    Abstract:
    The purpose of this article is to study areas of improving the level and quality of life of the population of Russia as a criterion for the effectiveness of economic policy. When writing the article, the author used general scientific methods, as well as methods of statistical analysis. Indicators and approaches to the study and assessment of quality and living standards based on an integral indicator are considered. Analysis of this article allows us to conclude that the standard of living of the population is very closely related to the development of the state. It is a criterion in assessing the real situation of the economy and determines its direction of development.

    Current regulatory legal act regulating educational activities in the Russian Federation is considered in the study. Special attention is paid to the legal framework for state regulation of preschool institutions engaged in correction of children's speech disorders. The analysis of the existing measures of state support was conducted, the quality of services provided in child care center is assessed, problem areas are identified, ways of improving the forms of state support were proposed according to the materials selected as research area of a municipal education.

    The article deals with the study of the possibility of applying Pilates exercises for optimization of the functional state of students’ bodies by performing the basic principles of technology and its implementation in students’ educational process. The characteristic of basic Pilates exercises is given. Among those exercises are: twisting, body-rocking, and strain of the spine bone. Methods of research. During the study the methods that allow us to assess the dynamics of the functional state of the body (determination of heart rate, blood pressure (systolic and diastolic), hypoxic samples «Stange and Genchi», the Rufier tese, the Kerdo index, Spielberger State-Trait Anxiety Inventory, assessment of general state, activity and mood) were applied. The results presented indicate the effectiveness of the Pilates exercises implementation in the program on the subject «Physical Culture» for optimization the functional state and improvement of bodies of female students at the age of 17-20 years. It is concluded that this set of exercises increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems, physical performance, as well as reduce the level of state and trait anxiety, and the activity of the sympathetic division of the autonomic nervous system.

    В статье предложена методика развития скоростных качеств учащихся 11–12 лет посредством калмыцких национальных игр, которая учитывает имеющийся опыт по физическому воспитанию подрастающего поколения, национальные традиции, ориентированные на целостный (системный) подход в укреплении и поддержании здоровья детей и подростков. Целенаправленный подбор и моделирование подвижных игр на уроках физической культуры способствуют более избирательному воспитанию скоростных качеств школьников.

    Статья посвящена проблеме страха студентов высшей школы перед публичным выступлением. В современном вузовском пространстве, где публичные коммуникации являются основой формирования профессиональных компетенций, способствующих самореализации, социализации молодых людей, востребованности их на рынке труда, данная тема на сегодняшний день весьма актуальна. В работе исследованы причины страха публичных выступлений, изучен процесс преодоления боязни выступлений перед аудиторией. С опорой на собственный опыт работы и проведенное исследование автор видит решение данной проблемы во внедрении в свою педагогическую деятельность экспресс-тренинга как наиболее эффективного метода активного обучения по преодолению страха публичных выступлений у обучающихся высшей школы.

    Abstract:
    This article deals with the study and implementation of innovative technologies in sports education and health improvement of students, as one of the main objectives of the University curricula and programs development. The purpose of the article is to search for ways for improving the effectiveness of physical education, the formation of students' sustainable needs for physical activity through the application of non-traditional types of physical exercises and sports. During the study the following methods were applied: experiment and observation. The authors present new technologies (forms, means and methods) used in physical education classes. It is noted that they contribute to the acquisition of experience of creative practical activity, the development of physical qualities, increase of the capabilities of the functional systems of the body (cardiovascular, respiratory, immune). For effective increase of carrying out classes in system of physical culture and sports education, the scientific experiment for integration into practice was carried out. To solve problems in the classroom a specially designed set of exercises from different kinds of sports (stretching, step aerobics, crossfit) was used. In the experimental group, training sessions were conducted according to a specially formulated program, including elements of non-traditional kinds of sports, and in the control group – according to the standard curriculum. The results of the study show the effectiveness of the implementation of non-traditional types of physical exercises in the program on physical education, which have increased not only motivational, as well as physical qualities and the development of spiritual values for students’ health improving.

    Статья посвящена рассмотрению критерий безопасности по токсичным ингредиентам, которые могут быть использованы в качестве маркеров-ограничителей количества вводимых обогащающих компонентов в продукты питания при условии, если контаминантный состав основного и обогащающего сырья совпадают. Автор подчеркивает, что расчет этих критериев требует соблюдения технологии оценки, в том числе этапов подробного химического анализа, как сырья, так и вводимых в пищевые продукты обогащающих добавок, что позволит исключить превышения нормативных требований, предъявляемым к безопасности конечной пищевой продукции.

    Abstract:
    This article discusses the need to create an interactive simulator for a foreign language at the University of Telecommunications. The advantages of such a simulator for use in classroom and out-of-class work are given. The prospects of using a universal simulator in the educational process for students and teachers of the university are identified and presented. The article describes the interrelation of various university disciplines through a universal simulator, that is, it is shown that competent application of an interactive simulator leads to the integration of disciplines, which increases the level of education.
