  • Assessment of the Strength Development of Students in an Agricultural University

    Abstract:
    The article discusses the role of the development of physical quality «strength». The value of strength for the health and training process is analyzed. The importance and necessity of the development of strength, strength abilities, which determines the level of physical health, functional capabilities, is substantiated. The importance of physical culture for comprehensive and harmonious development is revealed. The results of the control standards according to the requirements of the university, strength indicators in accordance with the requirements of the GTO standards are analyzed. The search for effective means and methods of physical culture in the physical training of students is analyzed. The article gives an assessment of the development of the strength of students of an agricultural university. Research methods. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the data obtained was carried out. The search, analysis, generalization of methodological literature was used, the method of control tests was used. The study was conducted for 3 years, from 2018–2021. The study involved 63 young men aged 18–24 years. The successful implementation of the control standards and requirements of the GTO standards was noted. The results of the study. The overall assessment of the development of strength among students of an agricultural university is expressed in positive dynamics. According to the results of the study, the average level of strength development was recorded, the average readiness of the subjects to pass the GTO standards, in particular in the aspect of strength training. Analysis of the results according to the GTO standards for strength showed that the majority of students pass for the gold and silver GTO badge, an increase in the results for the bronze badge was recorded, a decrease in the number of students who did not pass the standard was noted. The majority of students who passed by 5 and 4 points according to the university program were identified, an increase was noted in those who passed by 3 points, the presence of some students who did not fulfill the requirements of the university program. Conclusions. The level of readiness of students to fulfill the norms and requirements of the GTO complex at the average level. The average level of physical fitness was recorded. Regular physical education classes with the use of strength-oriented exercises contribute to the development and improvement of physical qualities, harmonious physical development, increasing the functional capabilities of the body, achieving a high level of physical fitness necessary for the successful fulfillment of the regulatory requirements of the VFSK GTO, university.

    Abstract:
    The following paper analyzes the Russian system of education. Modern practice in the development of higher professional education shows that today's graduates of Russian universities for the most part are not prepared for real practical work in organizations as professionals. Undoubtedly, the time and changing conditions for the implementation of the activities of Russian universities over the past three decades have changed significantly. However, the training of modern professionals in the new conditions was based not on the domestic experience of universities, but on foreign approaches to two-level higher education – the training of graduates of Russian universities as bachelors and masters. But at the same time, Russian researchers and officials do not have a clear understanding of the difference in the level of professional training of students, both bachelors and masters. And the declared new “competence-based approach”, when it is proposed to form students with rather “vague” competencies, presented in the Federal State Educational Standards for Higher Education of the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education 3++, does not allow employers to see the professionals they need in a modern university graduate. And the fact that the modern West does not recognize the diplomas of graduates of Russian universities indicates that today it is necessary to implement a policy of import substitution in higher education, and, based on domestic experience in training graduates of Russian universities as specialists-engineers, to prepare them for real practical work in Russian organizations.

    В статье поднимаются вопросы управления образованием на региональном и муниципальном уровне. Образование тесно связано с общественной жизнью в любой стране, и особенности управления этой сферой находят отражение в экономических, политических и нравственно-духовных отношениях. Постоянно происходит реформирование системы образования, что требует непрерывного развития, совершенствования и поиска новых путей развития. Управление образованием сегодня больше происходит на уровне отдельной образовательной системы, что является проблемой для учреждений в целом. Требуется не только управление на уровне специальных учреждений, а они должны быть частью крупных правительственных программ, что предусматривает проведение единой государственной политики в образовательной системе. Особенности управления новой системой образования еще и в том, что она имеет сложную структуру, в которую входят экономические, педагогические, технологические и организационные компоненты, которые сложно взаимодействуют между собой и другими общественными сферами жизни. Для облегчения процесса важен принцип системности эффективного управления, включающий современные образовательные технологии, инновационные методы преподавания и обучения, разработку экономических вопросов, которые должны определять единое взаимодействие. Главный ориентир в управлении образованием – это удовлетворение образовательной потребности людей и доступность образования, повышение качества образования в соответствии с запросами, и повышение эффективности, производительности образовательной системы. Сложность в решении этих проблем в том, что идет сокращение финансирования, предприятий, учебных заведений, недостаточно средств на самих обучающихся. Для поддержания процесса образования идет пересмотр роли учебного заведения, и для решения проблем учреждениям приходится привлекать социальные институты, предприятия и семьи учащихся.

