- Abstract:
- The study focuses on adapting successful metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of corporate coaching used in the United States to the countries of the CIS, taking into account cultural differences (Golvy, 2019; Whitmore, 2020). The novelty lies in identifying and adapting metrics that consider the specifics of cultural codes and social identity in CIS countries (Hofstede, Hofstede, Minkov, 2019; Trompenaars, Hampden-Turner, 2020). Metrics are viewed as tools for assessment and methods to deepen client work, enhance awareness of the process, improve its measurability, and foster professional growth for coaches (Tajfel, 1979; Burns, 1978). The study examines international experience in measuring coaching effectiveness, with a particular emphasis on adapting American approaches to the corporate environment using online platforms, as well as analyzing results (Bass, 1985; Seligman, 2011).

Coaching Support in Value-Semantic Decision Making for Prospective Substitute Parents
ProceedingCoaching psychology: methodology, theory, practice- Authors:
- Ekaterina V. Korobko, Irina V. Abakumova
- Work direction:
- Коучинг в семье и родительстве, коучинг партнерств
- Abstract:
- The role of coaching support in the process of making value-semantic decisions for potential substitute parents is described. The study aims to identify and analyze different candidate profiles. Specialized coaching modalities are given attention – narrative coaching, existential coaching, and value-based coaching, adapted to address the unique needs and value systems of potential substitute parents. The author suggests that aligning coaching strategies with the differentiation of candidates' semantic strategies can significantly increase trust in technological solutions and child-rearing outcomes. The results can be used by practitioners to support clients throughout the entire path to substitute parenthood, thereby significantly reducing the risks associated with value conflicts and cognitive dissonance. The study highlights the need for coaching interventions that take into account the hidden potential in different candidate profiles.

Modern issues of pedagogy and psychology: theoretical and methodological approaches and practical research results- Author:
- Aleksandr I. Kugai

- Abstract:
- Among the classic works on the philosophy of education, the work of George Herbert Mead occupies a special place. Mead points out that we usually approach education in reverse, focusing, even in the early years, on assessing and ranking children on their individual performance. We also make adult goals central, breaking adult understandings into fragments that children absorb piecemeal, without meaning. Mead suggests that these priorities should be reversed. We should begin with simple social activities, such as play, which involves shared activities or simple division of roles. We should also begin with an emphasis on social-emotional comfort and connection rather than intellectual activity, gradually moving to more autonomous and intellectually oriented activities.

- Abstract:
- The relevance of the study lies in understanding the development of cognitive and regulatory functions in primary school-age children, which is crucial for their adaptation to the modern socio-cultural context. Rapid changes in technology and education require the development of volitional processes such as attention, memory, planning, and self-organization, key for academic and social adaptation. The study was conducted with a sample of 60 children (ages 8-9) from the Municipal Autonomous Educational Institution Secondary School No. 31 in Ishim. Diagnostic techniques assessed various aspects of volitional functions: goal-setting, forecasting, planning, correction, flexibility, adaptability, and reflection. Methods used included "Template," "Running Goose," "Simple Instructions Test," "Circles," and others, with data analysis performed using the φ* criterion – Fisher’s angular transformation. Most children’s voluntary cognitive and regulatory functions are in an active process of formation, with their components developing unevenly. Prediction, adaptability, and mnemonic abilities develop faster and more efficiently than goal setting, planning, correction, flexibility of actions, reflection, and attentional abilities. The study confirms the need for psychological and pedagogical support to enhance volitional functions in younger schoolchildren, aiding their successful academic and social adaptation.

- Abstract:
- At present, the domestic theory of organizational management is going through a difficult period of adaptation to the new conditions of the market economy, to the scientific rethinking and justification of the inclusion of foreign concepts and terms in its conceptual apparatus, giving relevance to modern scientific provisions of the domestic theory of organizational management in their practical activities. It should be noted that today it is important to remove from use a number of foreign terms that have no scientific feasibility for their inclusion in the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of management and at the same time to determine the scientific essence and place in the conceptual apparatus of those foreign concepts that are actively used by both researchers and practitioners in their professional activities. And an important condition for the effectiveness of the development of the domestic theory of organizational management in modern conditions is, firstly, the exclusion of «blurring» and «rewriting» by researchers the content of the basic concept of «management» for each specific situation, and secondly, the need for scientific justification of the essence and content of the concept of «management» introduced into the conceptual apparatus of the domestic theory of organizational management, as well as its place in the conceptual apparatus in relation to the concept of «management».

