в статье рассматривается проблема стресса в профессиональной деятельности педагога. Приводятся факторы, способствующие возникновению стресса у педагогов и основные подходы к управлению стрессом, которые могут быть полезны педагогам. Подчеркивается, что стресс требует внимания и специальных методов управления для сохранения здоровья и эффективности работы.
