    Abstract:
    В статье проводится анализ теоретических и практических аспектов мотивации и стимулирования труда управленческого персонала в контексте общеобразовательных организаций. Раскрывается содержательная взаимосвязь и различия между понятиями «мотивация» и «стимулирование», определяются их ключевые характеристики, такие как индивидуальный характер, многоуровневая структура, а также необходимость баланса между материальными и нематериальными методами. Доказывается, что комплексный учет указанных особенностей позволяет руководителю образовательного учреждения эффективно выстраивать систему мотивации, что в конечном итоге способствует росту производительности управленческой команды и достижению стратегических целей развития.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема психолого-педагогического сопровождения родителей детей с ОВЗ в период получения ими начального образования в Кыргызстане. Опираясь на статистические данные, указывающие на ежегодный прирост числа детей с ООП и барьеры в инклюзивном образовании КР, авторы обосновывают роль семьи и необходимость развития её копинг-ресурсов для успешной адаптации ребенка в социуме. Подчеркивается, что отсутствие систематической поддержки в большинстве общеобразовательных школ снижает шансы ребенка на освоение индивидуального образовательного маршрута. В качестве примера эффективного решения проблемы представлен опыт частной школы «Аd Аstrа Аcademy», который основан на формировании социально-психологической компетентности и снижении стигмы, обеспечивая ресурсное состояние родителей и, как следствие, успех инклюзивного образования.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the current problem of assessing the potential of self-development and self-education competencies of students in pedagogical specialties as key factors in their professional development. It is revealed that the formation of these competencies is a necessary condition for the successful training of highly qualified pedagogical personnel who meet the requirements of the modern education market. The purpose of the study was to identify the key components of self-development and self-education potential, as well as to analyze existing approaches to their assessment in the context of the Russian and international educational environment. To achieve this goal, the authors used methods of scientific literature analysis, comparative analysis of pedagogical practices, and educational standards. The article provides an analysis of the phenomena of self-education and self-development as factors of professional development, an overview of assessment methods, identification of problems in university practice, and suggestions for improving educational programs and diagnostic tools. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of theoretical foundations and practical recommendations for assessing and forming self-education and self-development competencies, which contributes to improving the quality of training highly qualified pedagogical personnel in Russia and foreign countries.

    Abstract:
    The internationalization of the educational sphere, the growth of international academic mobility, and the development of educational cooperation determine the identification of key guidelines in the system of training national personnel for foreign countries. The Russian Federation is among the top ten countries in the world for the export of education. Every year, an increasing number of foreign citizens are attracted to training in programs for the training of scientific and scientific-pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of Russian universities, including pedagogical ones. The purpose of this study is to analyze the student body and the practices of training foreign citizens in the postgraduate program of a pedagogical university. The author analyzed the contingent of foreign postgraduate students at pedagogical universities in the Volga Federal District. The paper presents a system for training and supporting foreign postgraduate students, which allows them to more easily adapt to the new socio-cultural environment and master the educational and scientific components of the postgraduate program. The main problems of training foreign citizens in postgraduate programs are identified and areas of activity are proposed to improve the process of training foreign scientific and pedagogical personnel in the postgraduate programs of pedagogical universities.

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the theoretical foundations of designing educational models in the context of the transformation of modern education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the main approaches to the development of educational models. The methodological base uses the works of domestic and foreign researchers (A. M. Novikov, D. A. Novikov, L. S. Vygotsky, J. Piaget, J. Bruner, A. Bandura, G. Gardner, and others), as well as the principles of cognitive, constructivist, sociocultural, and systemic approaches. The methods of comparative theoretical analysis, conceptual modeling and generalization of scientific sources are applied. As a result of the research, the position is substantiated that the application of individual theoretical approaches in an isolated form limits the possibilities of designing educational models, while their integration within the framework of a systematic approach makes it possible to form an integrated and adaptive educational model. It is shown that the inclusion of sociocognitive mechanisms and consideration of multiple forms of intelligence are conditions for the practical feasibility of integrative educational models and their personalization. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of using the findings in the design of educational programs, digital educational environments and personalized learning technologies.

