    The chapter investigates the transformation of the business analyst profession amid AI advancements and hybrid intelligence – synergistic human-machine cognition in decision-making. Relevance arises from technological shifts: cloud migrations, microservices architecture, AI integration in business processes. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical data from Russian and international companies, it elucidates the intellectualization of socio-economic systems. The study justifies abandoning traditional business analysis for hybrid methodologies incorporating predictive and adaptive elements. A novel typology of business analyst roles is introduced: systems ecosystem designer, AI model interpreter, data architect, ethical navigator. Key competencies are identified: systems thinking, technical literacy, machine learning basics, product mindset, ethical evaluation. It is concluded that in the context of hybrid intelligence, there is not a replacement of a person by a machine, but a qualitative change in his role – the transition from a performer of routine operations to a strategic partner providing synergy of human judgment and the computing power of algorithms.

    The analysis of methodological approaches to the organization of design and research activities of schoolchildren in the field of ecology using the methods of bryoindication and lichenoindication carried out. The normative bases of such activities in the context of modern Federal State Educational Standards, national projects and strategic documents of the Russian Federation emphasizing the importance of environmental education and the formation of research competencies are considered. The key problems of introducing bioindication methods into school practice identified: the pattern of research and the lack of age differentiation of methods. The need to develop ready-to-use methodological recommendations and protocols that will allow teachers to organize meaningful and consistent research work that contributes not only to the implementation of educational projects, but also to the real participation of schoolchildren in local environmental monitoring, the formation of an environmentally responsible, critically thinking personality.

    Abstract:
    The article presents an original concept of fractal connection between a leader's personal potential (T-circuit) and professional leadership competencies (L-circuit). It is demonstrated that gaps in life spheres automatically block the development of corresponding competencies. A dual-circuit diagnostic model is proposed with an original structure of 8 spheres × 3 sub-spheres (T-circuit) and 8 competencies × 3 sub-spheres (L-circuit), assessed through a system of original indices: T-Vitality, L-Vitality, T-Balance, L-Balance, and the meta-index LTI. The methodology is part of the original human potential development program "Path to Self-Realization." It is based on a study of 135 CEO-2 level executives and demonstrates the practical applicability of the "inside-out" development strategy.

  • A practice-oriented model for preparing future computer science teachers to implement elements of the digital educational environment

    Abstract:
    This chapter addresses the pressing issue of modernizing the training of future computer science teachers at pedagogical universities. The research is motivated by a contradiction between the new requirements for a computer science teacher as an architect of the school's digital educational environment and the insufficient practice-oriented focus of existing curricula. Based on an analysis of graduates' professional deficits and regulatory challenges, the author develops and scientifically substantiates an original practice-oriented training model. Its core consists of specialized practical modules integrated into academic disciplines, aimed at building skills in deploying and administering key elements of the digital educational environment (Apache/Nginx web servers, DBMS, LMS Moodle). The methodological foundation is formed by competency-based and practice-oriented approaches; methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical modeling, and approbation were used. The model's implementation is supported by a unique environment of educational server platforms («server sandbox," KVM platform). Approbation in the educational process of VGSPU confirmed the model's effectiveness, demonstrated by the development of students' readiness to assume the role of developer and administrator of an educational organization's digital infrastructure. The results are valuable for teacher training university lecturers and educational program developers.

    Abstract:
    This article investigates the problem of developing communicative skills among students in the system of secondary vocational education (SVE), which are crucial for their competitiveness in the modern labor market. It argues that project-based learning serves as the most effective pedagogical tool for fostering this set of competencies. The study analyzes the structural components of communicative competence and the stages of project work, revealing a direct correlation between them. The theoretical framework is illustrated by a practical example of implementing an interdisciplinary project at the North Ossetian Pedagogical College. It is proven that project-based activities create conditions for an authentic learning environment, in which communicative skills are developed in a comprehensive and situational-natural way.

    Abstract:
    Specialized school education today aims to enhance learning motivation and acquire knowledge and skills necessary for future professions. The choice of specialized subjects by 9th-grade graduates for in-depth study in specialized 10th-11th grades also implies passing the Unified State Exam (USE) in these subjects at the specialized level. However, the results are often lower than expected by graduates, their parents, and teachers. This article, based on an analysis of the 2024 Unified State Exam (USE) results in mathematics (specialized level), examines the format of self-analysis of a mathematics teacher's own errors in teaching schoolchildren. It proposes a set of updated competencies for mathematics teachers to improve the quality of graduates' mathematical training. As a result of discussing the problems of modern specialized school mathematics education, particularly the update of the direction of specialized school education (introduction of agrotechnological classes), with participants of professional development programs (specialists from regional education development institutes overseeing specialized school education, and heads and deputy heads of general education organizations), constructive approaches to mathematical training of schoolchildren are outlined. These approaches aim to apply mathematical knowledge, applied mathematical skills, and abilities in mastering related academic subjects, using the example of mathematics education in specialized agrotechnological classes.

