    Abstract:
    The article explores the motives of Russian citizens choosing long-term life insurance, reveals the importance of this tool in the process of accumulating family capital and ensuring the stability of future generations. Special attention is paid to the problems of the prevalence and demand for such contracts in modern Russia, and possible ways to increase interest in this financial mechanism are being considered. Recommendations are presented to improve the current situation, including government initiatives and modernization of the insurance products themselves.

    The article presents an innovative author's approach to the concept of human capital, developed based on years of practical experience in executive coaching and personnel management. For the first time, two key meta-components of human capital—the value level and the team—are introduced into the scientific discourse and HR management practice. These components have traditionally been excluded from analysis in the assessment, development, and retention of an organization's human capital. Through practical case studies, the effectiveness of the author's method is demonstrated, as well as the critical role of the proposed meta-components in the successful integration of executives into the organizational environment

    The study focuses on the demand for marketing tools in modern conditions in managing the development of problematic territorial-administrative entities of Russia. Despite the increase in the number of studies of individual aspects of territorial marketing (image, destinations), there is a lack of a comprehensive approach to solving the problem of optimizing the structure of the economy and ensuring sustainable development of small towns in Russia. The need to consider not individual areas of territorial marketing, as applied to small towns, but to develop a unified approach to resolving the problems of development lags based on a study of typical representatives in this category is substantiated. In modern conditions, the definition of «unique» market positions, based on the introduction of marketing technologies into the management of a problematic municipality, with their subsequent «business conversion», their most optimal positioning.

    Abstract:
    Increasing the human potential of teaching staff takes one of their leading places in identifying urgent tasks to improve the quality of general education as the main vector of development of state educational policy. The interrelation and interdependence of the processes of increasing the human potential of teachers and the quality of educational results of students are beyond doubt determines the relevance of the presented research. The purpose of this article is to identify the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation. The main materials for the study were federal and regional regulatory documents reflecting the main directions of state policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human resources of teaching staff in the Russian Federation, and the main research method in the presented work was the analysis of these documents. In addition, the study was also based on an analysis of the regional practice of implementing the main directions of state policy in the field of education on the example of the Kabardino-Balkarian Republic. As a result of the study, the main vectors of the state educational policy in the field of teacher education and the development of the human potential of teaching staff in the Russian Federation were identified.

    The author seeks to expand existing theoretical knowledge and suggest the author's definition of "sustainability" in relation to the consumer cooperation system based on a literary review. Despite the fact that other reviews present a significant number of aspects and characteristics related to sustainability, this study examines additional substantive characteristics, such as digitalization in the field of cooperative graduate education, and the competitive advantages of consumer cooperation. Based on the study of the consumer cooperation sustainability, all the cooperative advantages are combined into multilevel systemic aspects and the most significant for the sustainable development of cooperation are distinguished. The author proposes scientific and methodological approach, which consists in considering the types of sustainability and systematization of indicators for its assessment using system analysis.

    The article examines topical issues of legal regulation of reproductive technology - surrogacy, draws attention to the imbalance of the rights of potential parents and the rights of a surrogate mother in relation to a child, emphasizes the problem of unjustified infringement of the rights of potential parents and elevation in the rights of a surrogate mother. The conducted research allowed the authors to formulate proposals aimed at improving the current legislation, which, it seems, will contribute to ensuring a balance of the rights and interests of participants in surrogacy programs, as well as the realization of the best interests of the child.

    The chapter presents the results of experimental work on the implementation of the design process for assessing the quality of the educational potential of interaction with the families of schoolchildren. Based on scientific approaches, the content and structural components of the concept of ‘educational potential of the family’ are explained, a set of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the development of educational capabilities of parents is singled out, a set of diagnostic materials is compiled, including the assessment of all levels and components of educational potential. The educational program was the central tool for the effective development of the educational potential of students’ families in the process of interaction with the school at the formative stage of the experimental part of the study.

    The article analyzes the sociocultural aspects of the formation of the Cheboksary Electrical Equipment Plant during the Great Patriotic War of 1941–1945. («Advanced Electrical Equipment Plant No. 654»). The process of evacuation of the Kharkov Electromechanical Plant and the establishment of industrial production in Cheboksary is considered. The issues of solving social and everyday problems regarding the placement of evacuated specialists, as well as the educational mission of the Plant on the formation of socio-cultural employment as the initial stages of the formation of a separate electrical engineering cluster of the Chuvash Republic at the present stage are considered.

