    Abstract:
    Conflicts that are often faced not only by students, but also by all participants of an educational institution (teachers, parents, administration) pose a threat and a sufficiently serious risk to a psychologically comfortable and safe educational environment. To minimize the negative consequences of conflicts and resolve them with the most constructive outcome, school mediation services are created, which, through certain rules and technologies, contribute to resolving the differences of conflict participants. The article examines the activities of school mediation services.

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the formation of socialization of children. The author notes that positive, guiding and supporting qualities of trusting, authoritative adults favorably influence the formation of communicative competence of adolescents with disabilities, including the nature of their interpersonal relationships. The addiction of a younger adolescent with disabilities pushes to copy, repeat the behavior model of others who are interested and create a comfortable being in society.

  • Song «Fly, Fly, Cuckoo» as a Phenomenon of Musical and Poetic Work of the Chuvash People

    Abstract:
    The article examines the semantic and axiological foundations of «Fly, fly, cuckoo» – the most popular work of Chuvash song folklore. The purpose of the work is to establish the history of the song from the moment of the first recording and analyze its professional processing. The author practices a short generalized description of the most characteristic features of each artistic treatment. This approach allows to clearly feel the individual handwriting of each composer. The research results are based on comparison and generalization methods. The melody of this song inspired the Chuvash and Russian composers to create works of different genres: vocal, choral, instrumental. It is unique in terms of the number of adaptations: there are more than 30 of them – so often composers did not pay attention to any Chuvash song. The article discusses the most vivid and characteristic examples of processing the melody of a song. The author analyzes the works of S. M. Maksimov, A. G. Orlov-Shuzm, G. Khirbyu, A. Petrov, G. Anchikov, V. Bely and others. The inclusion in the educational process of such examples of folk art as the song «Fly, fly, cuckoo», and works created on this topic, contributes to an increase in the level of musical culture, the formation of respect for indigenous peoples and their traditions.

  • Foreign Layer of the Chuvash Book

    Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the consideration of extraterritorial publications on the Chuvash theme. The purpose of the work is to identify the essential features of the foreign layer of the Chuvash book. The conclusions of the work are based on a quantitative and qualitative analysis of bibliographic indexes and a direct study of the books themselves de visu. The authors of the article consider foreign books as an important component of modern Chuvash culture, endowed with communicative, cognitive-cumulative, ethno-presentative and educational functions. Extraterritorial editions of the Chuvash book appeared in the first half of the 19th century, and only by the end of the 20th century they formed an independent layer. At the same time, one should objectively speak of two exteriorics – the Chuvash and by the poet G. Aygi. Each of them is represented by almost 150 publications. The predominant problematic of the foreign language layer of the Chuvash book proper is the Chuvash language. Moreover, its notable aspect is the publication of books in the Chuvash language or their publication with parallel texts in Sweden and Turkey. G. Aygi’s foreign publications are already represented by collections of poems in Russian, published by the publishing house of the artist N. Dronnikov in France. This work is a publication that should provide an introduction to the scientific use of literature that has not yet become the property of the Chuvash Studies. Its task is to promote the full functioning of modern Chuvash science in conjunction with the world one. The authors come to the conclusion that, in general, the foreign layer of the Chuvash book has an enduring value, and many of the scientific publications published in the past are rightly elevated to the rank of classical ones by the scientists.

  • On the Question Legal and Cultural Interaction Between the Sasanian Iran and the Eastern Roman Empire

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to prove the presence of a deep (archaic) ideological foundation in the Roman-Persian political and legal complementarity of the times of late antiquity. Methods. The author uses the «panoramic approach», сomparative analysis of primary historical sources and the structural-functional method. Results. The author’s attention is devoted to the antique community in the legal content of imperial titles, the correlation of temporary and spatial understanding of the power of the Roman emperors and the power of the Persian Šâhanšâh’s. The main author’s thesis: 1) the provision on the Hellenization of Persia during the time of Khosrow Anushirvan; 2) the thesis on the principle of extraterritoriality of imperial power, formulated by the Romans in the era of dominatus and transfered from the Eastern Roman Empire into the Sassanian Eranshahr; 3) the author’s definition of the imperial form of government, based on the principle of «over-sovereignty» common to Iran and Byzantium. Discussion. Firstly, the spaces of Eranshahr and the Roman Empire were considered by ancient intellectuals as the «common heritage» of the Hellenistic Asian kingdom of Alexander the Great. Secondly, the roots and semantic content of the titles of the higher sovereigns of Persia and Rome (emperors) had common cultural and political origins and military-administrative premises. Thirdly, if at the initial stage of the interaction between the Persians and the Romans there was a strong influence of Persia on the everyday life of the population of the East Roman provinces, then in the 6th century the East Roman ethnocultural pattern «Christian Oecumene» became decisive in the Sassanian Mesopotamia.

    Монография посвящена весьма актуальной и недостаточно разработанной в философской литературе проблематике. Понятие авторитета в науке анализируется в работе в первую очередь в онтологическом контексте – в структуре воспроизводства знания. Вместе с тем в работе активно используются концепции философии науки, а также средства современной социологии науки. Автор монографии придаёт авторитету функциональный потенциал и задаёт ему важное место в структуре науки: авторитет представлен, с одной стороны, как определённая реальность, в которой отражается опыт участников научных исследований, с другой стороны, авторитет рассматривается не только как набор неких атрибутивных качеств, но и как «механизм», приводящий в движение другие структурные элементы науки. В представленном исследовании в качестве нового подхода предложено моделирование, которое помещает авторитет в деятельность научного сообщества и предоставляет ему конкретную позицию, связанную с другими.

Значительное превышение дебиторской задолженности за счет несвоевременных расчетов покупателей и заказчиков создает угрозу финансовой устойчивости предприятия.

    Статья посвящена исследованию роли историко-научного материала для формирования общекультурных и общепрофессиональных компетенций. Задачей исследования является определение основных методологических положений, регулирующих использование историко-научного материала для формирования общекультурных и общепрофессиональных компетенций в курсе физики. Исследуя пути решения данной задачи, представленные в научно-педагогической литературе, автор предлагает использовать технологии проблемного обучения, в основе которых лежит системный подход к анализу действительных научных проблем, возникавших в истории физики. Автор выделяет методологические основания взаимосвязи проблемности и историзма, показывает, что основой изучения каждого раздела курса физики должен быть анализ соответствующей «узловой» проблемы, а в основе «узловых» учебных проблем должны лежать подлинные научные проблемы, связанные с развитием физических представлений, определяющих характерные черты каждого этапа развития физики. Показана методологическая роль принципа единства исторического и логического для анализа «узловых» учебных проблем. Дается конкретизация выдвигаемых положений на примере проблемы взаимосвязи дискретности и непрерывности материи. Результаты исследования обобщают личный опыт преподавания физики в Дальневосточном федеральном университете и могут быть использованы преподавателями вузов при разработке методики компетентностно ориентированного обучения физике.

    Ценностные доминанты, как никогда ранее, остаются проблемой номер один отечественного образования в целом: и в научном дискурсе, и в практике их реализации в пространстве поликультурного многонационального общего образования. Остается этот аспект воспитательной деятельности актуальным и для системы непрерывного рекуррентного образования взрослых, в нашем случае, профессионального становления и развития педагога. В статье представлены позитивные результаты лонгитюдного исследования автора в аспекте культурного самоопределения учителя иностранных языков, намечены перспективы реализации региональной ценностно-ориентированной концепции иноязычного образования на период 2020–2025 гг. в рамках национального проекта «Учитель будущего» (2019).
