  • The Role of Career Guidance in Workforce Development for the Economy of the Chuvash Republic

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role and significance of the career guidance system for students as a process of personnel provision for the regional economy and a factor in shaping its human resources potential. The experience of the Chuvash Republic is analyzed, current methods of organizing career guidance work with students are presented, and key components of a regional program in this area are proposed. The author puts forward a model of cooperation among various stakeholders in the career guidance process at the regional level, and systematizes the most effective methods of working with students. The results of interim monitoring of the implementation of the Unified Career Guidance Model in the 2025–2026 academic year are presented. It is concluded that it is necessary to build a career guidance system for students that covers the entire educational trajectory – from preschool to the workplace – with an emphasis on lifelong learning and vocational training. An important condition for the success of such a system is the active involvement of regional employer enterprises in the career choice process. This study emphasizes that the effectiveness of the career guidance system directly correlates with the region's supply of qualified personnel, which, in turn, serves as the foundation for sustainable economic development aimed at building a competitive and highly skilled talent pool.

  • A Competence-Based Training Model for Technical Students Using Professionally Oriented Assignments

    Abstract:
    In the context of a dynamically developing national economy in critical need of engineering personnel with flexible and systemic thinking and a holistic worldview, the competency-based model for training students in technical specialties presented in this article acquires particular significance. This study is aimed at developing a competency-based model for training students in technical specialties, grounded in the resolution of professionally oriented tasks, thereby fostering the requisite key competencies. The research comprises two stages: theoretical and practical. The theoretical stage employed a set of methods aimed at a comprehensive analysis of the problem of professionally oriented training of students in technical universities. In the practical stage, the effectiveness of the developed model was experimentally tested within the educational process of first- and second-year students at the Faculty of Instrumentation Engineering of Kalashnikov Izhevsk State Technical University (2024–2026). The research drew upon competency-based and system-activity approaches. The developed model characterizes the competencies acquired by students (universal, general professional, and professional) in the specialty 11.05.01 Radio-Electronic Systems and Complexes. The results confirmed that laboratory classes in physics contribute to the formation of a wider range of competencies compared to traditional teaching methods.

    Abstract:
    This article focuses on the organization of professional training for future primary school teachers to foster a sense of patriotism in young students. The authors explore the pedagogical potential of regionally focused educational content. The article also focuses on the specifics of integrating various approaches to the use of historical, cultural-geographical, and folklore-based content into the professional training of future teachers. Based on a theoretical analysis of the scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers, the authors convincingly revealed the relationship between the development of a sense of patriotism in primary school students and the organization of professional training for future primary school teachers, taking into account the introduction of regional content into the educational process. The authors have developed a theoretical model of professional training of future primary school teachers to develop a sense of patriotism in students based on regional characteristics, which presents the features of integrating the regional component into the educational process of future teachers in order to prepare them to develop a sense of patriotism in primary school students. The article is addressed to the faculty training future teachers, primary school teachers, parents of primary school students, students of pedagogical educational institutions, as well as those interested in the problems of primary general education and the professional training of future specialists.

    В статье анализируется участие студентов Приморского института железнодорожного транспорта в чемпионате «Профессионалы» по компетенции «Контроль состояния железнодорожного пути». Внутренний отбор выявил 5 сильнейших из 15 участников. Средний балл вырос с 39,4 (2025) до 51,5 (2026). Региональный этап проходил на базе Дальневосточного учебного центра профессиональных квалификаций (г. Уссурийск). Конкурсное задание включало пять модулей позволил участвовать в Межрегиональном этапе (Новосибирск). В 2026 году победительница (73,3 балла) не смогла участвовать из-за сложностей финансирования. Чемпионат даёт студентам обратную связь от профессионалов и практические навыки, работодателям – готовые кадры.

