  • The problem of raising the teacher's digital literacy when working with distant training technologies

    Abstract:
    The article considers the problem of choice of an advanced training course in digital literacy by a modern teacher. An attention is paid to practical skills and abilities a modern teacher should have when using distant technologies in the educational process. The content analysis of a suitable advanced training course is made. Such a course must be aimed at comprehensive development of the necessary skills and be implemented by means of distant technologies as well. As a conclusion, it is stated that such a course should be of the complex nature.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена актуальной теме дистанционного обучения школьников, а именно учащихся с особыми образовательными потребностями. Автор рассматривает особенности проведения коррекционно-развивающих занятий учащихся с задержкой психического развития в условиях дистанционного обучения. Далее рассмотрены основные рекомендации по созданию условий, необходимых для успешного обучения с применением дистанционных технологий. Более подробно в статье раскрыт алгоритм работы на примере учащихся третьего и седьмого классов общеобразовательной школы, имеющих особые образовательные потребности, рассмотрен примерный план коррекционно-развивающих занятий, виды предлагаемых заданий и упражнений.

Авторами проанализировано конституционное право россиян на образование через его реализацию в дистанционной форме, а также затронуты сферы применения данных образовательных инструментов, в частности, реализация права на образование лицами с ограниченными возможностями здоровья, лицами, находящимися в местах лишения свободы. По результатам работы сделан вывод об эффективности применения формы дистанционного обучения в условиях современной российской действительности и активизации исследований в рассматриваемой сфере жизни общества.

    В статье рассматривается сущность цифровизации в системе образования, которая растет быстрыми темпами в новых условиях российской действительности. В связи с последними событиями, связанными с переходом российских учебных заведений к дистанционной форме обучения, актуальность выбранной темы не подвергается сомнению. Отдельное внимание уделено важности учебной дисциплины «Информатика» в формировании у обучающихся цифровой грамотности. Авторами предпринята попытка выявить проблемы, с которыми сталкиваются образовательные учреждения в связи с переходом на электронное обучение с применением дистанционных образовательных технологий, а также обозначить ряд рекомендаций по совершенствованию процесса цифровизации в учебных заведениях, в первую очередь в IT-сфере.

    Abstract:
    The problem of e-learning and distance learning technologies application in a transport university, in particular on the basis of a modular object-oriented dynamic learning environment (Moodle) is examined in the article. The importance of modernizing the educational space at the higher educational institution through the introduction of modern information technologies is justified. Experience of solving this problem at the Orenburg Transport Institute – a branch of Federal State Budgetary Educational Institution of Higher Education “Samara State Transport University” is presented. The advantages and possibilities of using the electronic educational environment in the educational process organization in the technical university when studying special disciplines are disclosed. The following forms of classes are defined: lectures, practical session, laboratory works, through the use of an electronic educational environment. The structure of filling the electronic educational environment on discipline is described. In this work the managerial context of the self-concept consideration is revealed. Learning is understood by authors as a management process. The authors of the article point out that in this regard, the teacher faces two tasks: managing his own self and transferring to students the means of managing his own self. The authors come to the conclusion that formation of the scientific and information space of a modern university is impossible without the creation of a single electronic educational environment, the system of which implies the inclusion of subjects of scientific and educational activities.

  • First Outcomes of Implementing the New Model of Continuous Education in the System of Further Post-Graduate Training of Doctors

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consideration of the continuing medical education (CME), which is a supplementary vocational education carried out through the implementation of qualification and further post-graduate training programs. The basic principles of the CME development in the Russian Federation are defined in the article. Among them: continuity in post-graduate training; harmonization with international standards; partnership of the state and professional organizations; comprehensive training of medical workers, that is convenient for them; the use of innovative technologies; quality control and independence, the motivation of employees to improve their skills. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis, comparison and observation. The author of the article outlines that the current regulatory framework for the CME development is the federal laws in the field of healthcare. The results of the study. The majority of doctors accepted a new model as a principal one and registered at the CME website for training. It is concluded that the fundamental difference between the new educational model and the traditional one is that in the СME system an individual 5-year cycle educational plan is drawn up, including 250 credits (hours) of educational activity, which are evenly divided into 50 credits (hours) annually. It is also stated that during the process of implementing the model, certain problems arose: a significant increase in the number of students per year, the increase in the number of organizations accredited for training since it is difficult to control it at the first stage. The СME model needs to be improved and developed, relying on all the best achievements and developments of the traditional system of post-graduate training of doctors.
