The purpose of the chapter is to analyze the use of information technology in project management and develop a set of measures to improve activities in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region. The subject of the study is the impact of the introduction of new information technologies on project management in the administration of the Kuibyshev District Municipality of the Kaluga Region.     In recent years, we have seen the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI) increase. AI-based tools are increasingly embedded in professional activities, and people need to adapt to these changes. We've been talking about information overload for decades, and now the environment is even more stressful. Difficulties in maintaining concentration for long periods of time, conscious action, self-organisation and self-regulation are already being experienced in adolescents. The text analyses how AI affects the pace of life, and the problems this causes. Tools for coping are offered, with a focus on coaching as a solution to current challenges. Limitations and opportunities are critically examined through cognitive psychology and research on other approaches. Alternative solutions that take into account the limitations of the tool and its impact on resilience are also mentioned. The article is aimed at a wide audience interested in the impact of AI on human adaptive capacity.

  • Formation of information competence of cadets of a military university

    Abstract:
    The article substantiates the idea of the need for advanced professional training of cadets of a modern military university to meet the requirements for the information competence of an officer during the period of change in military-professional activity under the influence of informatization. The essence of the information perspective as a leading factor of influence determining the advance is revealed. The author's understanding of the structure of the officer's information competence in the aggregate of operational, subjective, axiological and reflexive components is presented. The process of forming the cadet's information competence is shown as a consistent change in the stages of solving the advanced professional task and achieving the expected results of professional and personal development: the stage of problematization, the stage of modeling, the stage of solution and the reflexive stage. The presented content, forms and methods of work that organize the process of forming the information competence of cadets are designed to ensure its integrity and effectiveness.

    In the context of the rapid transition to digital learning formats, cybersecurity is becoming one of the key tasks for educational institutions. The article "Cybersecurity in digital Education: Protecting the data of students and teachers" examines the main threats faced by participants in the educational process, including leaks of personal information, cyber attacks and fraud. Special attention is paid to data protection methods such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and user training in the basics of cybersecurity. Legislative aspects and standards governing the protection of personal data in the educational environment are also discussed. In conclusion, the article emphasizes the importance of creating a culture of cybersecurity in educational institutions, which contributes not only to the protection of information, but also to increasing the trust of students and teachers in digital educational platforms.

    Digital technologies make it possible to automate the processes of disinformation and information warfare, launch fakes promptly and on a large scale, organize information interventions to shift public attention from one information agenda to another, to conduct information and psychological operations, and to have a certain impact on the consciousness and behavior of target groups. Fakes circulate not only in pop media and propaganda channels, but also penetrate into journalism, educational content, and scientific discourse, not only as a subject of scientific research, but also as a result of falsification; the phenomenon of fake journalism and journalism that ignores the high standards and principles of the profession has emerged. In the dense flow of rapidly updating information, attentive perception is difficult, it is difficult to distinguish between truth and falsification, and to obtain reliable information about events; Society is under unprecedented pressure from digital media disinformation, undermining trust in social institutions and social communication channels. These circumstances actualize the issues of improving the methodology and tools for verifying information and recognizing fake content in online media. The purpose of the study is to analyze the signs of fake media content and improve methods of countering disinformation in the media space. Results: the goals and motives of fake creators and distributors, signs and technologies of digital content falsification are investigated, approaches to combating fakes and falsification of information in online media are analyzed, the effectiveness of various technologies for detecting fake content and countering its influence is assessed. The concept of a comprehensive system for countering fakes in the digital space is outlined. One of the conclusions of the study is that countering the influence of fake online media content is not limited to technical and regulatory solutions, since the mechanisms of this influence are socio-psychological; cognitive sciences can provide a methodology for effectively countering deception and manipulation. The study is aimed at media security specialists.

    The article attempts to provide a theoretical and empirical justification for the role of contextual technologies in the formation of an informationally and psychologically safe educational environment, which determines the formation of responsible behavior in the context of the socio-cultural context of multiple reality. On the basis of theoretical analysis, the main risks of personal development of a future specialist are described. A description of the results of an empirical study (2021 – 2024, N=87) showing the role of contextual technologies in the development of the intrapersonal context of the subject of educational activity is presented, determining his activity in the educational process, responsibility in interaction with the outside world, including other people, the choice of methods of intellectual and practical activity, models of social and speech behavior.

