  • The Main Goals and Objectives of Creating a Modern Storage System for Agricultural Products as a Factor in Reducing the Risk of Damage

    Abstract:
    The authors of the article emphasizes that the development of agro-industrial complex in our country is not only due to the formation of agricultural holdings, but also through the development of small business patterns. Taking into consideration the fact that large retail chains prefer to work with companies that can supply a high volume of goods at once, they are not interested in farmers who supply low volume of output. It is noted that the seasonal nature of agricultural output also increases the risk of product damage during storage. This risk is especially increased if the storage conditions are not met. It is found out that small-scale peasant business patterns are not able to maintain storage facilities that will meet different storage conditions for different types of products. Accordingly, for them, the problem of the risk of damage and loss of grown products due to non-compliance with storage conditions is more acute. The situation under consideration determines the relevance of the stated topic. The purpose of the study is to clarify the main goals and objectives of the formation of a modern storage system for agricultural products as the main factor in reducing the risk of its damage and loss. The study was conducted in several stages: the institutional framework for the formation of storage systems for agricultural products was studied; the institutional structure of the Central Federal district to create a modern system for storing agricultural raw materials and goods was systematized; target installations for placement of agricultural products storage enterprises in the context of the Central Federal district regions have been defined.

    Abstract:
    The most relevant features of the French Enlightenment are studied in the article. One of the features is ambivalence, that was expressed in most of the theoretical judgments by representatives of the era. The main ideas of the French Enlightenment are presented through the prism of the historical formation of the basic concepts: nature, human brain, culture. It is emphasized that the main achievement of the enlighteners in the cultural reformation of society was to combat religious and moral prejudices. It is noted that the value of enlighteners is in their innovative attempt to create a progressive model of cultural development based on a naturalistic and mechanical and deterministic picture of the world. The philosophical and cultural analysis revealed the internal dynamics of the enlighteners' ideas from civilizational optimism to criticism of civilizational progress. It is concluded that the philosophical and theoretical legacy of the Enlightenment, in the framework of the development of a single paradigm, is integral, logical and actually complete, that made the most use of its methodological and heuristic potential.

  • Prospects for the application of the provisions of foreign and international law for disputes on cross-border insolvency by the Russian courts

    Abstract:
    The problem of resolving cross-border insolvency disputes by Russian courts using foreign experience is analyzed in the article. The author describes how the problem of cross-border insolvency is resolved according to contemporary Russian legislation. It is noted that Russian courts are forced to independently develop approaches to dispute resolutions on cross-border insolvency in the absence of certain provisions in Russian law. The invocation of the concept “Center of Main Interests” (COMI) based on the analyses of the Russian courts’ cross-border insolvency precedents and the study of oversea conceptions is examined. The author comes to the conclusion that in order to justly resolve disputes on cross-border insolvency, it seems promising to use foreign experience by domestic courts.

  • Componentional Analysis of Verbs With a General Meaning “Manner of Movement” in English and Russian Languages

    Abstract:
    The article deals with problems of differentiating verb units with partially same meaning and the lexical meaning in modern dictionaries. The purpose of the research is to identify the integral and differential features of verbs with the common meaning “manner of movement” in English. Methods of research. In the process of the research the following research methods were used: descriptive method, method of opposition component analysis, associative experiment method, receptive experiment method, experimental method, contextual analysis. The object of the study are verbs: to dash, to parade, to race, to roam, to march, to shamble, to plod, to lumber, to shuffle, to stride, to stroll, to strut, to trudge, to wander. The authors of the article emphasize that the choice of these verb units is due to the fact that they are the most frequent lexemes representing the lexico-semantic group of verbs with the common meaning “manner of movement”. Research results. As a result of the lexicographic analysis it is turned out that the dictionary entries do not completely reveal the situation, and experimental analysis revealed additional components that depend on context.

  • Foreign Language Lessons as a Method of Developing Confident and Worthy Behavior of Students

