Дана краткая характеристика всех блоков программы дополнительного профессионального образования повышения квалификации. Рассмотрена возможность и необходимость реализации исторического просвещения через внеурочную и урочную деятельность с использованием межпредметных технологий.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter discusses the methodology of teaching nanotechnology in engineering education, taking into account modern scientific achievements in the field of materials science. Particular attention is paid to the synthesis of nanosized complex carbides of the TiC-WC system by spark dispersive coating and its integration into the educational process. Didactic principles, approaches to teaching and development of training modules based on experimental studies are described. The results of the analysis of the properties of the synthesized materials, as well as their use in educational laboratory work, are presented. The prospects for using scientific research to improve the quality of training engineers are considered.

    In the modern conditions of training of teaching staff, the development of students' educational motivation is of particular importance. One of the effective tools for its formation is the competence-based approach, which is focused on the development of professionally significant knowledge, skills and personal qualities. In the chapter examines the theoretical foundations of the competence-based approach, its impact on the educational motivation of students of pedagogical specialties, as well as the main factors that contribute to increasing motivation for learning. The methods and technologies aimed at developing educational motivation within the framework of the competence-based approach are analyzed, including practice-oriented learning, project activities, interactive forms of work and reflective methods. Examples of successful implementation of the competence-based approach in the educational process of pedagogical universities are given. In conclusion, conclusions are formulated about the importance of the competence-based approach for the formation of sustainable educational motivation and recommendations are given for improving educational programs.

    The modern system of journalistic education assumes a focus on rapid adaptation in the professional activities of future journalists with the formation of a number of competencies that allow a specialist in the field of media activity to respond to major challenges. This provision actualizes the need for new approaches to the formation of professional qualities of a future journalist. They should determine the trajectories of development and self-development of creative and professional potential, professional mobility and competitiveness of future journalists. Based on the monitoring of the main bachelor's, master's and postgraduate educational programs for 2004–2024, implemented at Kazan Federal University, the author identifies the main patterns of the educational process and the degree of application of socially significant activities in the concept of education of future journalists. Within the framework of a systematic approach and taking into account the fact that journalistic activity as socially oriented includes varieties of socially significant activities, is an organizational property of a personality reflecting its unity, the grounds for its application as the main subject of educational activity of future journalists in the format of projective activity were determined. This technology is provided by a system-targeted approach to the projective activity of students and their prosocial activity / media activity, which makes it possible to identify in this technology a variety of composition; hierarchical structure; versatility and identify the principles of its organization: diversity; hierarchy; integrity; communication; dynamic development. The future journalist's projective activity in solving socially significant problems is based on integrativity, normativity, value orientation, and creativity in the implementation of two main pedagogical conditions: the development of the axiological potential of the future journalist's personality and the actualization of the student's subjective position.

    The chapter is devoted to the application of one of the most relevant and in-demand biology teaching technologies in school – case study. Biology as an academic subject has great potential for the implementation of various forms of educational organization. FGOS SOE sets a number of difficult tasks for biology, one of which is to organize the educational process in such a way that it is as effective as possible and brings real results, but at the same time meets all the stated requirements. Case technologies successfully cope with this task. The cases are in high demand and relevant to use. They perform well in preparing students for exams and Olympiads. It can also be supplemented with out-of-text components: diagrams, graphs, tables, drawings, photographs, etc. At the same time, the case is as informative as possible, includes different points of view, and also examines current problems of biology.

В статье рассматриваются основные AI-инструменты, применяемые в корпоративном наставничестве, включая чат-ботов, виртуальных ассистентов, анализ данных для персонализации обучения и VR/AR-решения. Проведен анализ преимуществ и ограничений применения ИИ в коучинге, а также рассмотрены подтвержденные кейсы использования AI-технологий в образовательных и корпоративных программах. В заключение предложены перспективы развития AI-коучинга, включая гибридные модели взаимодействия, углубленную персонализацию обучения и нормативное регулирование использования ИИ в сфере HR.

