    В работе анализируются основные тенденции мировой экономики с применением методов Data Science и машинного обучения. На основе открытых макроэкономических данных Всемирного банка (2010–2023 гг.) проведён многоуровневый анализ показателей более чем 170 стран. Цель исследования – выявить взаимосвязи между экономическими индикаторами и факторами роста ВВП. Сравнение линейной регрессии и алгоритма Random Forest показало преимущества ансамблевых методов в выявлении нелинейных зависимостей. Результаты подтверждают эффективность интеллектуального анализа данных для повышения точности экономических прогнозов.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the challenges arising in the investigation of accounting information under the conditions of digitalization, when the key indicators of economic offenses are primarily recorded in electronic systems. The analysis is based on the study of modern approaches to working with digital data, including methods for recovering deleted information, examining metadata, and analyzing audit logs. It is demonstrated that the fragmentary nature of regulatory frameworks and procedural limitations hinder the use of electronic evidence. The author concludes that there is a need to develop unified methodologies for handling digital data and to strengthen interdisciplinary training of experts.

    Abstract:
    В условиях ускоренной цифровизации экономики России, обусловленной национальными проектами «Цифровая экономика» и «Цифровая трансформация», оценочная деятельность переживает фундаментальные изменения. С 2020 года объем рынка оценочных услуг в РФ вырос на 25–30%, достигнув 150 млрд рублей к 2025 году, при этом доля цифровых технологий в процессах оценки увеличилась с 15% до 45%. Внедрение ИИ, big data и блокчейна не только повышает точность и скорость составления отчетов об оценке, но и минимизирует риски недостоверности, что особенно актуально в свете роста судебных споров (на 40% за 2020–2025 гг.). В статье проводится анализ тенденций цифровизации оценочной деятельности в России за 2020–2025 гг., выявление ключевых технологий (ИИ, big data, блокчейн) и разработка перспективных направлений развития на 2025–2030 годы. В качестве методов исследования применены анализ нормативных актов, статистический анализ данных, контент-анализ публикаций. Трансформация оценочной деятельности под влиянием санкций и глобальных трендов требует выработки рекомендаций по цифровизации, чтобы обеспечить конкурентоспособность российских оценщиков на международном уровне.

    In a modern organization, the automation of HR workflow is becoming a key factor in improving the efficiency of management processes, reducing risks, and increasing the transparency of HR activities. Modern approaches cover both full-format and partial-format documents, from recruitment, staffing, and orders to payroll, HR records, and document storage under legally significant requirements. The chapter discusses modern methods and tools for automation, including electronic document management, digital signatures, document archiving and storage, integration with personnel accounting systems, version control and access rights management, and automation of routine operations (automatic generation of orders, notifications, and reminders). The chapter covers the issues of data security, compliance with local legislation and personal data regulations, the implementation of standards and methods for working with documents, as well as the selection and implementation of cloud and on-premises solutions. The chapter analyzes the practical stages of implementation, including setting goals, choosing an architecture, selecting functionality, migrating data, configuring processes, and training personnel, as well as evaluating the effectiveness of automation using KPI and ROI criteria. The chapter concludes with a proposed methodology for implementing HR document automation, which aims to minimize manual work, speed up approval processes, and improve HR operations control.

The authors note that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires international cooperation and further modernization of the legal framework to adequately respond to rapidly evolving technologies and digital threats. The authors conclude that the civil law regulation of intellectual property objects on the Internet is a complex process that requires taking into account the specific features of the digital environment. The Internet, as a global networked information space, poses its own challenges to the legal protection of intellectual property due to the widespread distribution of content and the difficulties of global control and identification of infringers.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses modern methods of experimental planning and data processing in geophysical research, including the use of correlation and regression analysis to study the dependencies between the physical properties of rocks and geological parameters. The methods of constructing optimal experimental plans, including a complete factor experiment and Box-Wilson compositional plans, as well as ways to minimize the number of experiments while maintaining the informative value of research, are investigated. Special attention is paid to optimizing the use of resources while maintaining high-quality data interpretation, which is especially important in field research in difficult conditions. Various types of regression models (linear, parabolic, exponential) and their application in geophysical practice are analyzed. The article highlights the issues of verifying the adequacy of models, assessing the significance of coefficients, and constructing confidence intervals for forecasts. The results obtained can be used to improve the methodology of geophysical research and improve the efficiency of data interpretation in various fields of geology and exploration geophysics.

  • Legal aspects of judicial protection of exclusive rights to digital assets

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of legal conflicts arising in the context of judicial protection of exclusive rights to digital assets. The author analyses the peculiarities of qualification of such objects as cryptocurrencies, big data, 3D models and virtual game property, based on Russian and foreign judicial practice. The case of VKontakte v Double Data (2021) is considered, demonstrating the contradictions between the extraterritoriality of digital assets and the territoriality of jurisdictions. Particular attention is paid to the problem of distinguishing digital assets from intellectual property, as well as the dual status of virtual property. Finally, a classification of digital assets into three categories is proposed: protected intellectual property, virtual gaming property and crypto-assets. It emphasises the need to adapt legal norms to digital realities while maintaining a balance between innovation and protection of rights holders.

    В обширной области науки о данных бизнес-аналитика (BI) и анализ данных являются двумя наиболее актуальными темами на сегодняшний день. Независимо от типа данных, с которыми приходится работать конечному пользователю, визуализация и/или аналитика данных могут стать ценной поддержкой для успешного процесса принятия управленческих решений. Для этого на рынке появились бесплатные решения для бизнес-аналитики с открытым исходным кодом, которые предоставляют компаниям незаменимую возможность начать получать выгоду от анализа данных бесплатно. Кроме того, в настоящее время эта задача облегчена с помощью группы инструментов BI и аналитики «Self-Service», которые являются разделом расширенной аналитики и предназначены для того, чтобы пользователи, не имеющие опыта работы в области ИТ, могли самостоятельно анализировать данные и находить возможности для бизнеса с минимальной помощью ИТ-специалистов или вообще без нее.
