    Abstract:
    Despite the numerous problems in higher education in preparing professionals in demand in the national economy, currently existing approaches to solving them make them impossible to be successfully resolved. This is confirmed by the fact that there is still no scientifically designed governmental strategy for the development of higher education and a scientifically grounded model of the transition to a new system of higher education when moving away from the Bologna System, understandable to both higher education specialists and the entire Russian society. The analysis of the situation with the training of university graduates as future professionals suggests that all the activities carried out by higher education authorities do not allow providing the national economy with the necessary professionals in the changing conditions of the global economy and new challenges from the United States and Western countries. In these conditions, domestic organizations are experiencing an acute ‘personnel shortage’ for young and creative professionals, despite the increase in financial resources for the development of higher education from the government. There is a need for a radical change in approaches to the development of a governmental strategy for teaching students in domestic universities, since the designated new model does not imply a radical development of higher education as higher professional education.

    Abstract:
    The emergence of new public policy priorities in the field of education changes the role of lifelong education in the system of socialization of the individual, as well as the nature of interaction between various subjects within the educational process and beyond. To increase competitiveness in the labor market, students of higher educational institutions need to be prepared to quickly master new knowledge and skills to meet the requirements of professional activity in the labor market. One of the forms of obtaining specific knowledge and skills for students in parallel with higher education is additional education. The purpose of the study is to analyze the pedagogical conditions for the formation of general professional competencies among bachelors of pedagogical education using additional education programs. Materials and methods of research. The research materials are the methodologically based on a scientific review of research approaches developed in domestic pedagogy in the field of improving the system of training generalist specialists in the development of additional education programs. The research methods are the study and analysis of scientific and methodological literary sources, as well as questioning of students. Research results. At the Chuvash State Pedagogical University named after I.Ya. Yakovlev Center for Continuing Education. To determine the possibility of additional professional education, a study was conducted among students of this university in order to identify their awareness of the possibilities of mastering additional education programs. The results of the survey, according to which many students plan to undergo additional education in standard programs, 20% plan to receive certificates or certificates in a whole range of programs. Conclusions. The system of additional education adapts future teachers to the specifics of modern socio-economic conditions, high demands from the labor market and, ultimately, forms a highly qualified specialist with a wide profile, capable of a continuous process of self-improvement in the process of professional activity.

    Abstract:
    The period of student life makes great demands on young people who are not yet always ready for psychological stresses, changed stereotype and lifestyle associated with higher education. Therefore, it is important to study various features of the psychological status of students taking into account the nature of the future profession. The study of a number of psychological characteristics among undergraduate nursing students showed that 55.6% of them had an average level of empathy. Type B stress tolerance (corresponding to optimal) was noted in 38.3% of the students. Self-esteem was adequate only in 16.7% of cases. The majority (73.2%) of students had a high level of tension of psychological defense.

    Abstract:
    More than 20 years the two-level system of higher education within the framework of Bologna system has been developing in the Russian Federation. However, it proved to be untenable for the Russian Federation, as it significantly reduced the quality of training of university students as professionals demanded by domestic organisations. Under the conditions of economic sanctions against Russia by the USA and a number of countries, it became necessary to implement the import substitution strategy. But its implementation required the development of industry, opening of new enterprises and production facilities, which, in turn, required professionals capable of doing this. As a consequence, it was necessary to change the system of training the necessary specialists in domestic universities. The study of the identified problems was carried out taking into account the practical experience of the author, using the method of included observation and discussion of the identified problems at various conferences, as well as the study of various studies on this issue.

    Abstract:
    In considering the theoretical and methodological development of the validity of the reflexive competence of the future teacher in research, presenting the implementation of innovative practice on experimental conditions for the reflexive activity of students – experienced teachers. Reflective teaching of ideas in educational activities in higher education implements: subjectivity in the educational process, individualization, dialogicity and metasubjectivity. Research work was carried out with students of different levels and areas of training: bachelors, masters, specialists (in the areas of training: 44.03.01 and 44.04.01 «Pedagogical education» and 44.03.02 and 44.04.02 «Psychological and pedagogical education»). Research results show that the development of the reflective competence of the future teacher at the university occurs as a result of the systemic work of the university and the pedagogical community. The author comes to the conclusion that it is possible and necessary to develop the reflective competence of a teacher not only on the basis of his many years of professional experience, but also in a reflective environment at the stage of studying at a university.

Various forms of practice-oriented training of students of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering of the I. Ulyanov ChSU are considered. The importance of a practice-oriented approach in the training of future engineers is noted, the classification of the main forms of practice-oriented training is given. As an example of the application of various practice-oriented forms in the process of teaching bachelors of mechanical engineering, a detailed description of the process of performing laboratory work in a special discipline is given.

