    Abstract:
    The state and level of use of material resources are the consequence of the impact of all aspects of financial and economic activity. Taking into account the specifics of the printing house's activity as a system and as a process, recommendations are proposed to accelerate the turnover of material resources from the point of view of the production cycle. The results of the work have methodological value for commercial organizations in the practice of material resources management, in identifying reserves for increasing the efficiency of their use. The structural and logical scheme of the stages of the complex analysis of the material resources of the enterprise, taking into account the industry features, has been compiled and proposed. The method of analysis has been tested on the example of one of the printing enterprises. Recommendations are given to improve the efficiency of the use of material resources.

    The paper reveals the sequence of audit and related analysis of one of the accounting sections – audit and analysis of settlements with suppliers (contractors) and buyers (customers). The research methods were general logical and structural-dynamic analysis, as well as the general scientific method of deduction. The result of the study was a methodology for auditing settlements with suppliers and contractors, illustrated by model examples.

    Abstract:
    Currently, tourism is a backbone of the economy, and together with its associated sectors, it effectively combines many activities for global economic development. According to UNWTO data, tourism forms national competitive advantages and accounts for almost 11% of world GDP, introduces more than 4 trillion dollars into turnover, and for a number of countries, revenues from the tourism industry correspond to the basis in the country's budget. Currently, tourism is developing in the context of a deep crisis associated with the pandemic and the emergence of new strains of COVID-19, as well as with measures of external sanctions pressure caused by global political processes, which led to the need to revise traditional approaches to the leading tourism sectors – inbound and outbound, and in particular, international. International tourism has been largely affected by the coronavirus, as demand for services, the largest sources of foreign exchange earnings, has sharply decreased. The research problems are based on methodological approaches reflecting the issues of active transformation of global processes of world practice in the development of the tourism industry and its most important sectors. Technological and digital transformations are considered as key factors in the development of tourism. Possible trajectories of further tourism development are scientifically justified – transactional and infrastructural.

Рассмотрены основные экологические проблемы, связанные с распространением этого агрессивного растения. Приведены примеры исследований по использованию зеленой массы борщевика в хозяйственных целях. Особое внимание уделено качествам борщевика Сосновского, обеспечивающим его преимущества перед другими растениями. Рассмотрены меры борьбы с распространением борщевика.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматривается вопрос распространения и охраны рода Iris L. в Омской области. Утверждается, что на территории Омской области известно пять видов рода Iris L. Для четырех видов рода (I. glaucescens, I. halophila, I. humilis, I. sibirica), охраняемых в Омской области, проведена оценка состояния ценопопуляций. Численность особей в изученных ценопопуляцих изменяется от 1-3 до 300 экземпляров, а занятая ими площадь от 3 до 10000 м2. Наибольшее число ценопопуляций выявлено у I. humilis и I. sibirica. Под угрозой исчезновения в регионе находится I. glaucescens. Iris ruthenica является обычным видом, распространенным преимущественно в центральной и южной лесостепи.

    В статье с использованием общепринятых методов исследования популяций растений даётся оценка современного эколого-биологического состояния ценопопуляций редкого и охраняемого вида левкоя душистого (Matthiola fragrans Bunge), впервые обнаруженных на территории Вешкаймского района Ульяновской области в зоне развития кальциевых ландшафтов в урочище Ермоловская степь. На основании соотношения возрастных групп и плотности ценопопуляций сделаны выводы о нормальном стационарном состоянии и неполночленности ценопопуляций левкоя душистого в Ермоловской степи.

    Abstract:
    Рассеянный склероз (РС) – это нейродегенеративное заболевание центральной нервной системы, причины которого в настоящее время остаются неизвестными. Выявление взаимосвязи между наличием антител IgG к нейротропным герпесвирусам и РС может служить диагностическим маркером развития заболевания. В результате определения уровня антител у больных РС установлено, что во время ремиссии у пациентов наблюдается статистически значимо большее количество IgG к цитомегаловирусу по сравнению с пациентами во время обострения заболевания. Полученные результаты позволяют выдвинуть предположение о влиянии цитомегаловируса на развитие РС.

    Abstract:
    Multiple sclerosis (MS) is a chronic debilitating disease of unknown etiology. The disease has a seasonal exacerbation of clinical symptoms, which are frequently described in spring and summer. However, the mechanisms of such seasonal exacerbations remain unknown. In this study, we used targeted metabolomics analysis of serum samples using LC-MC/MC to determine seasonal changes in metabolites. We have found changes in multiple metabolites which differed depending on season. The ceramides, belonging to the sphingolipid pathway, were found activated in spring-summer (SS) and fall-winter (FW) MS, suggesting their central role in disease pathogenesis. Our identification of ceramide activation suggests a mechanism of neuron damage in MS which could be further investigated as therapeutic targets.

    Abstract:
    Domestic education in the period of "enlightened absolutism" made a significant step forward. By the time of Catherine II's accession to the tsarist throne, education expenses amounted to only 0.15% of the state budget. By 1794, 1.28% was already allocated for education in the country, and 9% was spent on the maintenance of the Empress's court. At the end of the XVIII century, there were about 550 different educational institutions in the Russian Empire, in which up to 62,000 students studied. Among them there were about 400 public schools, over 60 theological seminaries and about 60 class-closed educational institutions.

Установлено, что адаптационный процесс коллектива учащихся будет проходить более эффективно, если своевременно выявить их психологические особенности, а также разработать и реализовать программу сплочения, учитывая возрастные и психологические особенности учащихся.
