The authors consider the psychological safety of the educational environment of the university as an important factor of the formation of a favorable socio-psychological climate of the group, which includes students with disabilities and analyze its components.

One of the characteristics of adolescence is a development of emotional and personal side of a child. In this period the basics of conscientious behavior and moral settings are formed. Theoretical research and practical workings, which are devoted to this problem, point on the fact that one of the main conditions of adequate development of this side is a formation of psychologically safe environment, primarily in the educational organization.

    Abstract:
    During the movement from the primary to the middle school children have to adapt to the middle level of education, meet a lot of new teachers and classmates. All the further education depends on the success of an adaptation of a child to new educational environment. Untimely help to teenagers, who don’t manage the situation, can negatively influence to their further education. The process of adaptation is straightly connected to the psychological safety of educational environment, in which a pupil occurs. The psychological safety of the educational environment is thoroughly analyzed in the article.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты исследования, проведенного в образовательных учреждениях общего и дополнительного образования г. Санкт-Петербурга и имеющего цель выявить особенности отношения педагогов к новой для образования проблеме, определяемой как «духовно-психологической безопасность образовательной среды». На примере педагогических коллективов – представителей локального педагогического сообщества – показаны общие черты отношения педагогов к современным угрозам и специфические особенности их готовности работать в условиях этих угроз, приведены примеры приоритетов профессиональной мотивации. Поставлена проблема учета структурных и содержательных особенностей ценностного сознания педагогического коллектива, являющегося одним из ведущих факторов безопасной/опасной образовательной среды в аспекте духовно-психологической безопасности.
