    В статье обсуждаются актуальные вопросы повышения качества практической деятельности и подготовки профессиональных медиаторов, связанные с учетом их индивидуальных особенностей. Анализируются типологические особенности переговорщиков и медиаторов, их проявление в работе с клиентами. Обсуждается вопрос возможности диагностики и использования сильных и компенсации слабых сторон разных типов медиаторов и переговорщиков. Рассматривается проблема существования «идеального» медиатора в зависимости от ряда условий и задач конкретной ситуации. Предлагаются пути использования типологизации для формирования индивидуального стиля при профессиональной подготовке и повышении квалификации медиаторов.

Отмечаются сложности, связанные с недостаточным пониманием структуры процесса медиации и нечеткостью определения сущности их целей. Из этого автором выводятся задачи, стоящие перед обучаемыми и преподавателями на каждом этапе работы со сторонами конфликта. Подчеркивается важность выявления типичных ошибок, допускаемых медиаторами на каждой стадии, раскрывается сущность этих осложнений и предлагаются конструктивные альтернативы неэффективных действий.

    В статье предпринят исторический экскурс в области становления и развития музыкального обучения в монгольских образовательных учреждениях. В исторических источниках упоминается о том, что впервые западная музыкальная культура была представлена в Монголии в 1914 году. 15 сентября 1937 года была открыта Художественная школа, которую переименовали в «Художественную школу при театре», это стало началом сегодняшней Монгольской государственной консерватории. В 1940 году был приглашён первый специалист из-за рубежа, Б. Смирнов. С 1 сентября 1944 года открыли новый класс струнных инструментов, это, можно сказать, стало началом формирования обучения игре на европейских струнных инструментах. С 12 сентября 1957 года учеников в класс струнных инструментов и другие классы музыки стали принимать из 1-го класса и обучать 11 лет. Первое поступление в Музыкально-хореографическое училище было в 1957–1958 учебном году. С середины 1970 года первые профессиональные кадры окончили консерваторию за рубежом и начали работать в оперном театре, филармонии и училище.

В ходе обсуждения технологии внедрения нового компетентностного подхода в образовании сложились разные экспертные группы, результатом деятельности которых стали многочисленные публикации, посвященные различным аспектам компетентностного подхода. Системный анализ и типологизация публикаций представителей научно-педагогического сообщества позволили сделать вывод о том, что данный процесс развивается достаточно успешно и нуждается в методологическом сопровождении.

    The article deals with the problems of the development of physical qualities, physical fitness of future specialists of the agro-industrial complex. The significance of physical activity on the level of physical fitness is revealed. The assessment of the level of health of students, the level of physical fitness is made. The features of the activity of specialists of the agro-industrial complex are considered. It is stated that successful professional activity of specialists requires from graduates theoretical knowledge, functional stability, physical fitness, professionally important mental qualities. The results of the control standards for the requirements of the university are analyzed. The article gives an assessment of the development of the main motor qualities. Research methods. In the course of the study, the results were analyzed. We used search, analysis, generalization of methodological literature; we used a survey, a method of control tests. The results of the study. According to the results of the survey to identify the level of health, a high indicator was recorded, having any deviations in the state of health of a permanent or temporary nature. When passing the control standards of the university, the level of development of physical qualities and physical fitness was revealed. It is concluded that the average level of development of speed, agility, and strength is recorded. Endurance and flexibility have a low level of physical development. Physical fitness is an indicator of the general condition, level of health, physical development, development of basic physical qualities.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to analyze the specifics of training at the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts, whose professional activities are associated with the embodiment of the traditions of oral folk art in culture and in one of its phenomena – art. In this article, the object of research is the process of training at the Belarusian State University of Culture and Arts. The subject of the research was the filling of the educational process with educational disciplines of folklore, aimed at the formation of social, personal and professional competencies of future specialists in all specialties for which the university is training. Particular attention is paid to the specifics of providing the educational process with such educational disciplines in the areas of specialties and specializations, focused on folklore as a method of translating the folklore traditions of Belarusians in art. The use of methods for analyzing regulatory documents and educational and program documentation made it possible to determine a list of specialties, according to which the process of professional training of students is aimed at translating the authentic traditions of Belarusians into contemporary art. The result of the study showed that in recent decades in Belarusian folklore there is a clear tendency to use by the authors of various methods of understanding the folklore source. It is concluded that the basis of the educational process is made up of competencies, the content of which includes the artistic processing of folklore, at the same time, the educational process does not always aimed at the formation of the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities of interpreting folklore in art.

    Abstract:
    The author outlines that in the 21st century, the Russian economy is approaching the inevitable stage in which without intensive development of the quality of the labor force and effective management of it, its growth is impossible. It is noted that dynamically changing time dictates its own rules in market relations. It is also emphasized that further improvement of the business environment institutions, such as the labor market, the system of education and advanced training, requires clear criteria for determining the degree of professionalism of personnel management specialists. These circumstances have created a situation where the need for development of managerial personnel in relation to their level of training has grown significantly. This directly affected the need to modernize the process of training and evaluating staff. In the article, the author explores new approaches to monitoring the level of competence of specialists in personnel management, the formation of labor potential at the regional level. It is shown that as a result of analyzing the requirements for evaluating training in higher education, put forward by employers and comparing them with the professional standard for specialists in this profession, it was revealed that there is a possibility to develop and improve a model for monitoring the level of competence formation of university students. The results of the analysis conducted in the study will allow us to develop the main ways to continue studying the problem of introducing and using new approaches to evaluate training and building labor potential.
