    В статье рассматривается состояние авиабизнеса в России в период начала пандемии коронавирусной инфекции, состояние авиакомпаний, методы минимизации убытков, с которыми они столкнулись, и пути выхода из сложившейся кризисной ситуации. Проведен анализ изменения востребованности авиаперевозок, а также наглядно рассмотрено снижение количества рейсов в самом начале введения ограничений. Сделан вывод о том, что в дальнейшем ждёт отрасль авиабизнеса.

    Abstract:
    Проблематика исследования связана с необходимостью разработки, внедрения новых образовательных технологий в систему высшего образования, выявлением проблем и определения путей их преодоления. Методы исследования, с одной стороны, связаны с анализом опыта цифровизации гуманитарного образования, с другой – основаны на систематизации и обобщении собственной практики разработки курсов дистанционного обучения, сравнении с практикой коллег из вузов Российской Федерации и зарубежных стран на основе анализа проблем дистанционного обучения в ближайшей ретроспективе (весеннего и осеннего семестров). Результаты исследования – выявлены положительные и отрицательные стороны применения дистанционных технологий в преподавании гуманитарных дисциплин, дана оценка методических рекомендаций по организации обучения юридическим и гуманитарным дисциплинам, определены направления дальнейших исследований.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to discussing social and pedagogical context for the processes of upbringing and education. The purpose of the study is to disclose the specifics of upbringing and education contributing to positive socialization of the individual in the circumstances when the social component of modern life has gained greater significance. The research methods include the study and analysis of academic and pedagogical publications on the discussed issue. The article examines integration and differentiation as trends in the progress of modern pedagogical science. The author highlights the issue of interconnection and independence between general pedagogy, social pedagogy and other human sciences. The idea of social context for traditional pedagogical processes of education and instruction is argued in the article. The author focuses on transformation that these processes undergo in the present-day context for an individual’s social development, as well as on risks and barriers in solving educational problems arising in that context. The article reveals the role performed by child’s upbringing and education as factors of positive socialization. The author presents her standing in viewing the concept of “positive socialization”, and in defining the role of positive thinking in this process. The article also suggests there is a need for socio-pedagogical support for an individual’s positive socialization. The concept and content of socio-pedagogical support of a student in the process of upbringing and education is briefly revealed. The author concludes by stating a demand to modify methodology of researching processes of education and instruction in the domain of an individual’s socialization.

    Статья посвящена анализу методов и форм поддержки инновационных проектов, а также предлагаются рекомендации по их совершенствованию. В работе проведено полное комплексное исследование инструментов поддержки инновационных проектов. В статье выявлены основные этапы, подходы и проблемы системы поддержки инновационных проектов. В процессе написания работы были использованы некоторые исследовательские методы. Прежде всего, были задействованы теоретические методы (системный метод, а также обобщение), общелогические методы (аналогия, анализ). Итоги проведенного исследования позволяют выработать соответствующие рекомендации, направленные на продуктивное совершенствование способов поддержки инноваций, а также проектов, с ними связанных.

    В статье рассматривается возможность использования венчурного капитала в малом и среднем бизнесе. Авторы уделяют значительное внимание тому факту, что именно благодаря своей структуре и внутренней организации молодые мелкие фирмы могут быть более инновационными, чем крупные и устоявшиеся предприятия. Отмечается, что новые фирмы с новаторскими идеями и с гибкой структурой могут более адекватно реагировать на проблемы клиентов. Авторы подчеркивают, что для развития и поддержки инновационного бизнеса предлагается создать и использовать специальный инструмент венчурный капитал, который может решить проблемы молодых инновационных фирм. Авторы приходят к выводу, что на сегодняшний день венчурный капитал – это то, что питает стартапы и предпринимательство.

    Abstract:
    The experience of psychological and pedagogical support of gifted children, which consists mainly in the creation of certain conditions in a private educational institution is presented in the article. On the basis of a private lyceum named after G.V. and N.G. Riumin of Ryazan, created by the founder N.V. Riumin – candidate of psychological sciences and by its director L.I. Arkharova – candidate of pedagogical sciences, head of the Pedagogy and Teacher Education Department at FSBEI of HE " Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin", the experience of cooperation of higher education and general education institutions in the formation and upbringing of gifted children has been studied. L.I. Arkharova’s psychological and pedagogical competencies and long experience enabled to create the conditions for attracting the best teachers of Ryazan. Being rather a small city, when the teachers of the FSBEI of HE " Ryazan State University named for S. Yesenin" know the best of the best by sight, teach the potential teachers a worthy education and “see” the situation from the inside, close cooperation and interaction can be observed. Entering the lyceum, children individually reveal their potential being surrounded by care, warmth, love and attention to the personality of everyone.

    In the modern educational process, a significant role should be given to psychological and pedagogical support for gifted children, because in the school environment, their self-esteem often becomes inadequate. Creating a psychologically safe environment, pedagogical conditions, and the correct relationship between teachers and pupils is the task of the school team to maintain normal self-esteem of gifted pupils. The problem is particularly evident in primary school age when moving to a new social environment, so the work of teachers and psychologists at this age stage should be particularly detailed.

    A scientific analysis on the problem of gifted children is presented, and both positive and negative age-psychological features of gifted primary school children are thoroughly characterized. Psychological and pedagogical support aimed at identifying and taking into account characteristics for a specific age, peculiarities of child’s intellectual and personal development is considered an effective method of pedagogical activity in the work with gifted children. A meaningful characteristic of psychological and pedagogical work with children in each problematic sphere is given. Among them: motivational, social, emotional, will and cognitive spheres.

    A teacher working with gifted children should take into account the peculiarities of motivation of gifted students, strive to activate it and maintain it at the proper level in order to increase the effectiveness of professional activities. The article presents four types of gifted children, identified based on the level and type of motivation. The characteristic of behavioral features and specifics of educational activities of representatives of each type is given. Examples of psychological and pedagogical support that are most effective for each type are pointed out.

    Current regulatory legal act regulating educational activities in the Russian Federation is considered in the study. Special attention is paid to the legal framework for state regulation of preschool institutions engaged in correction of children's speech disorders. The analysis of the existing measures of state support was conducted, the quality of services provided in child care center is assessed, problem areas are identified, ways of improving the forms of state support were proposed according to the materials selected as research area of a municipal education.
