    Abstract:
    The chapter highlights innovative models for the formation of a unified training, quality assessment and professional development of pedagogical personnel in the higher education system of the Russian Federation, based on the analysis of the best practices of federal innovation platforms. The work was carried out within the framework of the Research Agreement on "Identification of best practices based on the results of expert evaluation of applications and reports of federal innovation platforms" with Financial Expert Systems LLC. Moscow, the operator of the organization of the procedure for evaluating the activities of FIP subjects within the framework of the execution of the State Contract dated April 25, 2022 No.05.2022.244.02.003.021 for the performance of works (provision of services) under the project "Information, analytical and technological support for the formation and functioning of a network of federal innovation platforms in the advanced educational ecosystem of the Russian Federation". The authors consider projects of federal innovation platforms of higher education institutions implemented in the field of "pedagogical education", as well as in other interdisciplinary areas related to the professional development of teaching staff.

    The chapter provides arguments about the need to develop emotional intelligence in adolescence. Group counseling is considered as a way to develop emotional intelligence. The results of an empirical study of the level of emotional intelligence development in adolescent children, comparative diagnostic results of the experimental group before and after the group counseling program and the results of statistical verification of differences between the levels of emotional intelligence development in adolescents before and after the formative experiment are presented. As a result of the study, statistically significant shifts in the development of emotional intelligence towards its improvement were obtained. Thus, the group consultation program acts as one of the most effective means of developing emotional intelligence.

    Abstract:
    In order to understand the influence of geopolitical factors on the value of the company the value of PJSC Sberbank will be estimated using dividend discount model and earning multiplier and after that compared with values of JPMorgan Chase and HSBC banks which will be calculated using same methods in order to estimate the discount that Russian bank will have in comparison with American and British banks that are supposed to have zero discount since those countries are considered as the most stable and economically developed in the world thus it makes sense to calculate discount rate based on their prices. Also, a regression model which will analyze factors that can affect the price of stocks of those banks will be considered, and if the results for Russian and Western banks are too different, it becomes possible to estimate the error (discount) which is applied when pricing Russian assets.

    The article describes bankruptcy issues and information on conducting an assessment of the probability of assessing the bankruptcy of companies. Based on the data from the accounting statements of the oil and gas company PJSC Lukoil, the probability of bankruptcy of the company was assessed using four bankruptcy forecasting models. The article presents the conclusions of the analysis, evaluates the success of the introduction of the financial policy of the company.

    Abstract:
    At the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum (PIEF–2023), the President of the Russian Federation V.V. Putin presented a new concept for the development of a country with a sovereign economy. This time, the president did not as much emphasize and highlight priorities, as he summarized the theoretical and methodological basis for the announced model. The President answered the fundamental question: how and in what way will the new Russian economy be built – «the economy of supply». We are talking about the transition to a qualitatively new level of development – to a sovereign economy that not only reacts to market conditions and takes into account demand, but also forms this demand. Such an economy is often called the «supply economy» and presupposes a large-scale increase in production forces and the expansion of the service sector, the widespread creation of new modern industrial facilities and entire industries, including in those areas "... where we have not yet proven ourselves properly, but there are scientific opportunities, creative potential that we have, of course» – that's how V.V. Putin described the contours of the new development model. The main principles will be: orientation of the education system on employment of graduates; expansion of entrepreneurial activity; increasing the attractiveness of Russia as a state of central jurisdiction for conducting global business and preventing the transfer of funds from the country abroad; ensuring investment growth; maximum spread of the «lean production» system; automation and mastering of artificial intelligence (AI) technologies. Experts named the immediate «builders of the country's technological sovereignty»: to achieve it, experts in artificial intelligence, blockchain and robotics will be needed.

