    Abstract:
    The text examines the role of chemical elements (including rare earth elements) in the human body and the importance of their balance for health and life expectancy. It describes a method for early diagnosis and risk assessment of serious diseases (primarily cardiovascular and oncological diseases) – the YUVS method (patent RU No. 2567336), developed by scientists at the “Spectrum” laboratory. In the course of the study, using inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry (ICP MS), the elemental composition of the blood of more than 3,000 people (67 chemical elements) was analyzed. Two groups of indicator elements were identified: group B1 (europium, terbium, erbium, thulium, lutetium, and chromium) – their content in the blood is higher in healthy individuals and decreases in the presence of diseases; group B2 (vanadium, barium, palladium) – conversely, their concentration increases in the presence of pathologies. Based on the B1/B2 ratio, the YUVS coefficient has been calculated, which allows assessing the health status and assigning a person to one of three risk groups. The results show a link between the balance of indicator elements and the body’s resistance to diseases and potential life expectancy (more than 90 years in individuals with a favourable profile). The potential of studying the elemental composition of blood for early diagnosis, risk assessment, disease prevention, and personalization of medical care is emphasised.

    Abstract:
    The article describes the concept of an "EdTech project", its types and functions in the educational process, and provides examples of large EdTech projects by well-known companies. However, due to the process of digital transformation of the education system today, every teacher can and should become a developer of their own EdTech project. The article presents the process of designing the content of teaching the basics of creating and managing EdTech projects, and describes the appropriate methodological training system for current and future teachers. The result of the training of students of the Digital Education master's program was the development of three EdTech projects: "Learn to manage stress!" for graduate students, "Tax Literacy" for primary school students, and "The Digital Footprint of My Homeland" for students in grades 7-11. The initial testing showed that choosing a chatbot as a promotion tool ensures the viability and effectiveness of the EdTech project.

Козак сыграла значительную роль в развитии методики преподавания химии воды в ДВГУПС, была инициатором и ответственным исполнителем по переоснащению кафедральных лабораторий. Цель предлагаемой юбилейной статьи − познакомить с опытом педагогической работы Л.В. Козак и ее коллег в области сорбционной очистки воды. Высказаны рекомендации, описаны технические приемы и даны примеры, которые недостаточно освещены в методической литературе по химии воды.

    Annotation. The article discusses the problem of decreased motivation and early dropout of young athletes at the initial specialization stage. The key role of the game method is to simultaneously develop specific coordination abilities and maintain interest in academic rowing. The author proposes a classification of game exercises based on the phases of the rowing stroke, which allows coaches to effectively plan the training process.

    The study, covering the period from 2010 to 2025, analyzes the transformation of the Russian labor market in the context of four fundamental shifts (recovery from the global crisis, sanctions adaptation, the COVID-19 pandemic, and the transition to technological sovereignty). Using a comprehensive econometric toolkit (testing time series for stationarity, correlation and cointegration analysis, principal component analysis, and autoregressive models), the study establishes that the labor market has ceased to serve as a passive shock absorber during crises and has become a core load-bearing element of the new economic ecosystem. Systemic contradictions are identified: an anomalous relationship between key rate increases and nominal wage growth, rising structural unemployment due to a mismatch between worker qualifications and employer demands, an acute shortage of engineers, and job creation predominantly in traditional heavy industry, which runs counter to environmental objectives. Principal component analysis reveals that 70% of the system's variability is captured by a single latent factor (employment, wages, and the key rate); a pro-cyclical pattern of monetary policy is identified. A significant negative correlation is found between environmental pressure and unemployment. An autoregressive model incorporating the macroeconomic overheating index, environmental factors, and innovation is identified as optimal. The key driver of qualitative growth is the rate of human capital renewal rather than its absolute volume. Institutional conditions for the transition to intensive labor resource management are formulated.

Рассматривается роль стресс-тестирования как инструмента прогнозирования устойчивости предприятия к внешним воздействиям. Предлагаемый подход ориентирован на формирование обоснованных управленческих решений по результатам оценки.