The problem of humanitarization of ecology and environmental education in the context of solving environmental problems
Review Article
Development of education Volume 7 No 4- Author:
- Ekaterina V. Petrova
- Work direction:
- Pedagogy and Modern Education
- Abstract:
- The article is devoted to the analysis of the current trend in environmental science and environmental education – humanitarization. A brief description of the stages and varieties of environmental education and upbringing is given and it is concluded that at all stages one of the main goals of environmental education is the development of a full–fledged, comprehensive environmental consciousness and environmental culture. A developed environmental awareness and ecological culture are powerful weapons in the fight against the environmental crisis. The most effective in this regard is humanitarian ecology, the task of which is to form in the minds of students a valuable, personal, ethical, aesthetic attitude to nature, awareness of the unity of humanity and nature. Environmental awareness cannot be formed only on the basis of a system of environmental prohibitions and information about environmental disasters. Culture, society, symbolic worlds (for example, digital) occupy an increasing place in the human mind, displacing the natural world from it. The task of humanitarian ecology is to return nature to man, albeit in an indirect, refracted form. It is possible to accomplish this task through the use of an environmental narrative, artistic and aesthetic means, and moral and environmental education. The humanitarization of environmental education is recognized as the main vector of its development until 2030.

- Abstract:
- The strategic resource of the state-civilization should be tightly coupled with the main functions of the state, primarily with its security, which directly depends on the life support system of its citizens. To do this, it is necessary that the assessment of the effectiveness of the raw materials and industrial sectors of the economy, as well as government actions to reform them, be carried out mainly on the contribution of these sectors to the development of the health and education of the nation, to an active demographic policy, to comprehensive support for the younger generation, to the development of national entrepreneurship, and the preservation of the potential of the natural environment. It is in these areas that the lion's share of rental income and income from the economic exploitation of state property should be directed.

Principles of building a new ecosystem: Economic, legal and social aspects- Author:

- Глава 7
- Abstract:
- The chapter of the monograph is devoted to economic mechanisms that influence digital ecosystems. Modern ecosystems and mechanisms for justifying their development, content, and the benefits they bring to the country's economy have been studied very little from an economic point of view. Modern digital ecosystems describe dynamic and constantly evolving communities (companies, corporations, enterprises, organizations, etc.) that create new value through convergence, cooperation, and competition. At the same time, new value appears as a multiplier effect from the symbiosis of technological innovations, digital IT technologies, and legislation (which acts as both a regulatory mechanism and an influencing factor).

- Abstract:
- The gap between qualification of university graduates and real market demands, which has been observed over the last decades, reveals the challenge of deploying project-based educational technologies in higher education. The chapter is aimed at analyzing findings of applying a project-based approach in higher education in Russia. The study was carried out over the period of 3 years involving interviews of freshmen. The research discloses the major benefits and possible hurdles engaged in the process of introducing project-based technology in Russian higher education. The most significant positive results noted by the respondents, were the acquisition of team work experience and development of communication skills. Among the problems associated with the implementation of project tasks, the greatest challenge is presented by the task of building communications with outside organizations. A conclusion was drawn that the key obstacles for first-year students are linked to secondary school education. This can be explained by the current dominating role of traditional teaching methods at schools discouraging the development of practical skills. The study has shown that gaps in school education can be largely solved already in the first year within the framework of project-based learning. The above given evidence makes it possible to conclude that it is necessary to introduce various forms of project-oriented activities into the school curricula. Findings of the empirical research carried out in the study have major implications for teachers in higher educational establishments who are involved into guiding project-based activities of first year students.
