The article considers the phenomenon of reputational risks, analyses the concepts of "risk" and "reputational risk". The factors affecting the emergence of reputational risks, the main stages and tools for managing such risks are considered.
The article examines the effectiveness of youth policy implementation in the Krasnodar Territory. Regional programs aimed at supporting youth were analysed, their goals, main activities and results achieved were disclosed. On the basis of a comparative comparison of planned and actual indicators, the main problems of implementation are highlighted, including insufficient involvement of young people, uneven territorial coverage and poor information accessibility.
