В статье обосновывается, что, так как у подростков – воспитанников детского дома развитие протекает в особых средовых условиях, важной составляющей полноценного формирования эмоциональной сферы является создание психологически безопасной образовательной среды, которая будет способствовать благоприятному развитию подростков, так как они наиболее подвержены негативным влияниям среды.

Актуальность темы подтверждает огромное число работ по исследованию затронутого вопроса.

    В условиях пандемии и частичного перехода на дистанционную форму обучения вопрос психологической безопасности цифровой образовательной среды стал еще более актуальным и важным. В работе проанализированы достоинства и недостатки цифровизации образования, а также показано, каким образом можно минимизировать психологические риски и угрозы. Во многих вузах еще до пандемии были созданы программные средства и информационные ресурсы для обеспечения дистанционного обучения и цифровизации образовательного процесса. Цифровизация и научно-технический прогресс, с одной стороны, задает новые повышенные требования к процессу обучения и набору компетенций студентов, а с другой стороны, помогает эти требования выполнять. Необходимо постоянно совершенствовать образовательный процесс в университетах с учетом обеспечения психологической безопасности обучающихся и новых возможностей логического искусственного интеллекта.

    Abstract:
    The actual problem of our time at the enterprises of the Kuzbass coal industry is the moment of ensuring the psychological security of the employee's personality. Psychological security is a fairly broad concept that includes many components and is exposed to various factors [2]. The aim of the study is to consider the importance of self-regulation of the individual as a condition for ensuring the safety of the subject of professional activity. The following methods and techniques were used in the study: The method "Style of self-regulation of behavior" by V. I. Morosanova; Test "Meaning-life orientations" by D. A. Leontiev; Questionnaire by H. Zachera and M. Freze "Professional time perspective of the future". The research is based on the development and testing of the technology of psychological and pedagogical influence in the form of reflexive seminars, which allows to increase the level of awareness of self-regulation of subjects of professional activity.

    Abstract:
    The paper presents the results of the research of the local educational environment` psychological safety for students of psychology of Irkutsk State University. Significant differences in psychological safety and security level between students of different years were found, for example, satisfaction of the local educational environment and educational safety of 3rd year students appeared to be a lot lower, which can be related to critical point in their primary professionalization. A substantial share of psychologically unsafe and insecure students was also detected. They obviously need a special psychological support.