    The article presents the author's view on the organization of extracurricular educational work at the university. The authors believe that the main purpose of this type of activity is the personal and professional development of students, which is achieved through the creation of conditions for their active life, civic self-determination, creative development, professional formation and individual personal self-realization. The important role in the systematization and organization of extracurricular educational work of such methodological documents as Educational work schedules and Work programs of education according to educational programs is noted. The article presents a functional model of the organization of educational work on the example of the Volgograd Institute of Management – a branch of the RANEPA. The IDEF0 notation was used to build the model. As a result of the development of the "As is" model, factors were identified that were not previously taken into account, but have an impact on the process of implementing extracurricular educational work.

    The article considers the process of assessing the value of a company using the discounted cash flow model within the framework of the income approach. The author describes the theoretical foundations of the discounted cash flow model and compares the features of different approaches to this method in the modern literature. The author carries out the detailed company valuation using the discounted cash flow model on the example of the company «X5 Group». The author assessed the value of the company «X5 Group» using the discounted cash flow model. The real example of the company valuation shown in the article is useful for the company for making managerial decisions in the future.

    In this work, a three-factor multiplicative mathematical model of deterministic factor analysis by the integral method is studied on the example of solving a specific problem of analyzing the economic activity of the manufacturing sector of the economy. As intermediate indicators, the average number of employees in the industry, the number of days worked by an employee per year and the average annual production of products by an employee of the industry were taken. The resulting indicator was the output of the industry.

    More than 20 years the two-level system of higher education within the framework of Bologna system has been developing in the Russian Federation. However, it proved to be untenable for the Russian Federation, as it significantly reduced the quality of training of university students as professionals demanded by domestic organisations. Under the conditions of economic sanctions against Russia by the USA and a number of countries, it became necessary to implement the import substitution strategy. But its implementation required the development of industry, opening of new enterprises and production facilities, which, in turn, required professionals capable of doing this. As a consequence, it was necessary to change the system of training the necessary specialists in domestic universities. The study of the identified problems was carried out taking into account the practical experience of the author, using the method of included observation and discussion of the identified problems at various conferences, as well as the study of various studies on this issue.

    In the chapter modelling of transient process in electric RLC-chain is considered. The software-mathematical model of the mode is constructed and implemented. Matlab is used as a toolkit. At the same time the traditional engineering methods of calculation, directed on linearisation of the considered processes, are rejected. The choice is made in favour of direct application of mathematical methods (application of the apparatus of differential calculus). Correctness of the results is confirmed by earlier calculations and correspondence of the general topology of the considered circuits.

    The chapter discusses the methodology of measuring and monitoring the structural dynamics of economic systems is considered. It is proposed to generalize the existing models of indicators for assessing structural changes into three main groups: index, spatial-geometric and matrix. It is demonstrated that structural shifts in the economy of intellectual property are realized both at the level of patenting subjects and at the level of intellectual property rights objects. It is proposed to apply an approach to the study of the structural dynamics of the intellectual property economy, where structural changes are considered as a «factor-influence» – «factor-result».

    The great importance of sports selection to increase the interest and motivation of the younger generation to go in for sports, identify the most promising athletes, achieve the highest results in the chosen sport by athletes, increase the competitiveness of domestic athletes on the world stage, require the training of highly qualified specialists who are able to carry out sports selection at various stages of a long-term training process and in different types of sports disciplines. But, the complexity and multidimensionality of sports selection, due to the wide variety of sports, complicates the process of creating a unified methodology for sports selection. This produces difficulties in the training of specialists capable of competent and effective implementation of the sports selection methodology. To overcome the formed contradiction between the high need of society for the implementation of sports selection and the lack of qualified specialists in physical culture, ready for the full and effective implementation of the sports selection methodology, we conducted a study. The purpose of the study is the development and implementation of pedagogical conditions that ensure the functioning of the model for the formation of bachelors' readiness in the direction of preparation “Physical culture” for the implementation of the sports selection methodology. Materials and methods. The study was conducted on the basis of the Mari State University in the period from 2017 to 2022, with the participation of 300 students of the Faculty of Physical Culture, Sports and Tourism. In the course of the study, the methods of theoretical analysis, pedagogical experiment, control tests, questionnaires, and the proximetric method were applied. Conclusions. The results were obtained, indicating that the implementation of the developed pedagogical conditions contributes to a significant increase in the motivational, cognitive, activity and reflexive readiness of bachelors in the direction of training “Physical culture” to implement the methodology of sports selection.

