    The advantages of using DER, such as the activation of perception, the increase of motivation and the individualization of learning, are considered. At the same time, the potential risks associated with the dependence on external stimuli, the deterioration of concentration and the negative impact on the physical health of children are outlined. A list of key recommendations for the effective implementation of DER in the educational process is given, aimed at maintaining a balance between traditional teaching methods and modern digital tools.

    Авторы статьи отмечают, что современная пенитенциарная служба предъявляет к сотрудникам определенные требования к физической выносливости и силовым показателям, а также к умению быстро и адекватно реагировать в ситуациях конфликтного взаимодействия, применять средства невоенного физического воздействия в рамках закона и обеспечивать собственную безопасность и безопасность окружающих. В этих условиях включение концепции универсального боя в программы физического воспитания представляется важным педагогическим и методическим шагом. В статье описаны методические приемы обучения, система оценки результативности, а также даны рекомендации по обеспечению безопасности и правовой строгости тренировочного процесса.

    В статье рассматриваются характерные черты современных студентов: клиповое мышление, сокращённый период концентрации внимания, фрагментарность восприятия информации, ориентация на быстрый поиск данных вместо долговременного запоминания. Особое внимание уделяется проблеме организации 90-минутных занятий в ссузах и связанным с этим методическим трудностям. В работе обоснована необходимость трансформации традиционных форм подачи материала без снижения академического уровня дисциплин. Предлагается комплекс методических приёмов, направленных на повышение эффективности обучения: структурирование и визуализация информации, дробление учебного материала, смена видов деятельности, использование цифровых инструментов, внедрение проектных и проблемно-ориентированных форм работы.

    В статье выявлены методические особенности решения оптимизационных задач военно-прикладного характера двух основных видов. Первый вид связан с нахождением условий, при которых достигается экстремальное значение величины, выраженной функционально. При этом сама функция (как модель) уже получена. Второй вид задач акцент делает на формирование умений по составлению математической модели. В зависимости от этих видов оптимизационных задач будут смещаться и методические акценты при работе над ними.

    Статья посвящена комплексному анализу особенностей преподавания латинского языка и основ медицинской терминологии иностранным студентам в медицинских вузах. Актуальность исследования обусловлена ростом числа иностранных обучающихся, для которых язык-посредник (английский) не является родным, что создает специфические лингводидактические трудности. В работе рассматриваются основные проблемы, возникающие в процессе преподавания: неоднородный уровень языковой подготовки студентов, интерференция со стороны английского языка, необходимость адаптации методических подходов к преподаванию латыни как неродственного языка. Предлагаются практические пути оптимизации учебного процесса с применением интерактивных технологий и междисциплинарного подхода.

В статье исследованы некоторые эпизоды из романа, передающие атмосферу радости и облегчения, которая охватила всех людей Европы после объявления о конце Второй мировой войны. Роман открывает широкие перспективы для проведения исторического, литературоведческого и лингвистического анализа в процессе изучения немецкого языка.

    В статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования универсальной компетенции в области командной работы и лидерства у студентов специальности «Экономическая безопасность». Автором обосновывается специфика развития данной компетенции с учетом профессиональных задач будущих специалистов, работающих в условиях кризиса, неопределенности и высоких репутационных рисков. В работе представлена структура компетенции, а также предложен методический подход к ее формированию, включающий теоретическую подготовку, отработку социально-психологических методов и практику создания антикризисных команд. Приводятся примеры интерактивных инструментов обучения, направленных на выявление угроз, управление конфликтами и минимизацию ущерба. Итогом статьи является матрица развития компетенции УК-3, адаптированная под стратегию обеспечения специалистов в области экономической безопасности.

Анализируется роль фундаментальной алгебраической подготовки в формировании предметных и методических компетенций будущих учителей математики. Предлагается подход, основанный на усилении прикладной направленности курса через решение олимпиадных задач, использование элементов криптографии и применение цифровых инструментов. Обосновывается, что системное изучение теории чисел позволяет сформировать у студентов умение выстраивать содержательные линии школьного курса алгебры на глубоком теоретическом уровне.

