    The chapter is devoted to the problem of using online platforms in preparing schoolchildren for the State Final Assessment (GIA). The authors note that biology certification work requires graduates to know key concepts and terms, be able to formulate basic theories of biology, analyze and compare various processes and phenomena, and apply the knowledge gained in practice. At the moment, there are more and more diverse online simulators, which include all the subject areas, questions and tasks that are implemented in the final assessment of students. The chapter shows that in recent years, various modern approaches have been used to effectively prepare for the OGE and the Unified State Exam: activity-based, communicative, socio-cultural, competence-based, personality-oriented, etc. In their work, the authors consider the possibility of using, within the framework of problem-based learning, such technologies as: the use of drawing and ideographic methods, online simulators, case studies, and diagramming techniques.

    The article considers the current state of the water supply system of the Krasnodar Territory from the point of view of municipal infrastructure management, special attention is paid to the problem of network wear. Statistical data on the provision of the population with water, the scale and age of the network infrastructure, as well as the dynamics of reducing network wear over the last decade are presented. The main problems associated with high physical wear of water supply networks and its consequences for management were analysed: an increase in accidents, significant water losses, financial difficulties of enterprises and the need for large-scale modernisation. The measures taken by regional authorities to update networks (modernisation programs, investments, concession agreements and national projects) and management approaches to solving the identified problems are described.     The article examines the concept of continuing education in the context of modern socio-economic changes and technological development. The main focus is on the role of continuing education in training professionals who are able to adapt to rapidly changing labor market conditions and requirements. The impact of technological progress on society and the education system is analyzed, and the main functions of continuing education are highlighted: professional, social and personal. The work emphasizes the importance of developing students' independence, responsibility and determination in the process of continuous professional education. The necessity of updating the knowledge and skills of specialists in various fields is emphasized in order to maintain competitiveness. The article considers the role of learning foreign languages in professional training and their impact on the expansion of human opportunities in education, work and communication. Theoretical research methods were used to analyze the problem, including analysis of scientific publications and official documents, such as the Concept of Technological Development of Russia until 2030. As a result of the analysis, the key competencies necessary for successful professional, family and social life in the context of the transformation of the socio-economic sphere have been identified. Among them are computer skills and foreign languages, technological literacy, entrepreneurial skills and social skills. It was also noted that Nizhnevartovsk State University (NVSU) pays special attention to the study of English in the framework of the program "English for academic mobility". It is emphasized that academic mobility contributes to the expansion of educational horizons, the formation of intercultural competencies and the creation of employment potential for graduates.

    The article examines current approaches to diagnosing the perceptual sphere in children with autism spectrum disorders (ASD). The importance of a comprehensive study of sensory processing is substantiated as a key element in developing effective correctional and developmental programs. Diagnostic methods are presented, including both traditional approaches (observation, psychodiagnostic tasks, rating scales) and modern tools (questionnaires, neurophysiological and digital technologies).     The chapter is dedicated to the problems of financial well-being of modern students. Using analytical and statistical methods, the monograph carried out a dynamic analysis of the higher education system in Kazakhstan, identified its main trends, indicating a high interest of the population in higher education, as well as the predominance of private universities in the structure of higher education institutions. The use of interviewing, questionnaire and expert survey methods made it possible to characterize the socio-demographic and psychographic profile of a modern Kazakhstani student, to identify the problems of his financial condition. The analytical method provided a review, systematization and generalization of the main financial support tools for students, including public, intra-university and private ones. The analysis has shown that any student has the right and opportunity to use one or another financial support tool if certain requirements are met, and the task of teachers is to help students determine the sources of strengthening their financial stability.

    The chapter discusses some relevant aspects of higher education, as the author believes, as the basis of national strategies to provide students with the knowledge and competencies they need, which employers and the labor market require. It stands out that higher education is becoming an increasingly effective tool for integrating graduates into the modern labor market and opens up opportunities for professional development and the development of their personal abilities and mobility. The competitiveness of graduates in the labor market is an important indicator of the quality of university activities and the economic health of society, enabling economists and policy makers to assess human resources, the state of the labor market and the main economic trends that affect this dynamic. No less important, according to the author, are the moral values of a specialist. In order to increase success rates, the university takes various measures, which primarily relate to professional practice-orientation, the design of pedagogical support for education and increased motivation to study through an emphasis on applied aspects. The author emphasizes that the task of universities is to train not only highly professional specialists, but also patriots and moral personalities who are ready to defend their country and work for its welfare. The high level of competition encourages universities to carry out high-quality educational activities, motivate graduates to pursue fundamental, good studies in order to avoid further problems of unemployment and disappointment, and employers to consider education, morality and professionalism as an indicator of the real available talent pool.

