    В статье рассматривается важное значение применения инновационных технологии на современном этапе развития общества и образования, определяется термин электронная почта, ее место и эффективность использования в обучении иностранному языку, исследуются возможности использования электронной почты и электронной переписки в учебном процессе, а также описываются разработанные автором задания, направленные на формирование и развитие навыков и умений разных видов речевой деятельности у обучающихся в техническом вузе. Основными методами являются наблюдение, диагностика. обобщение и анализ. Основным выводом является выявление положительных результатов внедрения электронной почты в учебный процесс и ведения электронной переписки на иностранном языке обучающимися технического вуза.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to consider role-playing in the process of foreign language training at technical universities. The introduced form of the educational process contributes to the formation of foreign language presentation skills in a professional field of a future engineer. A foreign language competence confirms a high competency of a specialist. Role-playing business situations in an educational process are carried out on the basis of an integrated approach where knowledge from the professional field is transferred to the game with the help of a foreign language. Methods of creating typical situations at work in the classroom contribute to the formation of a favorable environment for the development of business qualities and foreign language skills in a professional sphere. In the course of the research a three-stage structure of role-playing, its content in relation to the stated conditions are described. Difficulties that arise during the game and possible methods to overcome them are listed. It is concluded that role-playing related to the professional activities of future engineers motivate them to learn a foreign language and bring the learning process closer to real professional communication. The practical experience gained in the classroom will be a valuable experience for making a successful career in the field of engineering.

  • Using a Situational-Game Approach at the English Lessons in the Secondary General School

    Abstract:
    The article considers the features of using the situational-game approach as a means of forming lexical skills in English language lessons at the secondary school level. The aim of the work is to study the use of a situational-game approach in teaching English to develop the lexical skills of a student studying at a secondary school, to propose and test methodically during the experiment techniques that should increase the effectiveness of teaching. In accordance with the goal, the following tasks were formed: to develop a set of exercises for teaching grade 6 students foreign language vocabulary using a situational-game approach; to apply a situational-game approach in English lessons. The theoretical significance of the work consists in a systematic approach to teaching lexical means, formulation of requirements for working with these means at the stages of training and output to speech, development of new ways of generalization and activation of lexical material. The practical significance of the work is connected with the fact that the results of the study can be used directly in the educational process when teaching foreign language vocabulary in the conditions of secondary school, contributes to improving the efficiency of the process of teaching the Russian language. The article presents examples of the use of situational-game approach in English lessons in the 6th grade of secondary school. During the experiment, all the goals and objectives were achieved, and the expediency of the proposed set of pedagogical conditions for the effective implementation of the system of formation of lexical skills in schoolchildren by using a situational-game approach in the process of learning English was confirmed. Based on the above, it can be concluded that the use of a situational-game approach when studying vocabulary in English lessons gives a positive dynamic, and also solves all the tasks.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается тема формирования профессионала в изменившихся условиях современности. Четвертая промышленная революция, в которую вступило человечество, стремительно меняет мир вокруг нас: невиданные прежде разработки и достижения – искусственный интеллект, робототехника, большие данные и Интернет вещей, – несомненно, будут влиять на экономику и человеческий труд. При этом интеллектуальный труд в XXI веке подвергнется не меньшему воздействию, чем ручной труд, который навсегда изменился в результате промышленной революции XIX века. Да и сама система высшего образования за последние двадцать лет подвергается кардинальным изменениям – бóльшим, чем за предыдущее тысячелетие, ведь, если в парадигмах образования 1.0, 2.0 и даже в значительной степени 3.0 студенты были в основном потребителями информационных ресурсов, которые предоставлялись им для поглощения и присвоения в виде знаний, новая образовательная парадигма 4.0 основывается на активной роли студентов в процессе обучения и формировании их новой функции – со-трудников, со-зидателей нового знания. То есть их профессиональные личности должны формироваться не только и не столько преподавателями, сколько в процессе совместной учебной деятельности высококвалифицированных профессионалов сегодняшних и высокомотивированных профессионалов завтрашних. Новый мир, основанный на эффективной межкультурной коммуникации в цифровой среде, нуждается в профессионалах нового типа, и вузам всего мира нужно срочно понять, как именно можно этого добиться.

    В статье анализируются результаты исследований, проведенных зарубежными учеными-практиками и посвященных использованию гипертекстовых и гипермедийных материалов для обучения чтению и написанию текстов на иностранных языках (английском и испанском как наиболее распространенных и популярных европейских языках). Автор рассматривает электронный текст как явление цифровой среды и выделяет его интерактивность как характеристику, позволяющую удовлетворять специфическим требованиям современного читателя и способствующую развитию так называемых «мягких» навыков, необходимых для успешной профессионализации обучающихся в XXI веке. Особое внимание в статье уделяется гипертекстовой коммуникации и ее наиболее значимым характеристикам, позволяющим значительно повышать производительность в работе с текстом и способствующим развитию когнитивных способностей обучающихся. Анализируется значимость когнитивных инструментов нового типа, а именно возможности современных цифровых технологий и гипертекстовых технологий в качестве средств развития когнитивных способностей обучающихся. Автор подчеркивает, что для обучения гипертекстовой коммуникации особое значение имеет формирование понимания значимости развития цифровых навыков и цифровых образовательных технологий.

  • Formation of Intercultural Competence of Primary Schoolchildren in Mastering Listening Comprehension Skills

    The article is devoted to the issue of teaching how to master listening comprehension skills while learning a foreign language in order to form the intercultural competence of primary schoolchildren. The relevance of the study is due to the need to create a fundamental basis for giving possibility to pupils to master communication skills in order being able to communicate effectively in a foreign language at a cross-cultural level, which is one of the strategic goals of modern linguistic education. The technology of phased work with authentic texts for mastering listening comprehension skills, including the stage of preliminary work and smoothing difficulties, the stage of listening and working with the text, the stage of post-listening and doing creative tasks based on the text is presented in the article. Research methods: scientometric analysis of scientific sources, pedagogical modeling, analysis of educational programs and standards, educational documentation and educational information on research studied, diagnostic methods, such as survey, experimental learning. Results. It is proposed to solve the problem by listening to authentic texts, as a purposeful process of mastering not only the linguistic, but also the cultural code of a foreign language, which is necessary to realize the principle of cultures’ dialogue. The educational goals in teaching primary schoolchildren how to master listening comprehension skills while learning a foreign language, as well as the methodological arguments for teaching listening comprehension as an independent type of speech activity are highlighted. It is concluded that this is not always the case when having a high level of foreign language communicative competence, students can achieve successful interaction at the intercultural level due to insufficient intercultural communication skills.

    В статье рассматривается междисциплинарность как научно обоснованное свойство современной образовательной среды Education 3.0. Междисциплинарный подход к обучению в современном вузе представлен с трех ракурсов в соответствии с концепцией ЮНЕСКО как совокупность концепций междисциплинарного (interdisciplinary), мультидисциплинарного (multidisciplinary) и трансдисциплинарного (transdisciplinary) подходов. В качестве примера применения междисциплинарного подхода предлагаются задания в курсе обучения иностранному (английскому) языку, разработанные автором для студентов факультета международных отношений и зарубежного регионоведения, позволяющие формировать навыки и компетенции, соответствующие специальности 41.03.05 Международные отношения. Автором выявлены основные возможности и преимущества междисциплинарного подхода, составляющие его процессы и достоинства, а также формируемые на его основе навыки и умения.
