    В статье рассматривается проблема необходимости повышения эффективности экономической деятельности в России, развития рыночных отношений, которые требуют соответствующего аппарата управления, специально подготовленных людей – менеджеров, которые способны организовать социально-экономические структуры и выстроить рациональный творческий процесс управления ими. Методами исследования являются системный подход к изучению информационной базы, сформированной на основе научно-методических и нормативных источников; научная абстракция для выявления различных дефиниций по изучаемой проблеме; а также классические методы анализа, синтеза и обобщения, позволяющие разработать теоретическое обоснование применение креативного менеджмента в различных организациях. К результатам исследования можно отнести выводы и предложения по особенностям опыта применения креативного менеджмента в организации современных студенческих отрядов.

    В статье говорится об особой значимости применения модульной технологии в системе бакалавриата на примере учебной программы по иностранному языку для студентов Российского государственного аграрного заочного университета. Также рассматриваются принципы модульного обучения, мотивы, которыми руководствовались преподаватели университета при выборе данной технологии. В то же время проанализировано влияние использования данной технологии на развитие креативности студентов. В заключение сделаны выводы об успешных результатах применения блочно-модульного обучения в процессе развития творческости обучающихся.

    The scientific work is devoted to topical issues of intercultural communication. The problem is considered in the paradigm of improving the creative intercultural communicative competence of FSBEI of HE "Ural State Mining University" college students. Creative intercultural communicative competence is called the integrative quality of a linguistic personality, capable of knowing the surrounding reality by language means presented in the text-culture, and aimed at creative implementation in the process of conflict-free communication, and the text-culture is considered as a unit of information transfer and as a pedagogical condition for improving creative intercultural communicative competence of college students. In the article, the authors build a connection between language, culture, text and communication and touch upon the issues of modeling and a complex of pedagogical conditions for improving the creative intercultural communicative competence of college students.

Диагностика творческих способностей была осуществлена в соответствии с их структурными компонентами. Выявлено положительное влияние искусственной языковой среды на такие составляющие когнитивного компонента творческих способностей дошкольников, как воображение и способность к надситуативности. Результаты исследования могут быть использованы при разработке программ раннего развития и раннего обучения иностранному языку.

    The student's educational adaptation is determined by various factors: objective and subjective, including the presence of special abilities that ensure the formation of professionally important qualities. The results of the study of the relationship between special abilities and educational adaptation of architecture students are presented. The results of a comparative analysis of the types of thinking, creativity, and creative abilities of the subjects of the two groups, which differ in the level of adaptation, are presented. It is established that the presence of special abilities increases the adaptive capabilities of students, allows them to effectively adapt to educational and professional activities.

    Abstract:
    An important indicator of giftedness is creativity. The authors have developed a comprehensive diagnostic system for the early detection of children with signs of giftedness. The following indicators of creativity were studied: fluency, flexibility, originality, degree of development. The model of psychological and pedagogical conditions for the successful education of gifted children was also substantiated. According to this model the actualization of giftedness is possible only with close interaction between the school and the family, as well as the activity of the most gifted child in this direction.

    The article deals with the technology of development of student’s creative thinking using the means of folk pedagogy in English lessons. It reveals the concept of creativity, which is a manifestation and creation of fundamentally new ideas, differing from traditional or accepted patterns of thinking and entering the structure of cleverness as an independent factor. The authors note that the use of centuries-old wisdom of the people, expressed in proverbs and folk sayings, riddles, folk games, fairy tales and other means of folk pedagogy in the educational process, contributes greatly to the development of creative thinking in students. The article identifies the didactic conditions, principles and criteria for the selection of material based on the folk pedagogy experience in the process of learning English. The suggested technology describes the process of comparing the English and Kazakh cultures. The technology provides for the quick memorization of new words, English speech comprehension, analysis and systematization of information.
