    Abstract:
    The paper discusses the necessary changes in teacher training that are in demand due to the active implementation of artificial intelligence (AI) in universities of the Russian Federation. These changes are considered on the basis of pedagogical futurology. The comparative significance of AI implementation factors in education is traced, identified for entities responsible for the effective implementation of AI systems and with different levels of readiness for the designated innovations, including: people making decisions on modernizing interactions based on AI, people implementing methodological support and implementation of AI, as well as students that are undergoing training to develop programs and technologies in the field of AI in the near and distant future. The main problems of education development in this article are considered on the basis of the analysis of the obtained experimental data on the predicted expectations and achievable results associated with the use of AI and the transition from traditional algorithms and established scenarios of binary interaction in the educational process to the possible transfer of a significant number of analytical operations and educational functions from humans to digital agents. The article proposes systemic measures for the implementation of predictive activities of subjects of the educational process based on pedagogical futurology, taking into account the expectations of the use of artificial intelligence in education.

    The article examines modern legislative approaches aimed at maximizing the protection of the rights of authors, patent holders, and other intellectual property owners. The authors note that effective protection of intellectual property on the Internet requires international cooperation and further modernization of the legal framework to adequately respond to rapidly evolving technologies and digital threats. The authors conclude that the civil law regulation of intellectual property objects on the Internet is a complex process that requires taking into account the specific features of the digital environment. The Internet, as a global networked information space, poses its own challenges to the legal protection of intellectual property due to the widespread distribution of content and the difficulties of global control and identification of infringers.

    This article examines the experience of an educational institution transitioning to the use of the digital platform ARMBOС for the diagnosis and prevention of suicidal tendencies among adolescents. The advantages of automated processing of the "SPT" and "AViZS" tests are described, as well as the impact of implementing information technologies on the effectiveness of school psychologists’ responses. Existing diagnostic practices, methods, and technologies applied in psychological and pedagogical work are presented. The conclusions are based on the results of a study conducted among students of an anonymous educational institution and an analysis of the dynamics of consultations.

    The article analyzes the problems of forming the essence of professional mobility among university students in non-core areas of training using digital technologies. The relevance of the research topic is due to the fact that irreversible processes of global, global and regional scientific, technological and socio-cultural transformation are currently underway, which should be considered among themselves as a systemic interaction. Digital technologies in their content represent a methodology for applying interrelated methods and means of cybercommunication, which involves increasing the effectiveness of interaction, which implies requirements for professional mobility of university students in non-core areas of training using these technologies. The interest in improving the professional mobility of students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology is due to the qualitative and quantitative processes of informatization. In this regard, the process of searching for new scientific and pedagogical approaches to organizing the training process for professionally mobile specialists is relevant. The paper analyzes the process of formation of the essence of professional mobility among university students in non-core areas of training by means of information technology. The study of the features of the formation of this essence among university students of non-core areas of training by means of digital technologies in the scientific and pedagogical aspect is due to the problematic features of the formation of professional mobility in this category of trainees.

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the problem of forming a multipolar information space and the need to regulate international information security. It analyzes international legal acts regulating information resources. The main attention is paid to the documents adopted by the UN General Assembly and the Council of Europe, which are aimed at combating the criminal use of information technologies and forming a culture of cybersecurity. It is noted that the international community recognizes the importance of information security, but there is a problem of a common understanding of key issues, which complicates the global regulation of this area. In this regard, it is proposed to develop a new universal document at the global level under the auspices of the UN and to unify international legislation in the field of ensuring information security and to develop new regulatory legal acts that can adequately respond to the challenges of the digital age.

    Abstract:
    The chapter considers the issue of criminal-legal protection of information security at the international level. The main attention is paid to the national legislation of the USA, Great Britain, France and Germany in this area. The main regulatory legal acts aimed at ensuring cybersecurity, as well as liability mechanisms for violations in the field of information security are analyzed. Various aspects of information resource protection are considered, including the protection of state secrets, privacy and critical information infrastructure facilities. An analysis of international experience in countering crimes in the field of information security revealed key problems: difficulties in identifying intruders, difficulties in investigating and solving crimes. It is proposed to create an international convention on information security under the auspices of the UN. It is concluded that the regionalization of acts can lead to an increase in attacks from countries that have not signed the agreement. It is important to regulate liability for recording non-public conversations, dissemination of criminally obtained data and fraudulent access to protected information.