    This paper explores the postmodern features in the poetry of Serik Aksunkaruly, one of the most spiritual figures in modern Kazakh literature. It examines how his work blends deep national symbolism, historical and cultural allusions, and elements such as fragmentariness, reminiscence, and pluralism. Through poems like "Hey, Baibori, Baibori", "Mozart and Salieri (Modern Version)", and "Homo Soveticus", the paper analyzes how Aksunkaruly expresses resistance, identity, and artistic integrity. His poetic style, rooted in classical tradition yet shaped by postmodernist methods, reveals a strong civic stance and spiritual depth, making him a significant representative of postmodern Kazakh poetry.

The analysis is carried out by studying the works of female authors and their contribution to the creation of these images. The main objects of consideration are Ayagul Mantai, Torgyn Zholdasbekovna, Asylzat Arystanbek and their works. The purpose of the study is to reveal the image of women in modern Kazakh literature, to determine the contribution of women authors, and to study the changes that the image of women has undergone. If earlier male writers prevailed in literature, now the number of female writers is growing. It was hypothesized that an increase in the contribution of women authors to literature will lead to the development of public consciousness and the image of women.

    The preservation and strengthening of traditional values is the main vector of Russia's future development as a civilizational state. This paper examines the specifics of teaching the course, and reveals the experience of implementing the academic discipline «Fundamentals of Russian Statehood» in 2023–2025 academic years. The author focuses on the evolution of the interpretation of the term «values» and its understanding in modern social sciences and humanities. Attention is drawn to the importance of the education system in shaping the traditional values of Russian students. In this paper, methodological recommendations and discussion problems that emerged during the teaching of the training course are formulated. It is concluded that the key direction of the future development of Russia as a state-civilization is the organization of a system of targeted education and upbringing, especially among Russian students. Higher education as a social institution instills in the younger generation traditional values and ideals that are translated into professional activities and preserve the continuity of generations.

    Changes in the higher education system imply a reorientation of the educational process towards the formation of students' competencies aimed at the social order of society and the state. A significant role among these competencies is assigned to the development of cognitive abilities. Traditional education assumed the development of these skills through text, which is not entirely acceptable for the current generation of students who read noticeably less than their predecessors. In this regard, the purpose of this study was to select the most effective means to promote the development of memory, attention, speech, and thinking logic. The authors of the article, using the example of historical disciplines, came to the conclusion that an important tool for the development of cognitive abilities at the present stage is a workbook. It allows you to structure and expand the acquired knowledge on the subject, train various types of memory, select, critically analyze and interpret available information, monitor and self-monitor the progress of students in a particular course. The diverse format of the proposed assignments, non-standard tasks, and creative projects makes the workbook a universal tool for developing cognitive abilities and improving the effectiveness of teaching in the disciplines of natural science and humanities.

    Higher education is the most important factor in the country's economic development, meeting its needs for professionals trained in universities who are capable of implementing the strategy of technological leadership and making the national economy effective and competitive in the context of political and economic sanctions against Russia. Much attention is paid today by higher education authorities to organizing educational work in universities and involving students in various «activities», which is often done in universities even by removing students from classes. However, due to political and economic sanctions against Russia, the national economy is experiencing a major shortage of professional personnel, which can and should be replenished by university graduates. As a result, higher education authorities and Russian universities should currently pay special attention to the development of higher education as professional education. Unfortunately, administrative and economic methods prevail in matters of the content and organization of higher education in universities, reducing the effectiveness of the development of higher education, namely as professional education. This is due to the fact that the management of universities is forced to pay more attention to financial issues in order to optimize and reduce costs, receive (earn) money through grant activities, implement business contracts, change staffing by increasing the intensity of teachers' work, etc. The study of the situation with Russian higher education, including the method of included observation, allows us to identify problems in the field of training modern professionals in domestic universities. At the same time, the «new model» of Russian higher education, which is planned to be implemented in universities by higher education authorities in the near future, from the standpoint of its possible effectiveness raises many doubts that it will ensure the predictive development of higher education as professional education and will allow meeting the needs of the national economy in the professionals it needs. As a result, the issue of solving all the problems identified in the work, both in higher education itself and with higher education itself, becomes relevant. Based on the analysis, including the conclusions of experts and specialists in the field of higher education development, the needs of organizations for university graduates, a number of measures are proposed that allow, to a certain extent, to solve the existing problems in the area under consideration.
