    Abstract:
    The chapter examines the importance of critical thinking in the modern world and its development among schoolchildren, especially in the context of reading literacy in literature lessons. The author presents the technology of critical thinking as an effective method for analyzing, evaluating and synthesizing information, and provides examples of its use in teaching literature. In today's world, where information surrounds us from all sides, the ability to think critically is becoming a key skill for a successful life and professional activity. It is especially important to develop this skill among schoolchildren, since their ability to learn and adapt in an ever-changing world depends on it. The chapter discusses the application of the Cinquain method in the educational process, its usefulness for the development of creative thinking, critical analysis and communication skills. The advantages of using this method in literature lessons are considered and examples of its implementation in the educational process are offered. The author also presents the practical experience of a teacher in literature lessons at the middle level: a lesson summary, examples of cinquaines compiled by students in the classroom.

    The article presents the data of a study of the level of development of the vocabulary of older preschoolers with ONR. The specific features characteristic of the formation of the vocabulary of children with ONR are revealed. Preschoolers have a limited vocabulary. Passive vocabulary usually prevails over active vocabulary. The article defines the stages of work on the development of the vocabulary of older preschoolers with general speech underdevelopment. Examples of games and exercises used in the course of correctional work on vocabulary development are given.

    In the field of teaching preschool children speech and logical thinking, the problem of transition from spontaneous to purposeful teaching of natural language logic as a conscious method of cognition, especially scientific, is being solved. The logic of a natural language is defined as a system of all its logical means and rules for understanding and using these means. The main research methods are pedagogical experiment, sociolinguistic research and this logic. The author has developed forms of tasks and exercises for targeted teaching from early preschool age to the correct understanding and conscious use of conjunctions, quantifiers, question words and the rules of natural language logic. The forms are shown with the help of which adult parents or educators can themselves understand what is included in this logic and purposefully teach it to children.

    Abstract:
    The article presents the theoretical justification and practical implementation of an educational environment aimed at developing the methodological competence of future teachers. Purpose of the study: to theoretically substantiate, practically define and experimentally create an educational environment aimed at developing methodological competence in future primary school teachers through game practice. Research methods: a) theoretical: analysis, synthesis, interpretation of scientific literature on the research problem; b) empirical: pedagogical experiment. The article describes approaches to defining the categories “competence”, “methodological competence”, “gaming practice”. The study shows the feasibility of using innovative games in teacher education and formulates the requirements for the development and implementation of innovative games. The results of the pedagogical experiment prove the effectiveness of using innovative games as a means of developing students' methodological competence. The practical significance of the study lies in the development of conditions for the use of innovative games in the methodological training of students - future teachers. The conclusions based on the results of the empirical study give reason to talk about the advisability of using elements of game practice in order to develop the methodological competence of future teachers.

    The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of literary sources on the problem of human qualimetry and education. The relevance of this study is determined by the fact that at the moment the education system is undergoing serious changes due to the transition to the national system of higher education, which is largely determined by the spiritual and moral attitudes of specific teachers, Teachers, heads of the education system, both at the level of a specific educational organization and at the level of the Russian state. The scientific hypothesis of the theoretical study is the position that the Teacher's pedagogical skills, his professional and personal qualities, educational and educational technologies that he uses are fundamentally isomorphic to the quality of education reflected in the qualities of the Student's personality (education, upbringing). As research methods, the theoretical analysis of more than 100 works by A.I. Subetto and other authors is used from the position of applying the principles of isomorphism of professional and personal qualities of a Teacher in the educational, educational process of a Student. As a result of the theoretical analysis, 7 main positions of the Russian scientific qualimetric school in the field of education and personality are identified.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of this work is to substantiate the ethno-cultural orientation in teaching English among bilingual students of Tuvan State University as the basis for the formation of intercultural competence. The strengthening of internationalization and mutual influence of polylinguocultural social communities in different spheres of life actualizes the question of the need to solve educational problems in a broad socio-cultural context and the dialogue of cultures. It is possible through a discipline in English, aimed at studying Tuvan culture by students in the context of the past and the present. We have defined the purpose of the discipline, the content of cultural knowledge, the planned competencies as a result of studying the discipline by students, and also formulated principles. The discipline is based on the application of the innovative subject-integrated methodology CLIL, combining content and language. Its combination with the ethno-cultural component in teaching English creates the potential not only to improve the skills of foreign language communicative competence, but also contributes to the formation of intercultural competence of students.

