    Abstract:
    The paper considers the educational process built with the help of practice-oriented technologies. It brought academic railway disciplines studied by higher education students closer to their future profession. Necessary conditions for purposeful formation of competitiveness of participating students as future specialists were created. Students master the profession of railway engineer not only from textbooks and drawings, but directly including in its simplest forms. The students, participants of this educational process have formed: system thinking; developed skills of teamwork in the mode of discussions to find ways to solve assigned tasks; developed the ability to think independently; increased interest in the profession of a railway engineer. These qualities, necessary for a specialist, were manifested and consolidated by the students who participated in the research work on strengthening the railroad track at 6101 km of the Trans-Siberian Railway.

    Abstract:
    The author of the article analyzes the didactic and technical possibilities of using Padlet Internet service to organize students' independent work in the study of grammar topic "Vorgangspassiv". The author concludes that Padlet Internet service is the effective tool for forming and developing foreign language grammar competence and increasing students' motivation for learning a foreign language. Online service Padlet allows the teacher to clearly structure the material, connect other digital tools, makes the work of students transparent. The use of this work format corresponds to the ideas of differentiated approach in learning, allows you to implement in practice the principles of personal orientation and autonomy of students, allows students to get a guaranteed positive result.

    The relevance of the material lies in its demand due to changes in the domestic economy under the pressure of various force majeure circumstances (COVID-19, various anti-Russian sanctions from unfriendly countries) and the search for ways out of the current difficult situation. In this way, the author sees the improvement of the project personnel management system to preserve the "human capital" and all its components as one of the target indicators. There is a search for new tools and models for "stitching bottlenecks" in the personnel direction. New vectors of development in the most promising areas are predicted. The methods of empirical research are defined: system analysis, comparative analysis, economic and mathematical methods, observation method and others. One of the main research methods is also the normative method, which allows calculating the main indicators of the use of labor resources in project activities on the basis of appropriate methods.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of the consequences of the coronavirus pandemic, which had the greatest impact on the economic field, and, in particular, on the labor market. An analysis of the dynamics of the mode of operation in the pre-pandemic and pandemic periods is presented. The disadvantages of the remote format of work are indicated. The results of a survey of Russians on the further preferred mode of carrying out their labor duties are given. A comparative characteristic by age groups of choosing a place of labor activity is shown. It was revealed that the representatives of the «extreme» age categories – young people aged 18 to 24 years and people 60 years and older – were the most difficult to endure the pandemic and post-pandemic periods. The negative changes noted by the Russians themselves, including the loss of a job, and in connection with this a sharp drop in income levels, forced young people and people of retirement age to adapt to new labor market conditions through employment in the informal sector of the economy, in particular, by acquiring the status of self-employed, until recently illegal. However, despite the attempts of the state to give self-employment an official character, many citizens are in no hurry to register their activities, since the shortcomings in the «law on the self-employed» cause mistrust and, as a result, unwillingness to «come out of the shadows». One of these shortcomings, according to the authors, is the lack of a clear definition of the term «self-employed» enshrined in the legislative act, as well as the conditions for providing minimum social guarantees. As a result, even the self-employed do not have an accurate idea of ​​this form of labor activity, not to mention ordinary Russians. The authors believe that the solution to the above problems can be various educational programs related to self-employment, both in the business environment and among ordinary citizens, fixing an exhaustive definition of the concept of «self-employed» at the legislative level, considering the conditions for providing self-employed citizens with social guarantees from the state. The conclusions made by the authors are based on the results of sociological surveys of Russians.

The historical method made it possible to determine the origins of the surviving customs and traditions of nomadic peoples. The result is the development of recommendations for preserving the identity of the social ecosystem of the peoples of the North of the Russian Federation with the help of law.