  • Ontological Models of Proverbs as Precedent Texts (on the Material of Different Structural Models in the Russian and Chuvash Languages)

    This article presents an analysis of proverbs as precedent texts and their ontological (conceptual) models in the Russian and Chuvash languages as having different structures. The relevance of the work is due to the cognitive-pragmatic approach to the linguistic picture of the world of proverbs, as well as the need to determine the status of the ontological model of precedent texts of proverbs as a special structure of knowledge that characterizes the features of ethno-linguistic consciousness. Based on the material of Russian and Chuvash proverbs, a conceptual analysis of the precedent texts of proverbs is carried out. The basic models of the subject's cognitive decision-making strategy are distinguished: 1) cognitive setting for a low / high degree of argumentative impact: a) with the axiological dominant “gradation”; b) with a stereotypical dominant; c) with adaptive dominant; 2) cognitive attitude with the axiological component “positive – negative”. The identified types of axiological components of conceptual objects act as factors, grounds that ensure the use of proverbs as an argument, reflecting the values and traditions of the Russian and Chuvash cultural communities. Characteristic for acts of argumentation in which proverbs are used are such basic structures as one-sided argumentation and two-sided argumentation. In the discourse in the relationship of communicants in the languages under consideration, simple and complex speech acts with proverbs are used, which have the same pragmatic features, but differ in quantitative terms and communicative conditions of functioning. The structure of the precedent text of proverbs is presented as an ontology in the Protégé ontology editor system, since in modern research ontology is considered the leading paradigm of information content structuring.

    The chapter highlights issues of a significant impact on teenagers’ development, identity, socialization and future life depending on how they spend their free time as it is an important transitional situation in adolescence, which helps to bridge the gap between childhood play and work in adulthood. Structured and organized programmes and activities create a beneficial environment for youth development. However, the home environment should be considered the first and, perhaps, the most important, in the context of the positive development of young people. One of the theoretical models that has been created as a useful basis for studying family leisure in recent years has become the core and balance model of the functioning of family leisure. The model based on family systems theory indicates that participation in various forms of family leisure contributes to the functioning of the family in different ways. People tend to seek stability and changes, variety, acquaintance and freshness in their leisure time. At the same time, studying the difference in responses of parents and young people showed that parents are more satisfied with their family life when they were involved in family leisure that was new and challenging, thereby addressing the family's need for change and promoting learning and improving adaptive skills and youth abilities. Young people, on the contrary, turned out to be more in need of stability, constancy and regularity in their preferences for family leisure.

It is noted that the bias in favor of collectivist forms of realization of the subject leads to the loss of the essential potential of the physical culture of the individual. The bias in favor of an individualistic approach impoverishes the essence of the subject in its educational aspect. It is shown that only a rationally balanced combination and taking into account the peculiarities of the discipline contributes to the creation of a special kind of space, where through dialogue young people realize their belonging both to the homo species and to the social matrix accepted by this community. The socialization of an individual through the conscious mastery of his physical self allows him to build a trajectory of personal development, using the natural potential to the fullest. The choice of forms of organization of the educational process depends on the understanding by the teaching staff of the multidimensionality of the discipline and its creative potential. The formation of an understanding of this kind is a necessary condition for the qualitative functioning of physical culture and sports in general. Modern conditions dictate the need to create a flexible model of physical education, accommodating both traditional approaches and the ability to quickly respond to real challenges of the external environment and take into account mental changes in the personality of students.

    Abstract:
    Modern economic development of Russia determines the reforming of vocational education system and production in accordance with innovative technological equipment. The dual system is the most common form of personnel training which combines theoretical training (in Russia 40%, in Germany 20–25%) in educational institutions and the industrial training (75–80%) at enterprises. 96% of young people who completed dual training got a job at enterprises.