    The authors of the article emphasize that modern realities require the development of skills of confident and worthy behavior in all situations, etc. It is noted that skills must be developed in learning process using various methods and techniques in the classroom and off-hour work using various psychological trainings to create a psychologically safe and comfortable educational environment. The study of the impact of applying personal-oriented teaching methods in English language learning process on the formation of self-confidence, improving academic performance and increasing interest in a foreign language is described in the article. The purpose, hypothesis, tasks, methodological and theoretical basis of the research, methods and experimental base of the research are defined in the article; the results of the research of the summative, formative and control stages are analyzed. The method of Yakubovskaya P. was chosen as a diagnostic method at the summative and control stages of the study. P. Yakubovskaya's assessment test is aimed at the ability to distinguish between confident, insecure and aggressive behavior of an individual. The summative stage of the study showed that the majority of students do not see the line between confident and insecure behavior of the individual in situations that were taken as examples. It is mentioned that some guys couldn't tell the difference between confident and aggressive behavior. At the formative stage of the study, students in the control group studied using the classical method. For students of the experimental group, English lessons were developed and tested using specially designed tasks of a personality-oriented nature. During the control stage of the study, students who were part of the experimental group showed a significant increase in correct answers while doing the test. As a result of the analysis, it was found that the use of personality-oriented approach in the educational process positively affects the formation of self-confidence, improving academic performance and increasing interest in a foreign language in general, as well as contributing to the formation of a strong and self-confident personality.

    В статье раскрываются основные проблемы семей, воспитывающих детей с ограниченными возможностями здоровья. Рассматривается сопровождение таких семей путем организации психолого-медико-педагогического консилиума и центра психолого-педагогической, медицинской и социальной помощи. Подчеркивается важность разработки индивидуального образовательного маршрута для полноценного включения ребенка в образовательную среду, определения стратегии и тактики психолого-педагогической поддержки. Делается вывод об эффективности психолого-педагогического сопровождения при условии сотрудничества всех сторон педагогического процесса: педагогов, родителей, учащихся.

    В статье рассмотрен вопрос успешной социальной адаптации детей раннего возраста в группе кратковременного пребывания дошкольного учреждения, которой способствует разработка модели педагогического сопровождения. Основу данной модели составляют этапы прохождения ребенком раннего возраста адаптационного периода в условиях ситуации взаимодействия со всеми участниками образовательных отношений (педагогами, детьми, родителями). Основными показателями эффективности реализации модели педагогического сопровождения являются стабилизация эмоционального состояния ребенка, отсутствие негативных реакций в период пребывания в группе, интерес к игрушкам и объектам окружающей предметно-пространственной среды, проявления активности в деятельности на занятиях, положительное отношение к общению и взаимодействию со взрослыми и другими воспитанниками группы.

    Изучена семенная продуктивность у двух морфологических форм Taraxacum officinale s. l., произрастающих в условиях техногенной трансформации среды. Для исследуемых форм одуванчика характерна противоположная реакция на данный фактор: у dahlstedtii техногенная трансформация среды независимо от периода наблюдения приводит к снижению реальной семенной продуктивности, у f. pectinatiforme – к повышению на техногенно нарушенных территориях за счет увеличения количества генеративных побегов.

    Abstract:
    The relevance of the study is due to the complexity of socio-cultural reality due to the aggravation of the contradiction between globalization and national-oriented processes, the increasing struggle of cultures, economies and ideologies, and the acceleration of scientific and technological progress. The purpose of the article is to consider sociocultural and anthropoecological distinctive features of pedagogical discourse. The author points out that anthropo-innovations, such as genetic engineering, cyborgization, cloning, integration with artificial intelligence, pharmaceutical advances, and GMO products threaten the existence of a person in his or her mental and physical integrity. The restriction of anthropological innovations is due to spiritual revival, reliance on traditional cultures, as well as the best cultural and pedagogical national experience, and is determined by the understanding of the soul as an integrating component of a person. In the Humanities, the description of an increasingly complex socio-cultural reality is closely related to its description in the context of various discursive plans. This approach is also promising for pedagogy. At the same time, modern trends in the development of the discursive approach “blur” the boundaries of pedagogical knowledge. The article presents a highly specialized definition of pedagogical discourse. During the study the following methods were applied: analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature. It is proved that the pedagogical category “zone of proximal development” in its socio-cultural and anthropo-ecological contexts favors understanding of the distinctive features of educational and pedagogical discourse. It is concluded that orientation to the zone of proximal development of the individual contributes to the consistency of the socio-cultural experience, including nationally oriented components, transmitted by the teacher, with the life experience of the student, favors his or her emotional involvement in the educational process.

    The ways and means of implementing the contents of an additional professional educational advanced training program consisting of classroom and extracurricular activities aimed at incorporating the mastered experience into the practice of trainees (listeners) to solve specific problems of professional activity are considered. Based on the analysis of legal documents and scientific and methodical literature, the purpose, objectives and content of the formation of professional competences of teachers of the native (Tatar) language within the additional advanced training program implementation and post-course period have been determined. The purpose of the study is to reveal the possibilities of additional professional educational advanced training program aimed at improving the multicultural competence of the teacher of native (Tatar) language “Formation of multicultural competences of the teacher of teacher of native (Tatar) language”. The author outlines that the aim of the additional professional educational program is to improve the professional competence of teachers of the native (Tatar) language, oriented and ready to work in a multicultural educational environment at the entry stage of Russian school in international competition. Methods. During the implementation of the program the following methods were applied: reflexive analysis, modeling, case-study, project method, etc. It is concluded that professional competences formed during the implementation of the additional professional educational advanced training program are designed to implement the tasks of multicultural education in practical activities of teachers of the native (Tatar) language.

