точки зрения концепции дома, недостаточно изученного в социологических исследованиях. Исследование пространства дома неотделимо от жилищного дискурса, возможности обсудить повседневную жизнь, различные варианты выбора реализации домашнего пространства через социокультурные аспекты, такие как память, конфиденциальность, эмоции, ностальгия, ритуалы и дизайн. В главе основное внимание уделяется теоретическому осмыслению пространства и места домашнего быта. Исходя из предположения, что способы использования нашего дома, а также жилищная практика зависят от социальных и культурных характеристик, в данной главе предлагается определить культуру жилища как исследовательское понятие, в котором основное внимание уделяется дому как социокультурной практике жилища. Культура жилища как социологическая концепция подразумевает жилище как повседневную практику, в которой дом формируется и реализуется на пересечении идентичности, отношений и смыслов через материальную форму, символический и культурный капитал.

    In this chapter, on the example of East Flanders (a region of Belgium), the pedagogical influence of urban public space on the socialization of children is considered. There are two points of view on the relationship between children and the urban area. It is possible to define relations from the point of view of the need to protect children from the dangers posed by the city, the signs of which are the spatial segregation of children into separate play spaces. Children should be able to move independently and safely around the urban public space in order to make full use of the communication opportunities offered by the city; this leads to the establishment of such criteria for the infrastructure of the city that would be favorable for children. At the same time, urban public space should be considered as a co-teacher. Three cases from the Belgian city of Gent are presented to illustrate this discussion.