    In the modern information society, the development of information literacy is becoming one of the key tasks of school education. Information literacy is the ability to effectively find, analyze, evaluate and use information from various sources. The article discusses current approaches to the formation of this competence among students in grades 5-9. The main strategies for the development of information literacy are presented: integration into the educational process, project-based learning, the development of critical thinking and the use of digital tools. Examples of digital resources and online platforms that can be used by teachers in educational practice are given. Special attention is paid to the diagnosis of the level of information literacy formation and the role of the teacher in its development. The results of the study can be useful to teachers, methodologists and developers of educational programs.

    Abstract:
    This work is devoted to the development of the spheres of individuality of a university student through the integration of an electronic course into the educational process during foreign language classes for the first- and second-year bachelor students of Immanuel Kant Baltic Federal University. The creation of a specially designed course in the electronic information and educational environment (https://eios.kantiana.ru/) is based on a number of principles: individualization and variability of the studying process, practical focus of the educational material. The electronic learning course allows the student to develop spheres of individuality through planning and building an educational route, through the choice of educational material, preparation of creative project works, through monitoring academic progress, and etc. Experimental verification of the exposed hypothesis that the development of the student’s individuality spheres will be quite effective provided that a specially created electronic learning course is implemented into the educational process, allowing to activate all student’s mental processes when studying a foreign language. This verification is realized in accordance with three stages. The obtained results have confirmed the proposed hypothesis about a positive influence of the electronic learning course on the development of spheres of individuality of a student in the process of studying.

    In recent years, we have seen the pace of development of artificial intelligence (AI) increase. AI-based tools are increasingly embedded in professional activities, and people need to adapt to these changes. We've been talking about information overload for decades, and now the environment is even more stressful. Difficulties in maintaining concentration for long periods of time, conscious action, self-organisation and self-regulation are already being experienced in adolescents. The text analyses how AI affects the pace of life, and the problems this causes. Tools for coping are offered, with a focus on coaching as a solution to current challenges. Limitations and opportunities are critically examined through cognitive psychology and research on other approaches. Special attention is paid to data protection methods such as encryption, multi-factor authentication and user training in the basics of cybersecurity. Legislative aspects and standards governing the protection of personal data in the educational environment are also discussed.     Digital technologies make it possible to automate the processes of disinformation and information warfare, launch fakes promptly and on a large scale, organize information interventions to shift public attention from one information agenda to another, to conduct information and psychological operations, and to have a certain impact on the consciousness and behavior of target groups. Fakes circulate not only in pop media and propaganda channels, but also penetrate into journalism, educational content, and scientific discourse, not only as a subject of scientific research, but also as a result of falsification; the phenomenon of fake journalism and journalism that ignores the high standards and principles of the profession has emerged. In the dense flow of rapidly updating information, attentive perception is difficult, it is difficult to distinguish between truth and falsification, and to obtain reliable information about events; Society is under unprecedented pressure from digital media disinformation, undermining trust in social institutions and social communication channels. These circumstances actualize the issues of improving the methodology and tools for verifying information and recognizing fake content in online media. The purpose of the study is to analyze the signs of fake media content and improve methods of countering disinformation in the media space. Results: the goals and motives of fake creators and distributors, signs and technologies of digital content falsification are investigated, approaches to combating fakes and falsification of information in online media are analyzed, the effectiveness of various technologies for detecting fake content and countering its influence is assessed. The concept of a comprehensive system for countering fakes in the digital space is outlined. One of the conclusions of the study is that countering the influence of fake online media content is not limited to technical and regulatory solutions, since the mechanisms of this influence are socio-psychological; cognitive sciences can provide a methodology for effectively countering deception and manipulation. The study is aimed at media security specialists.

    The chapter examines the pedagogical conditions for the use of information communication technologies (ICT) to improve the quality of education for students in universities. The influence of ICT on the educational process is analyzed, key aspects that contribute to the effective implementation of technologies in educational practice are highlighted. Particular attention is paid to methodological approaches, the formation of students' competencies and the development of interactive educational materials. The main advantages of using ICT in educational activities are also described.
