    Abstract:
    The article is concerned with the problem of information and education system development as a new pedagogical system. The significance of the problem is conditioned by the mounting needs of developing digital economy and inner demand of the individual receiving higher education. The category of «information and education system» was studied and its major characteristic features were revealed; a general definition of the category in focus was formulated. A set of modified pedagogical technologies based on the information and communication technologies’ potential was researched with the purpose to identify its effectiveness on the realization of the «information and education system» as one of the pedagogical conditions. According the author of the article a set of modified pedagogical technologies should include: project based learning technology based on interactive methods of teaching, technology of contextual education, modular technology and proactive teaching technology. The basic principles uniting all chosen technologies are the principle of activity, selfsufficiency, creativity and productivity.

    The article considers the role of culturological information in formation and development of cognitive interest for foreign language studies. A wish to study in Russia witnesses on the fact that foreign students have psychological readiness to study the Russian language, learn about Russian history and culture. The interest for Russian culture is a basis for the positive attitude to the language and a motive for studying it. As an example, the author gives topics for essays and public speeches used in classes of Russian as a foreign language.

    В статье рассмотрены вопросы влияния непрерывного образования персонала на достижение экономических успехов и обеспечение конкурентоспособности организации. Даны характеристики наиболее известных направлений и выделен ряд условий, способствующих формированию интеллектуального потенциала персонала организации. Показана ценность использования зарубежной концепции обучения персонала с целью усиления его качества и эффективности. В работе использован метод восхождения от общего к частному, позволяющий конкретизировать научные выводы о новых требованиях к системе непрерывного образования персонала современной организации. Научная новизна исследования заключается в выдвижении и обосновании тезиса, согласно которому в основу формирования интеллектуального потенциала сотрудников организации должна быть положена непрерывность их образования, а также в уточнении основных условий, характеризующих качества и эффективность обучения персонала.

    В данной статье рассматривается одна из форм инноваций во внеклассной проектной работе – использование информационно-коммуникационных технологий, рекомендованных на курсах МГУ, в начальной, средней и старшей школах МАОУ «Лицей математики и информатики Кировского района г. Саратова». Представлено описание опыта апробации следующих ИКТ ресурсов: Photofunia, Dvolver Movie Maker, WallWisher, ESLvideo, Pinterest, Zunal.com (Web quest), Mindmeister в работе над школьными, районными, муниципальными, региональными и международными проектами. Данный опыт находит распространение на семинарах, круглых столах, мастер-классах и конференциях разного уровня, организованных для повышения квалификации учителей и мотивации учеников к изучению английского языка и вовлечение их в научно-исследовательскую деятельность. Использование очных и заочных форм работы над проектом позволяет вовлечь в работу максимальное количество обучающихся.

    Abstract:
    Процесс становления детского рисунка в определенный момент переходит от этапа каракулей к этапу правдоподобных изображений, внешне напоминающих предметы окружающей действительности. На этом этапе неверное педагогическое вмешательство во внутренние процессы становления детского рисунка может привести к его торможению. Изобразительные схемы, предлагаемые детям на занятиях в виде образца, могут превратиться в шаблон детского рисунка, сдерживающий дальнейшее развитие творческого воображения ребенка. В статье предлагаются способы трансформации шаблона в детском рисунке: разнообразие художественных материалов и технологий работы с ними, интеграция видов изобразительной деятельности, использование элементов игровой технологии в процессе создания индивидуальных графических образов, художественное экспериментирование.

    The article discusses the conceptual signs of a paradigm shift in the modern scientific and pedagogical outlook in relation to psychological and phenomenological aspects of the perspectives of competence-based education. An attempt is made in outlining of the methodological specificities of the educational paradigm in the context of conditions of realization of Federal state educational standards of the third generation. The significance of the psychological aspects of technologies of mass communication in the paradigm of formation of professional competence of the specialist was conclusively determined.   • About the implicit variant of the affix of the third person of the category of possession of nouns in the Chuvash language

    The article deals with the spelling of nominal word combinations in the Chuvash language, the components of which are connected by an implicit version of the affix of the third person. The work points to the contradiction in the orthography of similar word combinations: кĕреке пуçĕ "toast-master", вăйă пуçĕ "head of the game", кĕтÿ пуçĕ "leader of the pack" (separately) – пирĕн çулпуç "our leader", гений çулпуç "brilliant leader" (in one word). The modern spelling dictionaries do not include a number of word combinations, which are identical in structure with the syntagmas represented in dictionaries in the joined-up writing. The author proves that a separate spelling corresponds to the orthography of all nominal syntagmas.

    In this article, modern trends in the understanding of the summary as a type of text are indicated, the concept of "summary" as a product of summаrizing is clarified, differences of the summary from the abstract are examined. The author gives the typology of summary and the main requirements for their compilation and evaluation. In this work informаtive аnd indicаtive summаries аre distinguished. The monographic, summary, aspect, fragment, target, general and questionnaire summаries are singled out, and also the features of each of the presented types are considered.
