    The article analyzes the concept of relational pedagogy as a fundamental approach to building an effective mentorship system in higher education institutions. Relational pedagogy is defined as an approach that focuses on fostering strong, respectful, and trusting connections among participants in the educational process. The article explores the key principles of this approach (respect, trust, cooperation, empathy, and dialogue) within the context of interaction between a mentor and a mentee. A comparison with historical and contemporary pedagogical concepts is made including "pedagogy of cooperation," humanistic pedagogy, and the theory of educational systems. The paper presents an author's interpretation for integrating the principles of relational pedagogy into university mentorship programs, demonstrating the effectiveness of this integration. Practical recommendations are offered to enhance the efficacy of the relational pedagogy within the mentoring processes, illustrating how its implementation contributes to the students’ comprehensive development.

    Abstract:
    The chapter critically rethinks the phenomenon of the so-called «hyperawareness». It is proved that this construct hides not increased awareness, but the strengthening of classical defense mechanisms – rationalization and intellectualization «informational pseudo-transformation» – the replacement of real personal changes with the mastery of psychological language. A fundamentally new concept of overcoming the crisis through the integration of the experience gained into professional and social activities is proposed. An innovative algorithm of therapeutic support aimed at translating knowledge into life-building practice has been developed.

    The article examines the role and importance of communicative culture in the methodology of teaching the Azerbaijani language. The purpose of this article is to examine the theoretical foundations of communicative culture in language education, analyze current research and offer recommendations for teaching. It is established that in the context of globalization and intensive intercultural interaction, language knowledge is no longer limited to grammar and vocabulary – it is important to have a communicative culture, that is, the ability to use language correctly and ethically in real social contexts. The communicative culture of a person includes knowledge of norms and styles of speech behavior, the ability to make statements, take into account the context and the interlocutor. It is closely related to the concept of communicative competence and intercultural competence.

    The chapter explores the mechanisms of staff involvement in the digital transformation processes of an organization, from resistance to acceptance of changes. It examines the reasons for resistance, such as fear of losing work, uncertainty about roles, and concerns about the comfort and familiarity of old processes. The chapter proposes a multi-level approach to involvement, which includes strategic leadership, transparent communication, employee participation in planning, opportunities for training and retraining, and the creation of a safe space for feedback. The chapter presents practical methods: targeted communication campaigns, joint formation of a roadmap of changes, involvement of employees in pilot projects, use of agile methodologies and design thinking to minimize resistance. Special attention is paid to measuring the effectiveness of involvement through KPI, satisfaction surveys, indices of perception of changes and monitoring of the organization's culture. As a result, specific steps are proposed to move from resistance to acceptance, which ensures a smoother implementation of digital technologies, increased employee motivation, and a sustainable transformation effect.

    The purpose of the study is to analyze ways to improve the efficiency of well construction under the conditions of outsourcing. The most popular business model for organizing well construction is the split service. Unlike general contracting and integrated project management, it involves a more detailed division of the production process into business processes performed by specialized organizations. Three key elements of sustainable development of drilling services have been identified as priorities: competitive selection of contractors, the use of an end-to-end quality management system, and compliance assessment. It has been established that the qualification of technological processes as special is a prerequisite for ensuring the quality of completed wells. In general, the quality of wells can be represented as a combination of their functionality, reliability, safety, and resource intensity. The quality of wells can be ensured through the use of a quality management system. A retrospective analysis of drilling supervision as an element of the quality management system has revealed that the next stage of its development is analytical drilling supervision.

    The chapter discusses the main goals of punishment in the Russian Federation, their significance and correlation with the principles of criminal law, as well as their role in shaping probation policy and further socialization. The article examines the changing goals of criminal punishment in the process of the formation of the Russian state: starting with the first written sources of Ancient Russia, ending with the period of the Russian Empire and the Soviet Union, with an analysis of the distinctive features and reasons for the adoption of these goals. Purpose: to conduct a historical analysis of the goals of criminal punishment, to identify the tasks they solve, to substantiate the goals in the context of the external environment, to identify common features and situations, as well as to substantiate the current goals of criminal punishment. To focus on a simplified understanding of the purpose in the form of retribution and punishment and their relationship with the aim of correcting the offender and positive consequences for the state and society. Methods: a systematic approach, historical and logical methods, analysis and synthesis, deduction, induction are used. Results: it is noted that for modern purposes of criminal punishment, retribution is practically not mentioned and is losing importance, giving way to the correction of the offender and his re-socialization. Correction and re-socialization are considered as key goals that contribute to reducing the rate of crime. If there is a real correction, the historical purpose of retribution loses its relevance and does not violate the principles of criminal law. Conclusions: over time, the concept of crime has softened, which has led to a change in the main objectives of punishment. Currently, after the adoption of the Probation Law, the focus is shifting from retribution to the correction of the convict and his re-socialization. The question of the relationship between retribution and the restoration of social justice remains the subject of scientific debate. One of the goals of probation and re-socialization is to reduce the level of recurrence of crimes. The effective use of this mechanism, combined with compliance with the principles of criminal law, contributes to the seduction of the individual without an emphasis on revenge against the criminal.

    The chapter shows that the main points in the concept of ownership by V.N. Afanasyev are its functioning as a form of combining production factors (individual labor, organizational and legal forms of economic activity, international forms of economic cooperation and the correspondence of the form of ownership to the form of the product (for collective labor – this is a directly social product, for individual labor – a commodity. The author argues the position that both a strictly centralized economy and a chaotic accumulation of forms of ownership are harmful to the economy, which in both cases causes instability of economic development.

    The article presents the development and substantiation of a pedagogical model of the educational environment that ensures the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking of older preschoolers. The main research methods are the analysis of scientific sources on the stated problem, generalization of pedagogical experience, pedagogical modeling. The result of the study was the clarification of the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler", on the basis of which a pedagogical model for the formation of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers was substantiated and developed. The theoretical significance consists in clarifying and supplementing the concept of "prerequisites for engineering thinking" of an older preschooler. The practical significance lies in the development of the author's model of the educational environment, which is described by the following components: value-oriented, content-technological and performance-evaluative. The components of the concept "prerequisites for engineering thinking of an older preschooler" allowed us to define a system of organizational and pedagogical conditions that model the educational environment for the development of prerequisites for engineering thinking in older preschoolers. This model can be used depending on the internal and external conditions in which the preschool carries out educational activities.

    The article addresses the current problem of the professional development of young teachers in the modern education system, characterized by rapid changes and high demands on teacher qualifications. The research aims to substantiate and test a set of effective technologies for implementing a mentoring model that promotes the successful adaptation and professional growth of young professionals. The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. Particular attention is paid to the analysis of mentoring programs implemented in various regions. The article contains conclusions about the effectiveness of the developed mentoring model and recommendations for its implementation in educational institutions, including the need for clear criteria for selecting mentors, improving their qualifications, and an individual approach to each young specialist.     The article aims to build a relevant mechanism for strengthening and developing the system of spiritual and moral values among Russian schoolchildren. The article examines the essence, types of spiritual and moral values, analyzes the significance and possibilities of solving the problem of instilling spiritual and moral values in the process of educational activities. The comprehended meanings of all-Russian values are formed into the value orientations of the individual, manifested in a civic position, civic competencies and attitude towards destructive ideologies. Therefore, education in the spirit of traditional spiritual values is a priority pedagogical task at all levels of education and a significant tool in the field of educational, upbringing, cultural, youth policy and national security policy in general. The authors justify the filling of the mechanism for the formation of value orientations of Russian schoolchildren with specific educational measures, taking into account the structure of value orientations and the criteria for their effective education in the school environment.
