    В работе рассмотрены такие понятия, как «преследование» и «киберпреследование». Стоит сразу оговорить, что понятие «преследование» как девиантное поведение за рубежом еще с начала XX века начали обозначать как «сталкинг», соответственно с появлением современных технологий в период введения и развития информационно-телекомуникационной сети Интернет появились понятия «киберсталкеры», «киберсталкинг», а равно «киберпреследование». Поэтому в представленной работе понятие «преследование» тождественно «сталкингу», также «киберпреследование» равно «киберсталкингу».

    Abstract:
    The article considers the need of educational institutions of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra (on the example of the cities of Kogalym and Langepas) to teach ethnocultural subjects. This problem is also relevant for the region under consideration, where the indigenous small peoples of the North of Khanty, Mansi and Forest Nenets live. The purpose of this work is to study the state of studying the native language and ethnocultural subjects in general education institutions of the Khanty-Mansi Autonomous Okrug – Yugra, the request of parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North for ethnocultural subjects. The tasks of the work are to identify the state of study of the native language and ethnocultural subjects in general education institutions and to determine the need of parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North for ethnocultural subjects. The object of the study was the parents of schoolchildren from among the indigenous small peoples of the North living in the cities of the Autonomous Okrug. The main method of our research is questionnaire. Results: just over half of respondents (50.9%) believe that teaching their native language and subjects with ethnocultural content will to some extent help preserve the traditional culture of the indigenous minorities peoples of the North. Among the respondents in Langepas, pessimistic assessments prevail; in Kogalym (68.9%), the majority of respondents believe in the role of teaching ethnocultural subjects. Only 36.8% of respondents want their children to study ethnocultural subjects at school.

    Abstract:
    In recent years, there has been a boom in the study of history using oral narratives in both Chinese and foreign historiography. Oral history, as a form of historical research, has played a unique role in promoting the popularization of historical knowledge among the public, and in the late 1970s Chinese historians began to study oral history. Over the next three decades, the study of oral history has expanded and deepened, and it has developed into a branch of the historical discipline. History is a discipline with a long tradition, and one that is constantly being updated as human society evolves. Each era has its own historiography, and each era has a different style and philosophy from its predecessors. Modern oral history, as a new form of historiography, inherits traditional historiography, but has developed its own unique characteristics in terms of research philosophy and methodology, and its most distinctive feature is its breakthrough and expansion of traditional historiography in many ways. This is mainly manifested in the extending of the object of research in oral history, the significant increase in the content of research, and the move from a single means of research to multiple forms of research.

Рассматриваются основные этапы исследовательского проекта, нацеленного на изучение жизни и деятельности профессора А.В. Арсентьевой на основе устных источников, характеризуются основные группы воспоминаний об А.В. Арсентьевой, выявляются их особенности, форма хранения и направления использования.

    Abstract:
    Introduction. The strategy for the development of international education 20.30 stimulates the study of the issues in the implementation of digital education around the world. The article discusses current applied and practical issues of digital education that educational management specialists came across. Materials and Methods. The authors research management of digital education through mentoring, mentoring pedagogy and mentoring innovations in traditional learning environments and during the time of crisis. The study presents an applied comparative analysis of the questions of targeted intensities, digital footprint, the SELFIE portal usage features, objectives and technologies for training digital mentors. Results. The research findings show an underutilisation of informal education ideas and technologies in the in the process of training digital mentors. The predominance and stable efficiency in the use of informal education takes place at leading European universities. From the standpoint of a humanistic view, exactly informal education is able to balance and regulate the need for knowledge of technologies of an innovative digital economy and its own individual resource for preserving itself, basic life values, and form digital education informal mentors. Discussion and Conclusion. Why does the mentor of a targeted digital educational intensive have a psychological advantage? Can everyone become a mentor in network communication for the rest, and what are the digital education mentor’s competencies? What contribution can everyone make to the training of the others? The discussion these issues in the context of management strategies for the development of international education, and the implementation of the European plan for the quality of digital education will be useful to for heads of educational organizations, departments of continuing professional education and academic mobility of educators.

    Старший дошкольный возраст является важным этапом подготовки ребенка к школьному обучению. При работе с детьми с общим недоразвитием речи приходится не только преодолевать трудности в овладении лексико-грамматическими, фонематическими навыками, но и корректировать процессы формирования психологической базы речи, включающей долговременную и оперативную память, возможности концентрации и распределения внимания, когнитивные процессы. В статье представлены результаты диагностического исследования, на основании которых были разработаны коррекционно-развивающие мероприятия, направленные на коррекцию слухоречевой памяти старших дошкольников с общим недоразвитием речи.

    В статье рассматривается влияние семьи, в которой воспитывается младший школьник, на формирование его читательской грамотности. В федеральном государственном образовательном стандарте начального общего образования одной из важных задач поставлена работа с семьями обучающихся. Автором проведено исследование уровня читательской грамотности младших школьников, воспитывающихся в семьях с низким социально-экономическим статусом. За основу взята методика международного исследования уровня читательской грамотности PIRLS. Проведённое исследование позволило понять, что в дальнейшем необходимо дополнительно вести учебную работу с выбранным в исследовании контингенте школьников с целью формирования читательской грамотности, что обеспечивают практическую значимость статьи.

    В статье рассматриваются особенности применения инновационных форм очного обучения студентов бакалавриата через SRH-технологию при переходе к e-learning. Автор, подробно раскрывая все элементы модульной структуры инновационной SRH-технологии обучения в offline-формате, описывает опыт использования AR-метода, нетворкинга и хакатона как структурных элементов инновационной общепедагогической авторской технологии при работе в online-формате. В работе приведено сравнение эффективности каждого модуля инновационной педагогической технологии в условиях электронного обучения с экспериментальными данными о применении SRH-технологии при очном обучении и с данными об использовании традиционных форм обучения при переходе к e-learning.
