В завершающей части подведены итоги, а также обобщены мотивационно- ценностные изменения студентов, после участия в деятельности неформальных мотивационных организаций.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема снижения социального престижа педагогической деятельности в системе среднего профессионального образования и пути ее преодоления. Обосновывается методологический подход к пониманию престижа профессии как производной от уровня профессиональной компетентности педагога. Анализируются современные технологии повышения квалификации (проектное обучение, стажировки, наставничество), реализуемые кафедрой профессионального образования Государственного автономного учреждения дополнительного профессионального образования Иркутской области «Институт развития образования Иркутской области». Представлен практический опыт кафедры по организации мероприятий, направленных на демонстрацию профессиональных достижений педагогов среднего профессионального образования, формирование их субъектной позиции и, как следствие, повышение привлекательности педагогического труда в регионе.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается проблема формирования здоровьесберегающей компетентности будущих вокалистов в системе высшего музыкального образования. Авторы обосновывают гигиену голоса не как факультативный курс, а как фундаментальный компонент профессиональной подготовки, напрямую влияющий на качество и долговечность исполнительской карьеры. Анализируется эволюция подходов к охране певческого голоса: от эмпирических правил «старой школы» к современной научно обоснованной системе, интегрирующей знания из физиологии, акустики, психогигиены и фониатрии. Выявляются ключевые риски для голосового аппарата в условиях современного образовательного процесса и концертной деятельности: форсирование звука, несоблюдение режима тишины, игнорирование психоэмоциональных перегрузок и последствий инфекционных заболеваний. Особое внимание уделяется структуре здоровьесберегающей компетентности, включающей мотивационно-ценностный, когнитивный и деятельностно-практический компоненты, а также педагогическим условиям её эффективного формирования.

    В статье рассматривается проблема трансформации содержания профессиональной подготовки педагогов в контексте компетенциологии. Актуальность исследования обусловлена необходимостью преодоления ограничений знаниевой парадигмы и инструментального подхода к формированию компетенций. Цель статьи – обосновать необходимость смещения акцента в содержании педагогического образования на становление профессиональной идентичности как интегративного результата подготовки. На основе анализа современных исследований раскрывается сущность понятия «профессиональная идентичность педагога», его соотношение с компетенциями. Делается вывод о том, что становление профессиональной идентичности должно стать целевым ориентиром обновления педагогического образования.

    This chapter examines the pedagogical potential of Lao Tzu's philosophical concept of Tao through the prism of developing a harmonious personality in modern society. The author conceptualizes Tao, interpreting ancient postulates as a methodological basis for modern humanistic pedagogy. The study is based on the following provisions: 1) the limits of verbalization in education (it is proven that the essence of personality development (Tao) is broader than any formal descriptions and boundaries, which requires the teacher to move to non-linear methods of transmitting experience); 2) sensory comprehension of the world (Tao is viewed not as an abstract substance, but as a living process, comprehended through involvement with the surrounding world, which substantiates the importance of empirical and existential learning); 3) the dialectic of pedagogical discourse: Lao Tzu's use of rational and metaphorical speech is analyzed as a prototype of modern problem-based learning methods.

    Abstract:
    This chapter examines the pressing issue of teacher burnout in the context of 2026, characterized by rapid technological change and the integration of artificial intelligence (AI) into the educational process. The relevance of this work stems from the growing contradiction between the requirements for teachers' digital competencies and their psycho-emotional stability. The aim of the chapter is to develop and theoretically substantiate a comprehensive model of psychological support adapted to working in an uncertain environment. The results of the study show that the implementation of predictive diagnostic tools and digital psychological monitoring services can reduce the risk of developing the «resistance» phase of burnout by 25–30%. The practical significance of this work lies in the feasibility of implementing the proposed models in the activities of psychological support services at educational institutions in accordance with the current legislation on psychological assistance from 2026.

    The chapter considers the features and effectiveness of the practical application of interactive teaching methods in the process of ensuring the solution of situational economic problems and the formation of quality education. The subject of the study is the process of using interactive forms and methods of teaching (interactive technology) when conducting classes in a cycle of economic disciplines. The methodological basis of the research consists of general scientific techniques and approaches supplemented by the principle of epistemological pessimism and the method of system-structured analysis. The author pays special attention to the description of the advantages of using various methods and forms of organizing classes implemented using interactive learning technology to solve situational economic problems and study economic disciplines of the professional cycle.     There is a hidden but persistent resistance among foreign language teachers to moving beyond a purely linguistic perspective and away from a fragmented presentation of cultural facts toward a systemic cultural approach. This chapter analyzes the historical and social roots of this resistance in the educational systems of the United States, France, and Ireland. It outlines the principles of a discourse-based pedagogy that views culture as language and language as culture, and that makes the process of enunciation itself the locus of cultural difference and personal choice. Such a pedagogy allows teachers to celebrate the diversity they find in the target culture and in the cultures present in their own classrooms while remaining fundamentally and fundamentally «language» teachers.
