    Abstract:
    The article contains a survey of the Samarin educational activities from the late ХVIII to the early ХХ centuries. The author analyzes the archival and published material relating mainly to the development of the public education in the Vasilevskoe estate near the Volga river and also in the Moscow province and concludes that the enlightenment was the Samarin family tradition

  • Start to learn programming with NeoBook

    Abstract:
    Application builder (and appropriate script language) NeoBook is presented to attention of beginners in programming and teachers of informatics and information technologies in secondary and high schools. It allows to create qualitative applications of practically any form and view for Windows OS . Strong sides and limits of this programming technology are formulated. Advantages of NeoBook are shown both for learning programming "from zero" and for everyday practice of creating computer applications. In the end of the article there is a conclusion that NeoBook can be successfully learned as the first language of programming and it can be used as full-fledged application builder by people of any specialty who wish to automatize some task processing and get new possibilities.

    Abstract:
    The article reflects the content of the realization of the personality-oriented approach in the physical education of schoolchildren. The research used methods such as: analysis and generalization of literary sources; questioning of teachers of physical culture and senior pupils; testing; observation; pedagogical experiment; methods of mathematical statistics. The results are presented in the course of the study.
