  • Searching Means for Forming Readiness for Health-Saving Activities in Future Specialists in Medical and Preventative Care

    Abstract:
    The results of experimental work on the elective course “Health-saving activities of a doctor in health care organizations” for students studying in the specialty of medical and preventive care, in accordance with the competencies proposed by the Federal State Educational Standard is highlighted in the article. Methods. As the main methods aimed at forming the components of professional and psychological readiness for health-saving activities, test, creative assignment, project method were included to the elective course. A general assessment of the effectiveness of the above mentioned methods is based on an analysis of subjective and conditionally objective assessments on the formation of readiness for health-saving activities, which were obtained on the basis of specially developed questions and the method of pedagogical assessment, the criteria of which took into account the type of students' assignments. Results. The analysis of the results allowed us to draw the following conclusions: it is meaningful to take into account the stages of knowledge assimilation and experience in the discipline when selecting training methods; the effectiveness of the project method and its place in achieving mastery of course – the stage of consolidation and deepening of knowledge, mastering skills in professional activities – is demonstrated;it is necessary to include elements of active, interactive and simulation methods as means of stimulating the reflection of one’s own psychological readiness for professional activity among future specialists.

  • Distance Learning of Students: Problems and Prospects of Its Development After the Coronavirus Pandemic

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to generalization of the first experience of mass distance learning received in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic. The author of the article points out that a lot of debates in domestic universities about organizing distance learning for students, when diametrically opposed points of view were expressed about its effectiveness and inefficiency, necessity and uselessness, etc. could be observed. It is noted that in the context of the coronavirus pandemic, domestic universities had to switch to using distance learning methods when teaching students. Research methods: reviews and articles of teachers and university specialists on the first results of the organization of distance learning for students in domestic universities in the conditions of the coronavirus pandemic as well as the method of participatory observation and conversations with university lecturers. Results of research. The majority of Russian universities were not ready for such a simultaneous and complete transition to distance learning. This is due to the fact that neither teachers nor students were prepared for such a critical situation, which had never been before and was not supposed to be. Nevertheless, teachers and students since the beginning of the crisis have established communications by their usual means using social networks and e-mail. The transition to information platforms, which were created at the university to control the learning process, led to new problems, as it was necessary to restructure the work of both teachers and students, increasing the tension of their work, often without the possibility of obtaining technical support for the transition to new platforms.

    The methods of using techniques for determining the intellectual giftedness of a child in secondary school are examined, the analysis of existing methods for identifying signs of giftedness is carried out. The authors proposed psychological and pedagogical models for identifying giftedness for a subject teacher. Particular attention is paid to the importance of diagnosing gifted children for improving the educational process system, solving urgent issues, since the personality of a gifted pupil should not be adjusted to the general standard of education and a school should create all conditions for the development of giftedness.

    The possibilities of using non-traditional approaches in organizing the educational process of gifted children in the Republic of Tajikistan are considered in the article. Interest in the problem is due to social transformations that have served as a trigger for creating new conditions and prospects in the field of education in the Republic of Tajikistan, including work with gifted children. An example of the organization of the most interesting and well-established forms of conducting reading lessons is given. Lessons built as lessons-discussions, conferences, concerts, dramatizations, competitions, courts, talk shows allow each child to choose the most interesting and acceptable format for participation, show creativity, and reveal their potential.

    Abstract:
    Инфекционные заболевания женских половых органов, вызванные микроорганизмами, наблюдаются у большого числа пациентов гинекологических отделений, эти заболевания наносят урон здоровью женщин, нередко мешают или угрожают нормальному протеканию беременности и восстановлению организма после операционных вмешательств. Проведение локального микробиологического мониторинга возбудителей инфекционных заболеваний женских половых органов, а также изучение их антибиотикочувствительности способствуют разработке оптимальной терапии для пациенток с похожими случаями и содействуют изучению особенностей заболеваний женского населения в целом. В статье изучено видовое разнообразие микроорганизмов цервикального канала при гинекологических заболеваниях и проведен анализ антибиотикоустойчивости основных возбудителей бактериальных и грибковых инфекций.