    В статье рассматривается междисциплинарность как научно обоснованное свойство современной образовательной среды Education 3.0. Междисциплинарный подход к обучению в современном вузе представлен с трех ракурсов в соответствии с концепцией ЮНЕСКО как совокупность концепций междисциплинарного (interdisciplinary), мультидисциплинарного (multidisciplinary) и трансдисциплинарного (transdisciplinary) подходов. В качестве примера применения междисциплинарного подхода предлагаются задания в курсе обучения иностранному (английскому) языку, разработанные автором для студентов факультета международных отношений и зарубежного регионоведения, позволяющие формировать навыки и компетенции, соответствующие специальности 41.03.05 Международные отношения. Автором выявлены основные возможности и преимущества междисциплинарного подхода, составляющие его процессы и достоинства, а также формируемые на его основе навыки и умения.

Авторская методика была апробирована в организации «Русский мир» в Никарагуа с неизменно хорошими результатами, что позволяет говорить о возможности использования песен как средства решения различных методических задач на всех уровнях языка: фонетическом, грамматическом и лексическом. Дано описание методики, приведены примеры упражнений и приемов работы с песнями.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена вопросам коррекции оптической дисграфии у обучающихся начальных классов. Дано понятие дисграфии. Большое внимание уделено классификации дисграфии и причинам возникновения дисграфии у младших школьников. Рассмотрено понятие «функциональная грамотность школьников» как актуальный результат образования, где в основе лежит языковая грамотность. Изучен вопрос, касающийся социализации и образования детей с ОВЗ, который является одним из важнейших факторов государственной политики в сфере охраны здоровья и образования. Отражены данные исследования детей 6–8-летнего возраста на наличие какого-либо вида дисграфии. Проанализированы основные методики по исправлению оптической дисграфии. По результатам этой работы были сформированы комплексные задания по устранению этой проблемы у учащихся начальных классов. Приведены итоговые результаты работы. Сделан вывод о том, что можно своевременно распознать настораживающие, предостерегающие факторы, первые признаки речевых нарушений, организовать и качественно провести профилактическую и коррекционную работу.

    Предлагается методика технико-тактической подготовки высококвалифицированных айкидоистов для эффективной сдачи дисциплин футари-гакэ (защита от двух нападающих), танин-гакэ (защита от трех нападающих), рандори (вольная схватка против нескольких нападающих, в том числе вооруженных различными видами оружия), аттестационных экзаменов на 2–4 даны, а также для приобретения психологической устойчивости в различных стрессовых ситуациях.

    Abstract:
    Статья посвящена уточнению понятия «профессиональное выгорание», которое может рассматриваться с учетом и без учета такого фактора, как время, и его внешнего проявления – скорости (от лат. tempus – время) индивидуального действия и темпа совместной (группа) деятельности, включая образовательный процесс как темпоральное взаимодействие всех его участников. Цель исследования – рассмотреть профессиональное выгорание учителя как темпоральный феномен, обусловленный возрастанием скорости действий учителей в современной школе, что формирует темп жизни школы, спонтанный характер изменения которого разрушает традиционные нормы взаимодействия учителей с учащимися и другом с другом, разрушает вместе с этим смысл их поведения и становится причиной социального выгорания. В качестве меры профилактики изучается профессиональное лидерство. В ходе исследования применялись такие методы, как теоретический анализ научной литературы, обобщение, синтез, интерпретация, резюмирование, а также структурно-функциональный подход в определении внутренних (эндогенных) факторов эмоционального выгорания учителя. Выделенные факторы имеют непосредственное отношение к уточнению понимания как профессионального выгорания учителя, так и мер профилактики посредством создания условий для становления учителя-лидера в современной школе, придавая задачам института образования – формирование личности, профессиональный отбор и профессиональная ориентация, обеспечение непрерывного образования или образования в течение всей жизни – содержание, адекватное требованиям и условиям развития цифрового общества, проявляющееся в усилении роли в жизни молодого человека его эмоционального сознания как интегратора той учебной информации, определяющей и создающей проблемы поведенческого уровня и ученика и учителя.