    Abstract:
    The article analyzes the concept of relational pedagogy as a fundamental approach to building an effective mentorship system in higher education institutions. Relational pedagogy is defined as an approach that focuses on fostering strong, respectful, and trusting connections among participants in the educational process. The article explores the key principles of this approach (respect, trust, cooperation, empathy, and dialogue) within the context of interaction between a mentor and a mentee. A comparison with historical and contemporary pedagogical concepts is made including "pedagogy of cooperation," humanistic pedagogy, and the theory of educational systems. The paper presents an author's interpretation for integrating the principles of relational pedagogy into university mentorship programs, demonstrating the effectiveness of this integration. Practical recommendations are offered to enhance the efficacy of the relational pedagogy within the mentoring processes, illustrating how its implementation contributes to the students’ comprehensive development.

  • P.F. Lesgaft's Concept of Physical Education as a Basis for the Psychology of Corporeality and the Formation of the "Self-Concept"

    Abstract:
    This article presents a theoretical analysis of P.F. Lesgaft's concept of physical education as a basis for the psychology of corporeality and the formation of the "self-concept". The appeal to his concept is motivated by the potential of his scientific legacy. The purpose is to identify and theoretically substantiate the potential of Lesgaft's concept as a methodological basis for modern psychology of corporeality. The objectives are to analyze approaches to "corporeality" and the "physical I" in light of modern research. The primary research method was an analysis of Lesgaft's scientific legacy and works by contemporary scholars. His ideas form a holistic anthropological model, in which the physical "I" serves as the central element of the "self-concept." The analysis demonstrates a direct correspondence between his views and the modern interpretation of corporeality: his description of the relationship between thought, action, and character structurally corresponds to the three-component model of the "physical self," including cognitive, affective, and behavioral components. Lesgaft revealed the substantive content of the stages of corporeality development – from the stage of psychosomatic identity through the acquisition of conscious control to age-related regression. This dynamic model demonstrates corporeality as an evolving process inextricably linked to personality development.

  • The Benefits of Including Ethnocultural Onomastic Material in the Middle School Geography Curriculum

    Abstract:
    This paper focuses on the study of ethnic onomastics as a means of supplementing of the middle school geography curriculum. The work is devoted to the study of the developmental and educational potential of ethnic onomastics. Ethnic onomastics includes such proper names as ethnonyms, anthroponyms, toponyms, mythonyms, theonymy, cosmonymy. It is in ethnic onomastics that the unique image of a people, the richness and beauty of their language, their moral and aesthetic values, and their environmental and religious views are expressed in a concentrated form. Much of ethnic onomastics is significant at the level of symbolism, as it is associated with symbolic personalities, symbolic events and historical legends. The author selected and didactically revised onomastic material, arranging onyms by topic in accordance with the study plan for the “Geography of Russia” course. Onomastic assignments were developed, incorporating onyms reflecting the cultural and ethnic characteristics of the region. The author’s school geography curriculum was tested in schools in Gorno-Altaisk and demonstrated its effectiveness. Furthermore, a special course developed for geography teachers using ethnocultural onomastic material enhanced the effectiveness of pedagogical efforts. The methodological materials developed by the author can be recommended for developing students’ interest in geography and the culture of their native land, fostering a love for their homeland and a sense of belonging to its history, and, overall, cultivating cultural competence.

    The chapter examines the process of digital transformation in Russia, focusing on national projects aimed at developing digital competencies in the state, municipal, economic and social spheres until 2030. The analysis of existing approaches to the definition and classification of digital competencies is presented, key components such as digital literacy, culture and competence are highlighted. Attention is paid to the differences between digital and information competencies. Based on the analysis, the authors propose to identify three key categories in the classification of digital competencies: information, communication and technical skills. The importance of the formation of digital competencies for specialists in various industries and the need for their formation in the process of professional training in higher education institutions are discussed.

    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

    В статье рассмотрен опыт практического использования функционала системы дистанционного обучения (СДО) «Moodle» в образовательном процессе федерального государственного бюджетного образовательного учреждения высшего образования «Уральский государственный аграрный университет». Изложены реализованные подходы к созданию и размещению в рамках СДО «Moodle» и последующему применению в ходе преподавательской деятельности учебно-методических, организационных и контрольно-измерительных материалов по той или иной учебной дисциплине. Сделан акцент как на проблемы формирования самодостаточных учебных материалов, так и на преимущества реализации предлагаемого принципиального подхода к планомерному, последовательному и программируемому изучению учебных дисциплин, ориентированного в том числе и на дополнение традиционного формата взаимодействия участников образовательного процесса теми потенциальными возможностями, которые дает использование СДО «Moodle».