    The problem of preserving and strengthening the health of students and, in particular, students, is still one of the urgent tasks facing society. The aim of the study is to improve the motor qualities of students during elective classes organized taking into account their interests and to reduce the number of colds among students during the academic year. The object of the study is the educational and training process planned for first-year students of the Humanitarian Pedagogical Institute. To achieve this goal, the authors used the following research methods: methods of critical study of sources, empirical research methods and the method of formalization.

    Abstract:
    На основе системного анализа и используя метод включенного наблюдения можно утверждать, что в настоящее время отечественное высшее образование переживает этап системного кризиса, когда выпускники вузов как профессионалы стали неинтересны работодателям. При этом отечественные вузы вынуждены реализовывать «условные» компетенции, которые не отражают профессионализм выпускника и вследствие этого не могут иметь четких критериев оценки их формирования. В результате этого постоянное «совершенствование» образовательных стандартов высшего образования, основанных на иностранных подходах к его организации, но реализуемых формально и без учета отечественного опыта организации высшего образования, не позволяет сделать российское высшее образование качественным, профессиональным образованием. А это ведет к тому, что государство и организации в лице невостребованных работодателями выпускников вузов по специализации, к которой они готовятся в вузах, теряют огромный потенциал для своего развития и развития национальной экономики. И эти проблемы нужно срочно решать на государственном уровне, чтобы не оказаться в ситуации, когда специалистов в различных отраслях экономики отечественным организациям придется приглашать из-за рубежа. В статье приводятся пути решения обозначенных проблем.

    Abstract:
    The article deals with the problems of motor activity, the development of physical qualities and speed abilities of students. The importance of physical culture and physical fitness is revealed. The search for effective means and methods of physical culture in preparation for passing the GTO standards is analyzed. The features of physical training of high-speed orientation of students to pass the GTO standards for speed are considered. The effectiveness of the use of speed-oriented exercises, which are necessary for students to achieve the norms of the GTO complex for speed, within the framework of physical culture classes, is revealed. Research methods. In the course of the study, a comparative analysis of the results was carried out. The method of control tests was used. The overall assessment of the effectiveness of the above tools and methods is expressed in positive dynamics. The results of the study. According to the results of the study, there is a positive trend. The analysis of the results according to the table of GTO standards in the framework of physical culture classes allows us to note the growth of indicators for all established tests. Systematic classes using high-speed, high-speed and power-oriented exercises with a gradual change in the load, improving the technique of performing exercises, contribute to the development of the physical quality «speed». Conclusions. Regular physical education classes with the use of speed exercises contribute to the development and improvement of physical qualities, the achievement of growth rates of GTO standards. The level of readiness of students to fulfill the norms and requirements of the GTO complex at the average level. Affordable, effective means and methods of physical training make it possible to actively use the scientific and educational potential of the university. The purposeful organization of the educational process contributes to achieving the proper level of physical fitness necessary for the successful implementation of the regulatory requirements of the AR PCS Complex GTO.

  • Testing as an Effective Method for Assessing the Quality of Students' Training Achievements

    Abstract:
    Electronic educational resources including testing, which simplify the process of searching and structuring educational information have been used more often in educational organizations recently. They have made learning more accessible and interesting for students of higher and vocational education institutions, especially in the context of a pandemic. The article provides a brief theoretical justification of the advantages of testing students' academic achievements. The emphasis is placed on the importance of testing as a tool for remote control of students' knowledge, the advantages and disadvantages of using tests both in the educational process of higher and secondary vocational education and in order to control the acquired knowledge are revealed. The study was carried out by the authors on the basis of a comprehensive use of theoretical and empirical methods. The leading theoretical methods were: analysis, generalization, concretization, forecasting, modeling. The work used such empirical methods as conversations, pedagogical observation, questionnaires, expert evaluation, testing, analysis of performance, generalization of pedagogical experience, methods of statistical processing of experimental data. The results presented in the article of the study of testing of students of MPSU at the initial (entrance test), current and final stage of measuring the level of educational achievements of students demonstrated an increase in the values of the effectiveness of testing at all stages of its implementation, an increase in the effectiveness of test control at the intermediate and final stages of the study. The results of the study made it possible to formulate promising directions for the development of problems of testing the quality of education of students of higher and professional education organizations: improving the forms and methods of analysis and interpretation of test results based on the invariant application of test models: improving the psychological and pedagogical orientation of the use of the testing algorithm for personalized learning trajectories in the practice of mass education, etc.