    The article explores current issues in the development of cross-disciplinary (meta-subject) learning outcomes among school students in the context of digital transformation in education. A brief pedagogical overview of the concept is provided, as defined in Russian federal educational standards. The paper presents findings from a sociological survey of schoolteachers aimed at identifying challenges in achieving meta-subject goals, such as lack of instructional materials, limited time, and the need for digital tools. The study reveals that teachers' methodological competencies and their use of ICT tools vary depending on teaching experience and subject area. As a practical solution, the article proposes the development of a digital assignment constructor platform to support teachers in creating tasks that foster meta-subject skills.

    The article examines the concept of continuing education in the context of modern socio-economic changes and technological development. The main focus is on the role of continuing education in training professionals who are able to adapt to rapidly changing labor market conditions and requirements. The impact of technological progress on society and the education system is analyzed, and the main functions of continuing education are highlighted: professional, social and personal. The work emphasizes the importance of developing students' independence, responsibility and determination in the process of continuous professional education. The necessity of updating the knowledge and skills of specialists in various fields is emphasized in order to maintain competitiveness. The article considers the role of learning foreign languages in professional training and their impact on the expansion of human opportunities in education, work and communication. Theoretical research methods were used to analyze the problem, including analysis of scientific publications and official documents, such as the Concept of Technological Development of Russia until 2030. As a result of the analysis, the key competencies necessary for successful professional, family and social life in the context of the transformation of the socio-economic sphere have been identified. Among them are computer skills and foreign languages, technological literacy, entrepreneurial skills and social skills. It was also noted that Nizhnevartovsk State University (NVSU) pays special attention to the study of English in the framework of the program "English for academic mobility". It is emphasized that academic mobility contributes to the expansion of educational horizons, the formation of intercultural competencies and the creation of employment potential for graduates.

The article presents the results of a theoretical analysis of existing approaches to mentoring, systematizes modern technologies used in educational practice, and defines criteria for the effectiveness of these technologies. The article focuses on systematizing universal pedagogical competencies (UPC) that ensure effective student engagement in the educational process, with an emphasis on integrating digital technologies and personalizing learning. Based on an analysis of contemporary research and practices, the authors identify key areas, including the development of a teacher's emotional intelligence, the use of active and gamified teaching methods, and the creation of a supportive learning environment that promotes students' psychological well-being.     The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile.     The study reveals the specifics of teaching basic art disciplines in the junior courses of the undergraduate direction of the Design 54.03.01. Modern conditions are presented that form the sphere of professional activity of future designers. It reflects the importance of introducing students to moral, ethical and aesthetic values. Attention is focused on creating an artistic image as the fundamental principles of compositional tasks. The fundamental significance of the Propaedeutics discipline is revealed. Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed.     The chapter outlines the need for pedagogical design of the educational process, the introduction of digital technologies, and reveals its bimodality – traditional implementation and digital (electronic and distance learning). Some existing models of pedagogical design are described, and the features of their implementation are revealed. The material and technical conditions that contribute to the effective implementation of the bimodal educational process are described.

    Abstract:
    Development of the EIEE (electronic information and educational environment) is one of the most important topics in modern pedagogical research. This process is currently undergoing a lot of changes and requires its detailed understanding within the framework of pedagogical science, as modern educational programmes for specialists’ training require implementation of innovative digital technologies. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to carry out theoretical analysis and case study in order to systematize this concept in the context of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various sectors of the digital economy. EIEE plays the key role in terms of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various areas of digital economy. This paper provides generalized analysis of existing theoretical approaches to the concept of "ecosystem" and considers various views on EIEE’s development. Particular attention is paid to the authors’ approach, which is based on cooperation with industrial partners. In this context, it is proposed to create EIEE through the development of technical specifications, integration of cross-platform solutions and sharing resources. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that EIEE’s development is an important step towards evolution of educational programmes that meet the requirements of modern digital economy and contribute to training of a new generation of specialists, who are ready for challenges that future presents.