    Abstract:
    В статье рассматриваются аспекты языковой подготовки иностранных граждан к обучению в российских военных образовательных организациях. Цель исследования – выявить научные подходы, используемые в отечественной и зарубежной литературе, проанализировать их практическую применимость и обозначить пробелы в методике преподавания русского языка как иностранного (РКИ) в военно-профессиональном контексте. В ходе аналитического обзора литературы показано, что традиционные общеязыковые программы недостаточны для успешной адаптации иностранных слушателей к специфике военного вуза. Сформулированы рекомендации по разработке специализированных учебно-методических комплексов и повышению квалификации преподавателей РКИ в военной среде.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлены результаты исследования формирования ценностно-смысловых ориентиров (забота о благополучии окружающих, осмысленность жизни) у кадет старшего школьного возраста (учащиеся кадетских школ МЧС). Разработана и реализована авторская тренинговая программа (9 занятий) с использованием дискуссий, кейс-методов и техник целеполагания. Статистический анализ (T-критерий Вилкоксона) подтвердил эффективность программы: в группе риска зафиксирован достоверный рост по всем шкалам (p ≤ 0,001). Целенаправленное развитие рефлексии и просоциальной позиции способствует гармоничному развитию ценностно-смысловой сферы кадет.

Цель работы – определить, насколько уровень владения английским языком влияет на конкурентоспособность выпускника технического вуза на рынке труда. Задачи включают классификацию требований по уровню языка и профилю должности, а также формулировку рекомендаций для совершенствования языковой подготовки в технических вузах.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности использования цифровых технологий в системе профессиональной адаптации молодых специалистов банковской организации. Проанализированы современные инструменты цифровизации корпоративного обучения, включая LMS-платформы, корпоративные порталы, электронные базы знаний, системы онлайн-наставничества и чат-боты сопровождения сотрудников. Особое внимание уделено адаптации представителей поколения Z, отличающихся высокой цифровой вовлеченностью и потребностью в интерактивных форматах обучения. Предложена модель цифровой платформы сопровождения молодых специалистов, обеспечивающая интеграцию обучения, коммуникации, наставничества и аналитики адаптационных процессов. Научная новизна исследования заключается в разработке комплексного подхода к цифровому сопровождению профессиональной адаптации молодых специалистов в организациях финансового сектора.

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the transformation of the institute of mentoring in the modern system of higher education in Russia. In the context of the rapid transformation of the labor market, the classical model of knowledge transfer is giving way to the concept of joint construction of meanings, where mentoring becomes a key mechanism for ensuring the quality of education and socialization of graduates. The purpose of the study is a comprehensive analysis of the role, functions and models of mentoring, as well as identifying the prospects for its development, taking into account the integration of digital technologies. A comparative analysis of various models has been carried out, their strengths and weaknesses have been identified. A transition to a comprehensive, systematic mentoring model is proposed, including regulatory support, digital infrastructure, and a motivation system. It is emphasized that the introduction of artificial intelligence technologies is able to personalize the process, automate routine tasks and increase the effectiveness of mentor-mentored interaction.

  • The competence paradigm as a resource for the formation of a future teacher's professional identity

    Abstract:
    The chapter notes that in the context of the modernization of higher pedagogical education, the priority is becoming the formation of graduates not only knowledge, but also the ability for professional self-realization. However, the high percentage of young teachers leaving the profession (up to 50% in the first five years) indicates a crisis of professional identity. The chapter substantiates that the competence paradigm can act not only as a tool for formal assessment, but also as a resource for the formation of a future teacher's professional identity. The author examines the theoretical and methodological foundations of identity research, analyzes the resource potential of the competence approach, identifies the mechanisms of transformation of competencies into identity: activity-based, reflexive, social, and value-semantic. Pedagogical conditions for realizing the resource potential are proposed. It is concluded that professional identity is formed under the condition of special pedagogical design, which makes competencies a personally significant way of professional existence.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the study of the didactic potential of modern English for Specific Purposes (ESP) textbooks. The paper presents a multidimensional analysis of the structure, content, and methodological apparatus of two textbooks designed for students of technical and legal specialties. Special attention is paid to the compliance of educational materials with the requirements of the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education, the principles of communicative linguodidactics, as well as their ability to develop both universal cultural and professionally oriented competences. The empirical part of the study, based on a survey of students and teachers, reveals the actual didactic potential of the textbooks, their strong points and problematic aspects for methodological improvement. The research will be useful for foreign language teachers, researchers in the field of linguodidactics, authors of textbooks, as well as master's degree students and postgraduates of relevant research trends.