    Abstract:
    In this article the author analyzes the activities of teachers of the Chuvash State Institute of Culture and Arts in developing students’ ethnocultural competence. The research material is the results of the author’s observation of the process of professional training of managers of social and cultural activities. The observation was carried out according to such criteria as knowledge of material and spiritual-moral values of the ethnic community, traditions and rituals, nutrition, music, sports, ways of life support, geography of settlement; skills of correct behavior in situations of interethnic communication in accordance with the cultural characteristics of the interlocutor, including the choice of relevant means of verbal and non-verbal communication; personal qualities expressed in interest in certain cultural manifestations, the desire to join them. The development of the content of activities for the formation of students' ethnocultural competence is based on scientific and methodological research in the field of technology for training future leaders of amateur choreographic groups for stage interpretation of folk dance, technology for the formation and development of students' ethnic self-awareness, linguacultural and ethnopsychological features of the Chuvash mentality, technology for introducing students to folk art culture. To achieve positive results, it is necessary to integrate educational, research, cultural and educational activities, interaction with subjects of sociocultural activities, and innovative activities.

  • Modern approaches to psychological and pedagogical support in the educational environment: individualization, digitalization and prevention of emotional burnout

    The article studies the actual aspects of improving the system of psychological and pedagogical support in modern educational institutions, where the growth of anxiety, stress and professional burnout is one of the key problems. The main objective of the study is to develop a scientifically grounded model of support, taking into account both the individual characteristics of the participants of the educational process and the potential of modern technologies to improve the effectiveness of the educational environment. To achieve the set goals, the methods of metaprogram analysis, standard diagnostic tools (Spielberger-Hanin scale to assess anxiety and Maslach-Jackson questionnaire to analyze professional burnout) were applied, and digital platforms of psychological support were integrated. The study covered more than 500 participants of the educational process from municipal schools of Yekaterinburg. The key results demonstrate a significant reduction in students' anxiety level by 15% and an increase in their academic performance by 12% (p < 0.01), which confirms the high effectiveness of personalized educational routes based on metaprogram analysis. The obtained data are of high practical significance and can be used to create a universal model of support adapted to the modern conditions of educational institutions.

    The chapter deals with the problem of developing didactic materials using digital technologies in the context of medical education. The key aspects of using digital tools to create training resources aimed at improving the quality of training specialists in the field of medicine are analyzed. Special attention is paid to the experience of introducing digital didactic materials into the educational process of natural science disciplines. Examples and a brief description of didactic materials developed using digital technologies are considered. The advantages of using digital technologies are discussed, which consist in the adaptation of teachers and students to modern educational technologies, the effectiveness of the organization of the educational process, the individualization of learning and the formation of practical skills among students. The issues of methodological support for teachers necessary for the effective use of digital didactic materials are discussed, and the impact of digitalization on traditional forms of education is discussed. The results of research demonstrating the effectiveness of the introduction of digital technologies in medical education are presented. The positive influence of digital tools on the formation of clinical thinking and research skills among medical students was noted.

    В современном мире использование интерактивных технологий в дефектологии приобретает особое значение, поскольку способствует развитию индивидуализированного подхода в обучении детей с особыми образовательными потребностями. Автор акцентирует внимание на преимуществах, которые обеспечивают педагогические инновации в коррекционно-развивающем процессе, эффективном сочетании с традиционными методами. Интерактивные игры и технологии, такие как интерактивные доски, помогают поддерживать мотивацию и внимание детей, делают обучение содержательным и насыщенным, что значительно повышает его эффективность. Подчеркивается важность грамотной организации процессов внедрения технологий, их соответствия санитарным нормам и требованиям индивидуализации обучения. Сделан вывод, что применение интерактивных методик позволяет не только улучшать личностное развитие детей, но и развивать их коммуникативные и аналитические навыки, что в итоге способствует их всестороннему интеллектуальному развитию и повышению уверенности в собственных силах.