    В настоящее время много говорится о необходимости повышения качества отечественного высшего образования. Мы уже рассматривали ряд проблем из сферы повышения качества высшего образования, в том числе проблемы профессиональных компетенций, нужности или ненужности системы «бакалавриат – магистратура», изменения Федеральных образовательных стандартов высшего образования (ФГОС ВО) и др., которые оказывают влияние на качество высшего образования. В статье мы хотим рассмотреть еще одну проблему, связанную с вопросами осознания важности педагогического профессионального образования у педагогов высшей школы и его роли в повышении качества высшего образования. Этот вопрос в вузах крайне актуален, так как, к сожалению, сегодня большинство педагогов вузов не имеют профессионального педагогического образования или степени кандидата (доктора) педагогических наук. Вследствие этого ими недостаточно активно решаются вопросы интенсификации обучения за счет методики обучения, использования активных методов в обучении и научных положений педагогики в обучении студентов, особенно по формированию индивидуальных траекторий обучения студентов. При этом молодые педагоги, приходящие на педагогическую работу в вузы, вынуждены на своих ошибках получать определенный педагогический опыт. И это сегодня, на наш взгляд, является серьезным препятствием в повышении качества обучения студентов в отечественных вузах.

    В статье рассматривается профессиональная компетенция преподавателя иностранного языка, а именно умение и готовность самостоятельно разрабатывать дополнительные учебные материалы для занятий по английскому языку. Цель исследования – разработка дистанционного курса повышения квалификации преподавателей английского языка в сфере самостоятельной разработки дополнительных учебных материалов для занятий по английскому языку. Для достижения поставленной цели были использованы следующие методы: метод структурного анализа (выявления потребности в совершенствовании данной компетенции среди преподавателей с различным опытом работы); метод анкетирования (в анкетировании приняли участие 20 преподавателей английского языка); сравнительный анализ (анализ полученных в ходе анкетирования данных); метод конкретизации и обобщения (выявления причин неготовности преподавателей разрабатывать дополнительный иноязычные материалы); систематизация полученных данных; а также анализ лингвистической, научно-методической, педагогической литературы по теме исследования и методических разработок, пособий и материалов периодических изданий. Как результат была выявлена потребность в совершенствовании компетенции, связанной с разработкой дополнительных учебных материалов, как необходимость подготовки учителей к самостоятельному созданию иноязычных материалов; был разработан курс профессиональной переподготовки преподавателей английского языка (апробация результатов прохождения которого будет представлена в дальнейших исследованиях по данной проблематике).

    Статья посвящена проблеме предметного определения социологии, интерес к которой постоянен и особо возрастает на каждом новом этапе ее развития. Рассмотрены различные подходы к данной проблеме и предложено собственное, оригинальное определение предмета социологии как науки и учебной дисциплины. Такое определение предмета социологии позволило автору включить в него ряд аспектов, которые зачастую де-факто реализуются в научной и педагогической деятельности, но остаются имплицитными, теоретически не артикулированными, слабо тематизированными. Это позволило также предложить некоторые новые подходы к структурированию социологического знания.

    В статье рассмотрены вопросы, касающиеся процесса адаптации новых сотрудников в организации. Работа, возможно, позволит начинающим специалистам в сфере управления персоналом немного подробнее и тщательнее разобраться в теории процесса адаптации новых сотрудников. Одну из главных ролей в процессах мотивации и управления персоналом играет введение в должность нового сотрудника. Самыми важными и сложными для вновь прибывшего сотрудника являются первые дни пребывания на новом рабочем месте. Доступная и адекватная программа адаптации обязательна в организации для сокращения числа ошибок в процессе введения в новую должность, снижения уровня организационных конфликтов и возможностей некорректного поведения среди персонала. Статья имеет немаловажное значение для понимания теоретического аспекта управления процессом адаптации в организации.

    Modern society has special requirements for the methodological support of the learning process in higher education. At the same time, the efficiency of the methods and the applied training tools should be deeply studied. The Crossword game, which is used to consolidate students' knowledge of the conceptual knowledge within the framework of theoretical disciplines, allows combining high-quality training and testing of theoretical knowledge of the academic discipline, as well as being an exciting event in almost any academic discipline. The results of a study conducted in 2 stages: a pre-game survey of students about their expectations and a survey of the results of the Crossword game, showed that this methodological development exceeded students' expectations and improved the efficiency of mastering the theoretical material of the discipline by almost one third.