  • Approbation of the Bachelor's preparation model for sports selection

    Abstract:
    The great importance of sports selection to increase the interest and motivation of the younger generation to go in for sports, identify the most promising athletes, achieve the highest results in the chosen sport by athletes, increase the competitiveness of domestic athletes on the world stage, require the training of highly qualified specialists who are able to carry out sports selection at various stages of a long-term training process and in different types of sports disciplines. But, the complexity and multidimensionality of sports selection, due to the wide variety of sports, complicates the process of creating a unified methodology for sports selection. This produces difficulties in the training of specialists capable of competent and effective implementation of the sports selection methodology. To overcome the formed contradiction between the high need of society for the implementation of sports selection and the lack of qualified specialists in physical culture, ready for the full and effective implementation of the sports selection methodology, we conducted a study. The purpose of the study is the development and implementation of pedagogical conditions that ensure the functioning of the model for the formation of bachelors' readiness in the direction of preparation “Physical culture” for the implementation of the sports selection methodology. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the Mari State University in the period from 2017 to 2022, with the participation of 300 students of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism. In the course of the study, the methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, control tests, questionnaires, and the proximetric method were applied. Conclusions. The results were obtained, indicating that the implementation of the developed pedagogical conditions contributes to a significant increase in the motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive readiness of bachelors in the direction of training “Physical culture” to implement the methodology of sports selection.

    В настоящее время наиболее востребованными из специалистов с высшим образованием в агропромышленный комплекс являются агрономы, зоотехники, ветеринарные врачи, инженеры-механики, инженеры-технологи перерабатывающих производств, которые должны обладать современными методами ведения деятельности, в том числе математического моделирования и прогнозирования с учетом постоянно меняющихся объективных и субъективных условий в сельском хозяйстве. В данной статье рассмотрены вопросы разработки и внедрения новых технологий обучения математике студентов по сельскохозяйственным специальностям в учебном процессе, ориентированных на зарубежные стандарты. В статье освещается опыт преподавания студентам агротехнического вуза по новым технологиям обучения математике. Данная методика рассматривается при введении новых курсов математических дисциплин для подготовки к реализации программ двухдипломного образования магистратуры, а также проводится изучение оценки эффективности преподавания математики по сельскохозяйственным специальностям в учебном процессе, ориентированных на зарубежные стандарты.

    For a long time, higher education in Russia was organized within the framework of the Bologna system «bachelor's-master's». However, the implementation of the FSES HE according to foreign standards did not give the desired effect, since domestic organizations were not interested in graduates of domestic universities, as in professionals. As a result, higher education ceased to exist as a professional education, and society lost the specialists it needed in the person of university graduates who were trained as bachelors. At the same time, the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education were constantly «improved», since they did not provide the necessary quality of training for university graduates. However, such a reform, «squeezed» by the framework of the Bologna system, did not take into account the needs of the domestic economy, Russian organizations in the specialists they needed. At the same time, a large number of commercial universities appeared that did not train specialists, but earned money from it. And today, even in many state universities there is a set of students for paid education, as a result of which not all talented young people can enter a university, since there are not enough budget places for them, and those who can pay for education go to paid education. The author emphasizes the need to ensure the technological and economic independence of Russia, which cannot be provided without the appropriate organization of students' education in domestic universities. And this must be done urgently and without «looking back» to foreign «wishes».

    В статье представлены результаты разработанной модели, направленной на повышение уровня профессионально важных способностей, обучающихся 4-го курса на факультете «Физическая культура» ФГБОУ ВО «Кубанского государственного университета физической культуры, спорта и туризма». Методы педагогической диагностики проводились в рамках дисциплины «Основы педагогического мастерства». Разработанная модель включала в себя 10 семинарских (практических) занятий, основанных на психологических тренингах, метода проектов, проблемного изучения и игромоделирования. Полученные результаты можно рекомендовать к применению в высшей школе профессорско-преподавательскому составу при подготовке бакалавров сферы физической культуры и спорта.

    Abstract:
    The following paper analyzes the Russian system of education. Modern practice in the development of higher professional education shows that today's graduates of Russian universities for the most part are not prepared for real practical work in organizations as professionals. Undoubtedly, the time and changing conditions for the implementation of the activities of Russian universities over the past three decades have changed significantly. However, the training of modern professionals in the new conditions was based not on the domestic experience of universities, but on foreign approaches to two-level higher education – the training of graduates of Russian universities as bachelors and masters. But at the same time, Russian researchers and officials do not have a clear understanding of the difference in the level of professional training of students, both bachelors and masters. And the declared new “competence-based approach”, when it is proposed to form students with rather “vague” competencies, presented in the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++, does not allow employers to see the professionals they need in a modern university graduate. And the fact that the modern West does not recognize the diplomas of graduates of Russian universities indicates that today it is necessary to implement a policy of import substitution in higher education, and, based on domestic experience in training graduates of Russian universities as specialists-engineers, to prepare them for real practical work in Russian organizations.

    В статье рассматриваются актуальные вопросы преемственности в обучении иностранному языку в процессе непрерывного профессионального образования в системе бакалавриат–магистратура–аспирантура. Преемственность в обучении иностранному языку имеет комплексный и междисциплинарный характер, раскрывающийся через преемственность основных образовательных программ. Выявлена необходимость систематической работы по формированию системы усложняющихся требований как к процессу, так и результатам иноязычного обучения. Обеспечение преемственности в данном направлении способствует повышению качества языковой подготовки будущих специалистов в разных сферах. Также рассмотрены факторы принципа преемственности и компоненты процесса непрерывного иноязычного обучения, способствующие улучшению эффективности образовательного процесса на всех уровнях обучения.