Обоснована необходимость учёта отраслевой специфики (длительность производственного цикла, высокая капиталоёмкость, зависимость от внешнего финансирования, сезонность, особенности расчётов с заказчиками и субподрядчиками) при разработке оценочного инструментария. Систематизированы существующие методические подходы, включая традиционный коэффициентный анализ, индикативный подход, балльно-рейтинговые методы, модели на основе теории нечётких множеств и интегральные модели оценки. Предложена авторская классификация методических подходов с выделением их преимуществ и ограничений применительно к строительной отрасли. Сделан вывод о целесообразности комплексного применения различных методических подходов для получения достоверной оценки финансовой устойчивости как индикатора экономической безопасности строительной компании.

    Статья посвящена трансформации отношений контроля в организациях, осваивающих гибкие методологии управления (Agile). На основе авторского исследования шести организаций Казани и Казанской агломерации (массовый опрос, n = 1056, и 20 полуструктурированных интервью) показано, что при переходе к самоорганизующимся командам прежний вертикальный контроль не столько отменяется, сколько перерождается в горизонтальное давление взаимной видимости. Этот сдвиг сопровождается двумя тенденциями: расхождением в оценках перемен между должностными группами и ростом интенсивности труда, основная тяжесть которого приходится на нижние звенья иерархии. В этом заключается двойственная социально-экономическая природа гибких методологий.

    The research examines the development of English speaking skills in junior linguistic students. Based on an analysis of psychological and pedagogical literature, the potential of the discussion as a means of developing foreign language communicative competence is substantiated. The author's methodological system is presented, including three types of discussion sessions, a three-level language support system, and reflective practice. The results of experimental work are described, confirming the statistically significant effectiveness of the proposed method.

  • Formation of creative thinking among master's students in the educational process of higher education

    The chapter presents the results of an empirical study on the influence of interactive teaching methods on the development of creative thinking in master's students in management. Based on a sample of 100 respondents (61 women and 39 men, mean age 28.7 years), using the Remote Associates Test by S. Mednick (adapted by A.N. Voronin), E. Torrance's Test, and an author-developed questionnaire for pedagogical self-assessment of creative potential, statistically significant gender differences were identified: women demonstrated a higher integral creativity index by 3.3 points (t = 2.49; p = 0.015; d = 0.51), with significant differences for the verbal component (t = 2.39; p = 0.019; d = 0.49) and non-significant differences for the figurative component (t = 0.34; p = 0.73; d = 0.07). The chapter includes a theoretical analysis of pedagogical conditions for creativity development in higher education, empirical data, and practical recommendations for designing interactive sessions that account for the identified differences among students.

    This chapter examines innovative approaches to organizing step aerobics classes for university students. The objective is to theoretically substantiate and experimentally test the effectiveness of using multimedia, mobile apps, and game-based methods in teaching step aerobics. The methodology includes a pedagogical experiment, physical fitness testing, and a questionnaire. The results demonstrate a significant increase in motivation and coordination skills among students in the experimental group. The conclusion confirms the feasibility of implementing the proposed innovations.

    The chapter provides a theoretical justification for the need to implement the portfolio method in secondary school art classes, drawing on the example of teaching decorative and applied arts. It examines the main types of portfolios and their content in accordance with the goals, objectives, and expected outcomes of the learning process. The authors describe in detail a psychological and pedagogical experiment that confirms the effectiveness of the portfolio method in art lessons. The experiment revealed a significant increase in the level of practical skills proficiency among students in the experimental group with the systematic use of the portfolio method.

    The chapter presents a theoretically grounded and experimentally verified pedagogical model for developing foreign language lexical competence in 7th grade learners based on a multisensory approach. The methodological foundations of the model (communicative, cognitive, competence-based approaches), the system of principles (multisensory, visual, activity-based, game-based learning, etc.), methods and techniques for vocabulary instruction, as well as organizational forms of learning are revealed. Specific exercises developed for each stage of vocabulary work (presentation, practice, activation) are described in detail. The results of experimental work conducted at MBEI «Gymnasium No. 179 – Education Center» in Kazan are presented, which demonstrate a statistically significant superiority of the experimental group, where the model was applied, over the control group taught through traditional methods. The obtained data confirm the effectiveness of the multisensory approach in improving the quality of lexical skills and can serve as a basis for implementation into the practice of teaching English in secondary school.
