    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the issue of social aspects and mechanisms of psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities. Psychological and pedagogical and clinical and psychological support for the professional development of individuals with disabilities are considered as an integral system, the functioning of which is possible with a comprehensive solution of all tasks and the interaction of all participants in the support process. The mechanisms for the support of individuals with disabilities are determined by certain stages (pre-professional stage, training stage, employment stage). The purpose and content of each stage are differentiated taking into account the social aspect of professionalization and are selected given the characteristics of the nosology group of an individual with disabilities.

    Abstract:
    The methodology of teaching Latin has undergone significant changes in recent years, and traditional approaches do not produce high-quality results. Therefore, the search for new effective methods of teaching this discipline becomes relevant. The teaching of the ancient language at a non-linguistic university should form competencies among students related not only to the expansion of their philological horizons, but also those that will be useful in the future profession. The current methodology for teaching the ancient language is based on the traditional structural approach and does not correspond to the new tasks of learning. Students do not understand the importance of this discipline in the formation of non-linguistic competencies. The main general scientific methods of this research are analysis and synthesis, as well as the comparative method. The practical part was carried out using the survey method. As a result of the study, the authors believe that the emphasis in teaching should be shifted to the wider use of algorithms, exercises, trainings in order to make the learning process more active. A new textbook that meets the requirements of time and psychological characteristics of students must also comply with the new methodology focused on a competency approach in higher education.

    Abstract:
    The requirements of federal state educational standards, professional standards and the labor market contribute to the introduction of project-based learning into the educational process of the university. Despite the fact that issues related to project training are actively being investigated, however, a system of interrelated procedures regulating the activities of project participants has not been developed. This paper presents a methodology for the organization and support of project training aimed at the formation of universal and professional competencies of students, including the development and implementation of the project. The article describes ways to assess the level of competence formation. The study examines the specifics of determining all aspects for the creation and implementation of the project. To verify the theoretical and practical provisions of the developed methodology for the organization of project-based education at the university, the formation of professional competencies is evaluated. The verification of the level of formation of professional competencies of the project participants is carried out on the basis of diagnostic sections described in detail on the example of the industrial practice "Research work" of students of the project master's degree in Mathematics 01.04.01, the orientation (profile) of the educational program "Teaching mathematics and computer science".

    Waldlage Stalag 352 and transit Dulag 126 camps in the occupied territory of the Byelorussian SSR, in which more than 80 thousand prisoners of the Red Army, officers and soldiers, mobilized civilians of various nationalities died from wounds and diseases, hunger and cold, torment and bullying. And if Germany officially recognized the genocide of the Jewish people, then nothing of the kind happened regarding the genocide of Soviet prisoners of war in the occupied territories.

    The article considers the method for overseeing the organization's worth based on the equilibrium of the growth equation which was introduced by K. Walsh. It describes the theoretical foundations basing on K. Walsh’s book «Key management indicators», gives the comprehensive outlook on internal and external environment of PJSC «Rostelekom», which in turn will be used as an example for calculating balanced growth equation and giving the essential conclusions based on it. The used methods of research are: analysis, classification, measurement, description, comparison. The article provides the results of calculation of balanced growth equation, its interpretation and suggestions on management of company’s value.

    Abstract:
    The article considers the organisational and pedagogical conditions of formation of general professional competences of a future teacher in the process of mastering additional educational programmes. The author reveals the essence and content of the conditions through the formation of motivational interest in students, ensuring the integration of basic and additional educational programmes, early involvement of students in pedagogical activities. The solution of the problem of formation of general professional competences of the future teacher is considered possible within the framework of implementation of quasi-professional approach in training, which is integrated in the educational environment of the university as a set of methods and techniques of training, forms, means aimed at the formation of pre-professional mobility of students. This approach is possible through the integration of additional courses (electives, studios, creative workshops, clubs, etc.), the introduction of interactive methods, group training and research activities, practices with different purposes as a foundation for laying the basic general professional competences of future teachers. Pedagogical conditions are a necessary component of the process of professional training of students. They should be taken into account in the organisation of the pedagogical process, which will further ensure a high level of adaptation to professional activity.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the influence of external factors on education due to the peculiarities of the current reality of the BANI world. The signs of this world are understood in the context of changes in education as answers to the challenges of the new reality. The relationship of changes of the modern era in the form of challenges for education, pedagogical practice of training and upbringing, the need for personal development of students is disclosed. The specifics of modern practice meeting the requirements of the new reality were noted. The meanings of changes in the formation of a new reality are indicated: the model of «four-dimensional education» in the 21st century, the development of the personal potential of the student as a subject of the educational process, the use of pedagogical tools for the development of personal potential and the creation of a personal-developing educational environment. These meanings also include: the embodiment of the ideas of personalized training, a new model of the teacher's professionalism in changing conditions, developing management in educational organizations and his tools. The contribution of scientists to the development of scientific and theoretical responses to new challenges of our time to the education system, the pedagogical process of education and training, the process of personal development of a person is outlined. The results of the analytical work are presented in the form of provisions and key issues interpreting new meanings of changes in education.

  • The question of the syntactic status of substantives in Russian identity sentences

    Abstract:
    A multi aspect study of bisubstantive sentences of characterizing semantics is necessary to solve complex problems of syntactic analysis. The grammatical specificity of bisubstantial sentences lies in the morphological identity of the predicative minimum. The study has theoretical and practical tasks: identify the structural, semantic and communicative organization of sentences, propose methodological recommendations for syntactic analysis of sentences. The material of the study is modern literature. Analytical and descriptive methods are used to analyze the linguistic material. The problems of teaching syntactic analysis of sentences are identified through experimental methods. The main conclusions of the study: syntactic analysis of bisubstantial sentences should consist of traditional structural and semantic parameters, roles and functions in the semantic structure and communicative organization of a sentence, take into account context, stylistic and pragmatic factors. Syntactic phenomena should be studied from the functional position at all stages and levels of teaching syntax of the modern Russian language.

    This scientific article explores the features and effectiveness of adaptive physical education for children with visual impairments. Various methods and approaches to organizing and conducting classes have been studied, based on the specific needs and capabilities of children with visual impairments. The positive results of such activities are analyzed, including increased levels of physical activity and improved general physical condition. The article also identifies the main obstacles and difficulties that specialists face when working with children with visual impairments in the context of adaptive physical education.

PJSC Acron value by the method of companies – analogues is calculated.