    The article presents the results of developing a model of reflexive quality of life management for the reproductive health of Russian students based on the explication of its value-semantic priorities, personal potential and for the strategy of accumulating human capital and spiritual and moral education. Reflexive management of the quality of life in relation to reproductive health means a purposeful process of influencing the changing parameters of the quality of life, initiated by the identification of spiritual and moral value-semantic priorities, personal and reproductive potentials of young people. The managerial function of the quality of life in relation to reproduction makes it possible to authenticate the will (desire) and active reflexive actions of a young person along the path of its preservation and generalization.

    Abstract:
    The article theoretically substantiates various methodological approaches to the implementation of the content of the academic discipline “Physical Culture and Sports” in the education system. It is noted that the bias in favor of collectivist forms of realization of the subject leads to the loss of the essential potential of the physical culture of the individual. The bias in favor of an individualistic approach impoverishes the essence of the subject in its educational aspect. It is shown that only a rationally balanced combination and taking into account the peculiarities of the discipline contributes to the creation of a special kind of space, where through dialogue young people realize their belonging both to the homo species and to the social matrix accepted by this community. The socialization of an individual through the conscious mastery of his physical self allows him to build a trajectory of personal development, using the natural potential to the fullest. The choice of forms of organization of the educational process depends on the understanding by the teaching staff of the multidimensionality of the discipline and its creative potential. The formation of an understanding of this kind is a necessary condition for the qualitative functioning of physical culture and sports in general. Modern conditions dictate the need to create a flexible model of physical education, accommodating both traditional approaches and the ability to quickly respond to real challenges of the external environment and take into account mental changes in the personality of students.

    The importance of the artistic image in the activity of a teacher as a tool for the development of the communicative culture of a university graduate is considered. This task is implemented through the disciplines of the socio-humanitarian cycle, in particular, psychology and foreign languages. The types and functions of the language of the artistic image are discussed. The essential characteristics of the concept of "the language of an artistic image" in the context of pedagogical activity are revealed, its developing potential is indicated. Methodological tools and techniques for improving the communicative culture of graduates of a humanitarian university are proposed.     Introduction. The article defines the teacher's mission in the era of social turbulence and high uncertainty characteristic of the transition of Russian society to the post-industrial stage of development. The authors focus on training a teacher for the future, determined by social conditions and directions of development of the Russian education system. Relevance. The available scientific ideas about the professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, ways to support his development in modern conditions cannot be recognized as sufficient. This determines the purpose of the study: the definition of professional resources in the context of the development of the personal potential of the teacher, the most demanded in the era of social turbulence and transformation of education. Material and research methods: the work uses theoretical methods (analysis of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical literature), modeling, generalization of the experience of establishing additional pedagogical education; empirical methods (psychological diagnosis of professional resources and personal potential of teachers, readiness of teachers for professional activities in conditions of social turbulence and transformation of education). Study results and discussion. The authors propose a model of professional resources and personal potential of the teacher, indicate diagnostic methods for their research. A description of the possibility of additional pedagogical education is presented as a condition for the development of professional resources and the personal potential of the teacher. It was concluded that it is necessary to improve the advanced training and retraining of teachers in the context of modern requirements for the teacher's activities. The experience of the Ulyanovsk State Pedagogical University named after I. N. Ulyanov in this direction is described. Conclusions. The results of the study can be used in organizing comprehensive support for the development of professional resources and personal potential of teachers in the conditions of further education, managing a teacher's career, developing advanced training and professional retraining programs.

    One of the priorities of the system of ethno-cultural training is the development of inclinations and abilities, the realization of the intellectual potential of the individ-ual. The intellectual game of chess is a resource for the mental development of a person. In the article, the author offers a brief overview of the history of Kalmyk chess, as well as shows the effectiveness of modern Kalmyk chess players, an analy-sis of the development of logical thinking, speed and accuracy of mental opera-tions, from the origin to the use of artificial intelligence. The work also touched up-on various modern ways of playing a game in chess, and the effectiveness of their results in the context of this study. The materials and methods of this work are the theoretical method (analysis and generalization of scientific and methodological literature on the research topic). The results of the study and their discussion: the results of the tournaments were analyzed in the work, within the framework of which the study of the participants was conducted. The results of this experiment are presented. On the basis of the study, it can be concluded that the chess game is used to develop such human qualities as ingenuity and discipline, as well as a number of other important human qualities.

    The chapter examines the relationship between the personality's focus on achieving success or avoiding failures in professional activities and the creativity of student-future HR managers. The results of a ten-year study of students of the Faculty of Sociology and Management of Ryazan State University named after S.A. Yesenin are presented. Various methods were used to analyze the peculiarities of students' perception of their future professional activity in the context of considering it as professional creativity. The dependence of the conditional level of creative potential and motivation to solve previously unknown professional and creative tasks was determined, as well as barriers blocking the achievement of the goal were identified.