    Currently, tourism is a backbone of the economy, and together with its associated sectors, it effectively combines many activities for global economic development. According to UNWTO data, tourism forms national competitive advantages and accounts for almost 11% of world GDP, introduces more than 4 trillion dollars into turnover, and for a number of countries, revenues from the tourism industry correspond to the basis in the country's budget. Currently, tourism is developing in the context of a deep crisis associated with the pandemic and the emergence of new strains of COVID-19, as well as with measures of external sanctions pressure caused by global political processes, which led to the need to revise traditional approaches to the leading tourism sectors – inbound and outbound, and in particular, international. International tourism has been largely affected by the coronavirus, as demand for services, the largest sources of foreign exchange earnings, has sharply decreased. The research problems are based on methodological approaches reflecting the issues of active transformation of global processes of world practice in the development of the tourism industry and its most important sectors. Technological and digital transformations are considered as key factors in the development of tourism. Possible trajectories of further tourism development are scientifically justified – transactional and infrastructural.

    В статье рассмотрены проблемы и перспективы замещения очного образования на дистанционное на примере преподавания дисциплины «Анатомия центральной нервной системы» в гуманитарном вузе. Отмечены основные методические и методологические проблемы, возникшие в ходе такого переноса, проведено сравнение с образовательным процессом по данной дисциплине при заочной форме обучения. Выявлены основные принципы построения электронной образовательной среды по данной дисциплине для создания единого цифрового образовательного пространства ВУЗа с перспективой для реализации приоритетных проектов цифрового образования. Предлагаются пути решения задачи о безусловном достижении каждым обучающимся требуемого (зафиксированного в утвержденной образовательной программе) уровня образовательной подготовки по данной дисциплине и вопросы разностороннего развития его личностного потенциала с использованием возможностей цифровой педагогики.

    The process of social transformation taking place in the world and in Russia, expressed in education reform programs, is changing the role of educational organizations in society and the economy and, probably, in culture as a whole. New players on the educational services market that has emerged in Russia (international IT corporations, etc.) in many ways initiate these changes or have a great impact on the structural and substantive restructuring of Russian higher education. The purpose of the article is to investigate what is happening with Russian higher education, the preconditions and trends of transformation of the domestic model of education are analyzed. Within the framework of the goal, the task to explore the components of this transformation is solved: digitalization and personalization (individualization) of the learning process. The source of the study was strategic documents on the development of national education and the practice of their implementation in individual educational institutions. Research methods – theoretical analysis and synthesis. The results of the research are set out below: the problems of educational institutions that arise in the implementation of the «request» for the personalization of education have been identified; some conceptual gaps in strategic documents are identified that make it difficult for performers to comprehend the goals of digitalization of education; some organizational reasons are indicated for which the implementation of the concept of individualization (personalization) of education for students in practice is difficult.

    Abstract:
    The formation of a digital education space is an important moment for the development of the education system in the modern world. The article analyzes the problems of ensuring the security of information technologies in the management of the educational process of organizations, the risks and threats of open Internet resources in the context of integration and inclusion. It is proposed to identify the process of forming digital mentors in a pandemic Covid time as a safe expert space that can reduce risks and threats. Materials and Methods. Using the method of descriptive analysis of datasets voluntarily made publicly available on the Internet by educational organisations allowed the authors to investigate examples of large-scale projects of virtual schools in the formats of exchange models for information subscribers and system integrators. The issues of ensuring the safety of underage users, legal shortcomings of access and protection of Internet consumers of open educational resources were discussed. Results. The study has shown that the evidence from innovative processes of developing and producing open educational resources is complex, context-specific and difficult to generalise. Such initiatives require significant organisational change, including external partners of educational organisations and stakeholders with different cultures and educational practices. The authors highlight the use of benchmarking technology as a tool for the quality of intellectual integrations and the effectiveness of educational activities as a whole as an important condition for the success of the processes taking place. In the context of the research, the authors raise the issue of computer addiction among pupils and students and their safe interaction with multifaceted information online, drawing attention to the need for legal and educational measures for online safety, which should be planned and implemented in the educational organisation on a regular basis. Open educational resource OER initiatives are related to institutional change and require appropriate pedagogical and psychological approaches and legal support to help all actors in the educational space adapt to changes in the IT culture. The materials of this article will be useful to specialists and educational managers, including inclusive education, in developing prospective strategies for digital education and models for the development, production and maintenance of open educational resources.