    The chapter addresses the problem of creating a modern integrative model for teaching foreign language professional communication, taking into account the requirements of professionalization and specialization. Teaching professional communication is considered as an independent area in the methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article presents a theoretical justification of the proposed model, characterized by phasing and staging of instruction (in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard) and level-based content (bachelor's degree, language proficiency levels B1-C1). Modern approaches to modeling the process of teaching professional communication are considered as a synthesis of conceptual provisions of pedagogical and linguodidactic paradigms. The results of linguistic research on metalanguages of various types of professional discourse for educational purposes are clarified. The basic components of the didactic support of the model are identified, and the pedagogical tools for its implementation are characterized. The content of the diagnostic system for assessing the level of communicative competence formation is defined. A system for diagnosing the effectiveness of professional communication language proficiency is proposed, specifying invariant tasks for levels B1-C1. Theoretical methods, content analysis, continuous sampling method, and statistical methods were applied.

    Взаимодействие между организацией, осуществляющей подготовку педагогов дошкольного образования, и дошкольными образовательными организациями является важным условием повышения качества подготовки студентов в ориентации на развитие личностных качеств и профессиональных компетенций. В статье анализируются теоретические основания, современное состояние и меры по совершенствованию взаимодействия педагогического вуза с детскими садами в процессе подготовки студентов направления дошкольного образования. Исследование основано на анализе документов, обобщении практического опыта и опросе 120 респондентов, включая преподавателей, педагогов-наставников дошкольных организаций и студентов. Результаты показывают, что взаимодействие способствует формированию профессиональной позиции, умений наблюдать за детьми, педагогически общаться, проектировать и организовывать образовательную деятельность. Вместе с тем выявлены ограничения, связанные с нерегулярностью взаимодействия, недостаточной согласованностью критериев оценки, слабой обратной связью после практики и недостаточно раскрытой ролью педагогов-наставников. Предложены меры, направленные на укрепление механизма сотрудничества, обновление практической подготовки, унификацию оценки и усиление роли дошкольных организаций в подготовке будущих педагогов.

    Психолого-педагогическое сопровождение детей с особыми образовательными потребностями в условиях ДОО и проблемы инклюзивного образования
    Abstract:
    В статье раскрываются теоретические основы организации коррекционно-развивающей работы учителя-логопеда с ориентацией на воспитание детей с нарушениями речи. Представлены направления социокультурного развития, описываются отдельные способы включения ценностно-ориентированного содержания в логопедические занятия, отражающие интеграцию логопедической работы с воспитательными и терапевтическими практиками.

    Abstract:
    В статье представлен теоретико-методологический анализ проблемы профессионального выгорания педагогов системы дошкольного образования. Автор осуществляет деконструкцию психологических механизмов формирования данного синдрома, рассматривая клиническую феноменологию в контексте реальной образовательной практики. Обосновывается тезис о том, что в условиях реализации стратегических задач Федеральной образовательной программы дошкольного образования (ФОП ДО) и интеграции инклюзивных практик, адаптационный ресурс воспитателя подвергается интенсивным нагрузкам. В работе детально раскрывается трехмерная модель выгорания (эмоциональное истощение, деперсонализация, редукция профессиональных достижений) и предлагается прагматичная, ресурсосберегающая модель психолого-педагогической профилактики. Особое внимание уделено реалистичным функциям педагога-психолога ДОУ в организации интервизорских групп, внедрении кейс-метода, актуализации института наставничества и формировании экологичной организационной культуры в условиях дефицита времени.
