Для достижения максимального эффекта от мотивации персонала и создания системы мотивации и стимулирования трудовой деятельности предприятия необходимо учитывать региональные особенности, демографические, гендерные различия. Проводится анализ мотивационных факторов современных женщин на предприятиях г. Рязани для выработки возможных путей формирования системы мотивации и стимулирования персонала с учетом гендерных особенностей.