    Статья посвящена вопросу раскрытия комплекса профессионально значимых компетенций, необходимых современным преподавателям для эффективной реализации требований Федерального государственного образовательного стандарта (ФГОС) нового поколения. Авторы рассматривают совокупность ключевых аспектов компетентности преподавателей, обеспечивающих качество образовательного процесса. Выделяются пять основных групп компетенций: профессионально-педагогическая, коммуникативная, психолого-педагогическая, организационно-методическая и информационно-коммуникационная. Каждая группа раскрывается детально, подчеркивая важность методологической грамотности, владения культурой речи, понимания возрастных особенностей учащихся, инициативы и ответственности в процессе преподавания, а также цифровой грамотности. Статья представляет собой систематизированный взгляд на структуру педагогических компетенций, способствующих повышению эффективности и качества современной системы российского образования.

    Abstract:
    The chapter investigates the transformation of the business analyst profession amid AI advancements and hybrid intelligence – synergistic human-machine cognition in decision-making. Relevance arises from technological shifts: cloud migrations, microservices architecture, AI integration in business processes. Drawing on theoretical frameworks and empirical data from Russian and international companies, it elucidates the intellectualization of socio-economic systems. The study justifies abandoning traditional business analysis for hybrid methodologies incorporating predictive and adaptive elements. A novel typology of business analyst roles is introduced: systems ecosystem designer, AI model interpreter, data architect, ethical navigator. Key competencies are identified: systems thinking, technical literacy, machine learning basics, product mindset, ethical evaluation. It is concluded that in the context of hybrid intelligence, there is not a replacement of a person by a machine, but a qualitative change in his role – the transition from a performer of routine operations to a strategic partner providing synergy of human judgment and the computing power of algorithms.

    Abstract:
    In the theoretical part of the chapter, the basic concepts of program-targeted management of socio-economic processes of territorial development are given and developed. The epistemological roots of the emergence and modification of this tool are identified, and modern typologies of project management structures and algorithms are presented, taking into account situational conditions. In the empirical part, specific conditions are considered that accompany the dynamics of the development of project management by the Kaluga Region State Unitary Enterprise Kalugadorkazachik in planning and ensuring the implementation of the Safe and High-Quality Roads national project in the region. It is the quality of infrastructure that largely determines the standard of living of the population, the investment attractiveness and the volume of financial (as well as other) assets, and the diversification of the real sectors of the regional (municipal) economy. Therefore, the interest in innovative updates to the program and target support, the use of unused reserves, and intensification is quite natural. In this regard, the experience of the Kaluga Region can serve as a standard for the further development of many other regions of the Russian Federation.

    Comparing property tax systems for individuals in Russia and developed countries, the author proposes adopting the strengths of foreign models while preserving the advantages of the domestic approach. The research aims to develop recommendations for improving the legal framework governing tax authorities' activities in monitoring property tax assessment and payment, based on theoretical and legal analysis. The study employs methods of analysis, generalization, observation, classification, systematization, induction, deduction, and review of legislation and scholarly literature. Key findings include original definitions of "tax control," "forms of tax control," and "methods of tax control"; as well as proposals for amending the Tax Code of the Russian Federation and enhancing tax authority practices, exemplified by the Federal Tax Service of Russia for the Verkh-Isetsky District of Yekaterinburg.

    This chapter presents a selection of martial arts games aimed at solving a wide range of pedagogical tasks. The proposed games allow teachers, instructors and parents to diversify physical activity, developing in school-age children not only strength and dexterity, but also skills of self-regulation, respect for the opponent and the ability to act according to the rules. The materials of the chapter are adapted to work both in general education groups and with children with disabilities. Depending on the purpose of the lesson, games can be used as a warm-up element, the main part of the lesson, or included in the sports section program.

    Авторы статьи отмечают, что современная инженерная деятельность предполагает владение английским языком, которое в наши дни перестало быть просто академическим требованием, а стало ключевым профессиональным навыком. Подчеркивается, что традиционные методы не обеспечивают межкультурной коммуникации в профессиональной среде (документация, видеоконференции, Slack). Предложен мультимодальный подход, использующий различные каналы восприятия (аудиальный, визуальный, кинестетический) и семиотические ресурсы (текст, изображение, звук, пространство). Обоснована эффективность методологии для развития коммуникативной компетенции студентов технических вузов на занятиях по английскому языку.