    В статье представлена важная и актуальная проблема современного образования – философско-методологический анализ применения современных образовательных технологий. В исследовании приведены обоснования необходимости следования системному подходу в профессиональной образовательной деятельности, рассмотрены важные вопросы взаимодействия обучающего и обучающегося, подчеркнута важность статуса «субъекта познающего». Автором статьи проделана следующая функционально-методологическая работа: осуществлен концептуальный анализ групп образовательных технологий (в рамках приведенных примеров), обозначена их специфика и конвергентный характер взаимодействия. Выводы сфокусированы на усилении ориентированности профессионального педагогического сообщества на эпистемологическую процедуру систематизации, системное мышление и системный подход, в целом, при решении образовательных задач. Это напрямую связано с современными требованиями к повышению качества образования и усиления эффективности образовательного процесса.

    В статье анализируется функционирование полилингвальных школ и представлены результаты внедрения полилингвального образования в Республике Башкортостан. Концепция национального образования республики, являясь частью российского образовательного пространства, ориентирована на раскрытие воспитательного и развивающего потенциала и повышение качества обучения. Обосновывается особая значимость сферы образования для языкового развития, поскольку именно в ней формируется языковая компетенция. Уникальная языковая ситуация в регионе, где большинство населения владеет двумя или тремя языками, создает прочную основу для дальнейшего развития полилингвального образовательного пространства. В этом контексте актуальной задачей остается распространение билингвизма с тюркским компонентом, что служит доказательством равноправия языков.

    В статье обосновывается важность внедрения технологии проектирования индивидуальных образовательных маршрутов (ИОМ) студентов педагогического вуза как ответ на запрос общества на педагога-профессионала, способного к проектированию и сотрудничеству. Раскрывается сущность ИОМ как вариативной структуры учебной деятельности, проектируемой совместно студентом и преподавателем-тьютором. Описывается поэтапная деятельность тьютора и особенности его позиции (от организатора до наблюдателя). Центральное внимание уделяется «Индивидуальной технологической карте» как форме портфолио, фиксирующей спроектированный маршрут, личные достижения и динамику профессионально-личностного развития будущего учителя.

    В статье рассматривается методика интеграции смешанного обучения (blendedlearning) в полилингвальную образовательную среду. Анализируются психолого-педагогические условия формирования трилингвальной компетенции посредством сочетания цифровых платформ для автономного изучения лексики и очных форм обучения, направленных на развитие диалогической речи, межкультурной коммуникации и метаязыковых навыков. Представлена структурная модель, включающая когнитивный, коммуникативный и социокультурный компоненты. Подчёркивается роль цифровой образовательной среды в формировании межъязыковой интерференции и трансфера, а также в повышении учебной автономности учащихся.

    Авторы статьи отмечают, что актуальность исследования обусловлена высокой динамикой развития дополнительного образования детей и необходимостью профессионального роста педагогических кадров в условиях модернизации системы по Концепции до 2030 г. Методическое сопровождение представляет собой целенаправленный процесс, связывающий теорию и практику, с функциями: диагностико-аналитической (изучение потребностей), моделирующей (разработка моделей), организационно-педагогической (координация), контрольно-коррекционной (оценка и корректировка) и научно-экспериментальной (внедрение инноваций). В городском округе «Город Йошкар-Ола» (2019–2024 гг.) в рамках нацпроекта «Образование» реализована Целевая модель через Муниципальный опорный центр ДОД (МОЦ ДОД): персонифицированный учет, независимая оценка качества, создание «Точек роста», «Кванториумов», «IT-куба», новые формы (заочные школы, дистанционные программы). Проведен Фестиваль «Радуга творческих идей». Цель — анализ содержания, функций и механизмов сопровождения; методология — анализ литературы и обобщение опыта. Результаты: систематизация подходов для повышения качества дополнительного образования, применимых в других учреждениях.