    This article explores methods of econometric analysis of financial indicators. The most current and necessary approaches for studying the financial sector in 2023 are identified in this article. The article highlights three main classes of econometric models: time series models, single-equation regression models, and simultaneous equation systems. It is important to emphasize that the choice of method depends on specific goals and the characteristics of the available data. Factors such as data availability and quality, model complexity, research objectives, time frames, and the complexity of relationships all influence the selection of the most appropriate method. Ultimately, the article underscores the importance of carefully selecting a method, conducting an analysis of results, and making informed decisions for effective financial management and forecasting future changes.

    The management of information flows (data) of national statistical services requires the development of mechanisms that ensure a broad description of statistical indicators included in the statistical work plan of the relevant organizations, consistent with certain norms (requirements). The article examines the key approaches to the formation of "quality passports of statistical indicators" and assesses the possibility of applying the relevant experience in Russian practice. It is noted that the "passport of the quality of statistical indicators" should be a continuation of the already existing "passports of indicators" presented in the Unified Interdepartmental Information and Statistical System.

    Abstract:
    The chapter presents the results of a comparative analysis of the publication activity of the teaching staff of the departments of the Faculty of Physical Education of Dagestan State Pedagogical University. The obtained research results are based on the scientometric database of the RSCI. According to a set of hetero-geneous scientometric indicators: the number of publications, the citation index, the Hirsch index, the impact factor and the categories of journals in the List of the Higher Attestation Commission in which articles are published, the authors have compiled ratings of departments, an integrated assessment of their publication productivity is given. The importance of research related to the publication activity of higher school teachers is emphasized: the study of the publication activity of teachers and structural units of the university allows not only to assess the current situation of the effectiveness of research activities, but also assumes its informational value in solving the tasks of improving the efficiency of planning and organization of scientific work of departments (faculties), in order to increase the competitiveness of the university.

    In this work, a three-factor multiplicative mathematical model of deterministic factor analysis by the integral method is studied on the example of solving a specific problem of analyzing the economic activity of the manufacturing sector of the economy. As intermediate indicators, the average number of employees in the industry, the number of days worked by an employee per year and the average annual production of products by an employee of the industry were taken. The resulting indicator was the output of the industry.

    Abstract:
    The chapter provides a comparative description of the concepts of economic growth and economic justice, and proposes indicators that characterize them. A forecast of the dynamics of economic development indicators was constructed using the extrapolation method until 2027, which gave a steady downward trend in growth. To prevent negative trends in economic development, measures of government influence on the economy are proposed, which should be carried out in three stages: determining the goals of economic development; analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of socio-economic relations within the country, as well as threats and opportunities from foreign counterparties; implementation of existing advantages into active moves and the formation of new ones. It is concluded that the successful socio-economic development of Russia should lead it to the establishment of social justice. An analysis of various approaches to the definition of the concept of «social justice» is made.

However, the science of management of organizations could not timely provide scientifically sound proposals for the practical implementation of laws by organizations on the implementation of a risk-based approach in the practice of work. At the same time, it is particularly difficult for practitioners of organizations to assess risks and hazards in order to assign them to certain categories and classes in order to optimize the frequency of inspections and reduce the cost of inspections while increasing their effectiveness.

    Familiarizing students with the components of the basics of ecology only in natural science lessons is ineffective. Therefore, it is important to develop environmental education through a system of additional education for children. At the same time, one of the means may be the organization of a network of educational ecological trails. Educational and research activities, excursions along the ecological path, competitions, contests held directly in the natural environment contribute to improving the level of patriotic education, ecological culture and deepening students' knowledge about their native land. The network interaction of teachers of institutions of additional education and teachers of secondary schools of the district, by combining them into an initiative group, allows them to unite their ideas, pedagogical experience and develop the most effective methods of educational work, remote small schools.
