    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to identifying the role of the «Dictionary of the Chuvash language» by N.I. Ashmarin in revealing the mental foundations of modern Chuvash and in determining the sociocultural and psychological type of character of the Chuvash. The relevance of the study is due to the fact that during the period of globalization and universalization of cultures, the return to the original values of the nation, the search for individual-folk traits of a person's character in his worldview and lifestyle, which is most clearly recorded in his language, is of great importance. The human language retains a large amount of information that contributes to its spiritual, scientific, technical and industrial development. Therefore, the analysis of vocabulary also contributes to the study of the history of the development of man, people, nation, humanity. The purpose of the research is to study the socio-historical, cultural and ethical information enshrined in the vocabulary of the people and recorded in this dictionary. The principles of methodology, that reflect elements of conceptology, hermeneutics and general philology are used in the study. It is concluded that the Chuvash language (more broadly, the Chuvash culture) is an integral part of the ancient Turkic world, therefore research in this direction expands the framework of understanding the philosophy, history, theology and everyday life of the Chuvash people.

  • Revisiting the Role of Environmental Education in Eco-Friendly Awareness Formation

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the analysis of the role that environmental education and upbringing play in the formation of eco-friendly awareness and thinking. The author outlines that at the moment, it is becoming clear that it is impossible to overcome the ecological crisis exclusively by technical means. It is also noted that the creation of a system of environmental education and upbringing is one of the most important ways to overcome the environmental crisis. The result of the work of such a system should be the formation of a developed eco-friendly awareness among all age and social groups. Theoretical bases. The features of environmentalism and the principles of eco-friendly awareness formulated by N.F. Reimers are reviewed; the main requirements for modern environmental education are analyzed. Special attention is paid to ecological culture in the philosophy of ecology. The scientific and educational projects in the field of ecology aimed at the exchange of experience and practical skills between the older and younger generations are described. As part of the course "History and philosophy of science" at the Institute of philosophy of the Russian Academy of Sciences, postgraduate students of biological specialties are taught a course on the basics of bio-and ecophilosophy to develop a holistic worldview in the field of science under study. It is concluded that environmental education contributes to the development of eco-friendly awareness, ecological culture and eco-friendly thinking, which is the most important condition for overcoming the environmental crisis and the harmonious coexistence of humanity and nature.

Резкий переход от традиционного к инновационному способу обучения характеризуется как наличием ряда проблем (например, неготовность инфраструктуры массового дистанционного образования), так и с огромнейшим потенциалом и перспективами для совершенствования образовательной системы в целом. Авторы отмечают, что проблемы и спектр возможностей, возникающих в ходе реализации дистанционного обучения, представляют собой «своеобразный вызов системе образования в критической ситуации».

Однако, как отмечают авторы, в ходе применения курсов возникает ряд проблем, требующих в перспективе решения.

В статье дана аналитическая детализация применения представленных принципов в работе со студентами магистратуры педагогического университета (на примере дефектологического факультета Института детства Московского педагогического государственного университета) для успешной реализации образовательной деятельности. Исследование ориентировано на совокупность междисциплинарных решений философско-методического, методического, педагогического и общенаучного уровня.

    Abstract:
    Творчество – это социально обусловленная целенаправленная созидательная деятельность человека, в которой наилучшим образом представлены продуктивные компоненты, свойственные труду. Уровень философской культуры повышается в зависимости от степени творческих усилий, направленных на обнаружение в исследуемом объекте внутренних связей и выявление в нем узловых моментов проблемного характера, которые отражают злободневные реалии науки и практики. Человек, способный направить свою интеллектуальную деятельность на достижение определенного результата, может трансформировать его в продукты научно-исследовательского или художественно-поэтического творчества. Результатами поставленных в статье проблем являются, во-первых, разъяснение значимости творчества в развитии философской культуры; во-вторых, выявление просветительской и коммуникативной функций философии внутри студенческого сообщества; в-третьих, реализация философских знаний для решения теоретических и практических задач современности. Для поиска ответов на мировоззренческие вопросы как в студенческой среде, так и в публичном пространстве современной России авторы обращают внимание на необходимость повышения статуса литературы, философии и гуманитарного знания в целом. Живость, целостность и многозначность художественных образов позволяют не только адаптировать сложные высказывания мыслителей прошлого, но и развивать в человеке способность к рефлексии и целостности изучаемого объекта. Обращение к истории развития философской мысли позволяет в многообразии противоборствующих течений определиться с позицией и системой ценностей, созвучной личному опыту современного человека. Чтобы активизировать творческий потенциал личности, необходимо определить ее мотивацию к творческой деятельности. После чего, используя поэтический язык, диалоговое общение, вызывая интерес и желание философствовать, можно пробудить стремление к познанию мудрости и любовь к ней.

    Статья посвящена изложению возможных путей решения возникающих проблем при подготовке специалиста в высшей школе в условиях современной стандартизации высшего образования. Проводится сравнительно-критическое исследование возникающих проблем различного характера (психологических, связанных с объективными обстоятельствами, межличностными отношениями и т. п.) с целью установить причины возникающих проблем. Исследование проводится на материале практического опыта преподавания. По итогам исследования установлен комплекс проблем, препятствующих эффективной подготовке учащихся вузов различных уровней от бакалавриата до аспирантуры. Пути решения поставленных проблем связаны с введением инновационных моделей и подходов к обучению, изменением философского подхода к образованию, применению подходов, наращивающих сложность и объем, осознанием образования как «искусства».

As a tool for adapting to situations of uncertainty, philosophy uses conceptual analysis, developing a person’s linguistic competence.

    Abstract:
    This paper analyzes the following principles of Russian education: the principle of state funding of science and education, the principle of state responsibility of scientists for the development of science and education, the principle of responsibility and continuity. The genesis and the ontological concepts of philosophy in soil science are shown, some of the main provisions of the scientific and the philosophical, pedagogical, organizational and exhibition activities of E.D. Nikitin are given, and it is indicated that he created scientific and philosophical theory, revealing the main regularities of the relationship between man and nature, homolaterally (theory of the unity of man and nature), highlighted the versatility of feedback, based on the understanding of which, E.D. Nikitin has identified and classified the variety of geosphere, atmosphere and biogeocenosis features of soils and undertook philosophical and scientific generalization on this issue. Continuity in the work of the department «Natural zoning and soil formation» from the 50s of the XX century to the present time is revealed.

    The article is devoted to the understanding of M. K. Mamardashvili's views on the problem of teaching philosophy in higher educational institutions, the analysis of the role of philosophy in modern society and in the education system. It is shown that, despite the presence of philosophy as an obligatory discipline of the basic part of the curriculum, it is possible to state the absence of an integral image of its teaching. The main attention is focused on changing the status of philosophy in the educational process.
