- Abstract:
- The authors note that in the context of digitalization and transnational information exchange, it is of particular importance to protect the rights of holders of exclusive rights to intellectual property results used on the Internet through recognition of rights, their state registration and fixation through non-governmental instruments, contacting the competent authorities in case of violation and applying liability measures for their violation. Based on this, the authors conclude that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires not only the integrated application of existing national mechanisms, but also coordinated international legal efforts aimed at overcoming jurisdictional barriers, balancing the interests of copyright holders and users, as well as adapting traditional legal structures to the realities of the digital economy.

- The authors note that the current stage of development of digital technologies and the global Internet has led to a profound transformation of the system of turnover and protection of intellectual property objects, increased access to digital content and easier copying have led to an increase in the number of copyright violations, including illegal reproduction, distribution and modification of works. The authors draw attention to the cross-border nature of the Internet, which creates additional difficulties in determining the applicable law and jurisdiction of competent authorities, and the anonymity of users and the lack of uniform international regulatory standards make it difficult to implement effective protection mechanisms. The Relationship Between Self-Efficacy and Self-Management of Pedagogical University Students in the Context of Professional Development
Research Article
Development of education Volume 8 No 4- Authors:

- Work direction:

- Abstract:
- The work is devoted to the study of the relationship between self-efficacy and self-management of students of a pedagogical university. Personal self-efficacy as the ability to quickly and effectively solve problems in various areas of life is typical for some students of a pedagogical university. So, self-effectiveness in the field of communication is quite well developed, the level of self-effectiveness in subject activities is somewhat lower. Understanding self-management is essential for uncovering the mechanisms of personal growth, professional success, and social adaptation. The students' real ability to manage their academic and extracurricular processes leaves much to be desired, especially in key areas such as forecasting, self-monitoring, and correction. Students' confidence in their professional (subject) abilities is closely intertwined with the ability to manage their activities. There is a paradox: students are confident in their abilities, but they do not have the developed skills to implement this confidence in well-planned actions. Correlation analysis revealed a stable and growing link between self-efficacy and self-management among students. As we learn, this connection strengthens and affects more and more components of self-government, which confirms their mutual development.

Research Article
Ethnic Culture Volume 7 No 4- Authors:

- Abstract:
- Using the example of Stephen King's short story “Crouch End”, the article examines verbal and non-verbal means (their linguistic representation), reflecting the state of altered consciousness in the text. An analysis of the heroine’s behavior based on the work showed the following typical signs of altered states of consciousness: changes in thinking and speech, the appearance of a non-standard perception of oneself and the world around her, the appearance of deep feelings and emotions, loss of self-control, and increased imagery of perception of what is happening. Lexical units with negative semantics of anxiety and terror (fear, terror) are distinguished as verbal means. At the linguistic level, the altered states of consciousness in the story is expressed through verbal nominations, such as words and idioms with the meaning of fear and the technique of parcel. Altered states of consciousness is also reflected through the use of non-verbal language categories. Among them are controlled non-verbal communications: phonetic, tactile, proximal, pantomimic, miremic. Linguistic categories of psychophysiological reactions, such as trembling and stupor, play a special role in describing a stressful state. The article concludes that the state of altered consciousness in the main character of S. King’s short story “Crouch End” is represented by both verbal means and linguistic representation of controlled and uncontrolled types of non-verbal behavior.

Ways of expressing the principle of politeness in the Chuvash language
Book Chapter
Issues of education and psychology- Author:
- Galina G. Iakovleva
- Work direction:
- Глава 10
- Abstract:
- The aim of the scientific work is to study the key ways of expressing the principles of politeness in the Chuvash language. The main principles of politeness were described in detail in the works of D. Leach. Each language has its own models and principles of expressing politeness. During the study, the following principles used in Chuvash speech communication were identified: verbal, affixal, with the help of interjections, a special and universal component tarkhasshăn (please). Interrogative-negative constructions, enumerative constructions, as well as imperative forms of verbs with particles and interjections contribute to the softening and incitement of the expressed request, plea, or demand. The use of the following scientific methods during the work, such as the method of continuous sampling, descriptive-analytical, objective and complex analysis, made it possible to reveal that the principles of politeness formed by the affixal method are characteristic only of the Chuvash colloquial speech. The results of the study are applicable to the work of teachers of comprehensive schools and university lecturers in teaching politeness, tolerance, and establishing verbal communication between students.