    The article addresses the quality of student training amid a shortage of personnel in the information technology sector. It highlights issues related to the preparation of specialized professionals and proposes creating a center for collaboration between universities and industry. This center aims to integrate the educational process with real projects, enabling students to gain practical skills and knowledge essential for successful careers in IT. A phased training process is outlined, where foundational education occurs at the university level, while updated training takes place within companies and project activities. The effectiveness of this integration is analyzed through financial indicators and assessments of educational quality. The findings indicate that implementing this solution improves companies' financial performance by enhancing employee qualifications and reducing training costs for new specialists. Additionally, there is a noted positive trend in the evaluation of educational quality, reflecting an increase in graduates' preparedness. Future development prospects include expanding partnerships with other companies and universities, introducing new educational programs and technologies, and conducting regular research to analyze integration effectiveness.

    The article considers the topical issue of using information technologies in the process of professional training of legal personnel in order to form the level of digital competencies necessary in modern conditions of digitalization of the economy. The approaches of various universities preparing legal personnel to the selection of disciplines that form digital competencies are analyzed. It is especially emphasized that the minimum volume of disciplines that form this type of competence in many universities does not allow training lawyers who have the necessary skills to solve professional problems using modern information technologies. The authors, using the example of the discipline "Criminalistics," proposed an approach to the formation of the required level of digital competencies through the use of information technologies in the process of studying the disciplines of direction and profile. The article substantiates the feasibility of using video materials in lecture classes; holding lectures and conferences accompanied by presentations; mandatory practical training with the help of educational software (computer business and educational games, simulator programs, virtual reality technologies) in the process of studying discipline disciplines and profile, as this contributes not only to more effective assimilation of educational material by students of legal specialties, but also to the formation of the level of digital competencies necessary in modern society.

    The chapter examines the theoretical aspects of the problem of the information literacy formation, as well as significant media qualities of studying youth’s personalities, and their socialization in the context of global informatization of education. Personality is understood as a complex, versatile, and voluminous concept of the inner and social essence of an individual. It is defined as a person who constantly develops his inner qualities in a social environment, manifested in the process of communication. The possibilities of the influence of media environment and media education on the formation of student’s personality and media literacy in architectural, artistic, and technological directions and design are investigated. The process, methodological features, and results of professional and artistic education in the media environment and the real environment were also explored in this article. The author concludes the importance of acquiring media information literacy, critical thinking in the formation of a student's artistic and professional personality, and his successful socialization in the media environment. Socialization in the media environment is viewed as a self-developing professional entry into a new information system with the assimilation of rules and acquisition of knowledge and skills, excluding social risks. The research methodology is based on the interdisciplinary paradigm, the principles of consistency and scientific nature, psychological and pedagogical concepts of personality-oriented education as well as the didactic concept of teaching via digital technologies. The educational technologies described by the author can be applied in teaching art students, architects, art-technologists, and designers.

Didactic teaching principles in the context of design education are outlined. The author's set of propaedeutics exercises is disclosed, which have increasing complexity, coordination of interdisciplinary ties and the development of the emotional sphere of students. The logic of interaction and continuity of disciplines can be traced. Features of training using computer tools and the use of neural networks in training are disclosed.     Development of the EIEE (electronic information and educational environment) is one of the most important topics in modern pedagogical research. This process is currently undergoing a lot of changes and requires its detailed understanding within the framework of pedagogical science, as modern educational programmes for specialists’ training require implementation of innovative digital technologies. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to carry out theoretical analysis and case study in order to systematize this concept in the context of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various sectors of the digital economy. EIEE plays the key role in terms of implementing educational programs for training highly qualified specialists in various areas of digital economy. This paper provides generalized analysis of existing theoretical approaches to the concept of "ecosystem" and considers various views on EIEE’s development. Particular attention is paid to the authors’ approach, which is based on cooperation with industrial partners. In this context, it is proposed to create EIEE through the development of technical specifications, integration of cross-platform solutions and sharing resources. In the course of the study, the author comes to the conclusion that EIEE’s development is an important step towards evolution of educational programmes that meet the requirements of modern digital economy and contribute to training of a new generation of specialists, who are ready for challenges that future presents.
