Based on a survey of teachers who have completed advanced training, data on their motives for teaching are presented. These motifs are systematized by frequency of occurrence, taking into account their internal or external nature.

    Abstract:
    The study is devoted to the problem of high school students’ professional self-determination and its dependence on the development of self-consciousness in this age group. The relevance of the study is associated with the fact that, in early adolescence, the self-concept, reflection, life plans, and the ability to make a conscious career choice are being formed; however, many students still experience difficulties related to awareness, planning, and decision-making. Theoretical analysis made it possible to show that self-consciousness acts as a system-forming mechanism of professional maturity, ensuring the alignment of personal abilities, interests, and the demands of the professional sphere. The empirical study was conducted on a sample of 95 tenth-grade students aged 16–17. The diagnostic instruments used included the Self-Consciousness Scale by A. Fenigstein, M. F. Scheier, and A. H. Buss as adapted by A. V. Bocharov and co-authors, and the Professional Readiness methodology by A.

    Abstract:
    This paper looks at project-based learning (PBL) and how it works in IT higher education today. The main question we tried to answer is whether doing real projects actually helps students become better professionals — not just better exam-takers. We go through the theory behind PBL, look at why it has become so relevant given current industry trends, and build a practical competency framework based on what the literature says. We also talk honestly about what makes PBL hard to implement, because in our view those challenges are just as important as the benefits. The short answer is: yes, PBL works — but only when it is set up properly and connected to real industry needs.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the role of the English language in the educational process of cybersecurity specialists in the context of digital transformation of modern education. The relevance of the study is determined by the widespread of the English terminology in the fields of information technology and cybersecurity. The paper considers the influence of digital educational technologies, online learning platforms and international digital resources on the professional education of students. Close attention is paid to the specifics of using the English terminology in technical documentation, software interfaces and cybersecurity training systems. The results display that knowledge of the special English terminology contributes to the development of student’s professional competencies, increases the effectiveness of training future cybersecurity specialists.

    Abstract:
    This article focuses on the organization of professional training for future primary school teachers to foster a sense of patriotism in young students. The authors explore the pedagogical potential of regionally focused educational content. The article also focuses on the specifics of integrating various approaches to the use of historical, cultural-geographical, and folklore-based content into the professional training of future teachers. Based on a theoretical analysis of the scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers, the authors convincingly revealed the relationship between the development of a sense of patriotism in primary school students and the organization of professional training for future primary school teachers, taking into account the introduction of regional content into the educational process. The authors have developed a theoretical model of professional training of future primary school teachers to develop a sense of patriotism in students based on regional characteristics, which presents the features of integrating the regional component into the educational process of future teachers in order to prepare them to develop a sense of patriotism in primary school students. The article is addressed to the faculty training future teachers, primary school teachers, parents of primary school students, students of pedagogical educational institutions, as well as those interested in the problems of primary general education and the professional training of future specialists.

    Abstract:
    The chapter addresses the problem of creating a modern integrative model for teaching foreign language professional communication, taking into account the requirements of professionalization and specialization. Teaching professional communication is considered as an independent area in the methodology of teaching Russian as a foreign language. The article presents a theoretical justification of the proposed model, characterized by phasing and staging of instruction (in accordance with the Federal State Educational Standard) and level-based content (bachelor's degree, language proficiency levels B1-C1). Modern approaches to modeling the process of teaching professional communication are considered as a synthesis of conceptual provisions of pedagogical and linguodidactic paradigms. The results of linguistic research on metalanguages of various types of professional discourse for educational purposes are clarified. The basic components of the didactic support of the model are identified, and the pedagogical tools for its implementation are characterized. The content of the diagnostic system for assessing the level of communicative competence formation is defined. A system for diagnosing the effectiveness of professional communication language proficiency is proposed, specifying invariant tasks for levels B1-C1. Theoretical methods, content analysis, continuous sampling method, and statistical methods were applied.

Особое внимание уделяется социокультурному аспекту подготовки к открытию собственного дела, поскольку переход к самостоятельной профессиональной деятельности требует не только освоения финансовых, правовых и маркетинговых знаний, но и изменения профессиональной позиции человека. В статье представлены содержание и результаты пилотной апробации дополнительной образовательной программы «Я – предприниматель», реализованной на базе службы занятости города Москвы. Полученные результаты свидетельствуют о положительной динамике предпринимательских компетенций участников, росте уверенности в готовности к самостоятельной занятости и повышении уровня практической подготовленности к открытию собственного дела.

    The chapter presents a theoretical analysis of the concept of resistance in the context of adult learning and its connection to manifestations of subjectivity. Scientific approaches to understanding the nature of resistance have been systematized. The evolution of interpretations of resistance – from classical psychological theories to modern cognitive, motivational, and pedagogical concepts-has been traced. It is shown that resistance may function both as a barrier to learning and as an expression of autonomy, the striving to construct personal meanings of learning, and the preservation of the learner’s identity. The study proposes a conceptualization of resistance as a significant attribute of the manifestation of learner subjectivity in the context of continuing professional education. The practical significance of the research lies in the possibility of applying its findings and conclusions to the design of continuing professional education programs and courses, as well as to the organization of psychological and pedagogical support for adult learners within the university educational process.

It is concluded that values and empathy, on the one hand, contribute to emotional burnout, and on the other hand, they limit it, depending on the professional context and resources of the specialist.     The chapter presents an empirical study of the process of students' self-determination in conditions of social and professional uncertainty. The relevance of the work is due to the increasing instability of the modern world, which poses difficult tasks for young people to build life and professional trajectories. The empirical basis of the study was made up of data from a voluntary anonymous online survey conducted among undergraduate students studying in the humanities. The Yandex Forms platform was used to collect information, which provided: convenience of participation for respondents, wide coverage of the target audience, and speed of data collection. The research toolkit included two components. Validated methods for assessing the components of emotional intelligence: self-awareness; self-regulation; social awareness; relationship management. A developed questionnaire aimed at studying the adaptation features of first-year students at the Faculty of Humanities and Social Sciences.

    The chapter discusses the current problem of digital transformation of the higher physical education system. The author substantiates the need to review approaches to the training of future physical education teachers who, in their professional activities, face a generation of students who grew up in a digital environment. There is a contradiction between the need of educational organizations for teachers who possess modern information and communication technologies, and the lack of development of methods for the formation of such competencies in universities. The chapter analyzes in detail the pedagogical conditions necessary for the successful integration of digital skills into the educational process: the introduction of a digital component in specialized disciplines, the creation of a modern material and technical base, improving the digital skills of teaching staff, as well as strengthening the practical orientation of learning through pedagogical practice and the use of gamification methods. Special attention is paid to the ethical and legal aspects of working with students' personal data and the formation of future teachers' attitudes towards continuous self-education in conditions of rapid technology obsolescence. In conclusion, it is concluded that the formation of digital competencies is a complex, multifaceted task that requires an integrated approach. The implementation of the described conditions will make it possible to train in-demand specialists who are able to effectively interact with students of the "digital generation" and use modern technologies to increase motivation, motor density of lessons and general health promotion of the younger generation.

    The article examines the current problem of professional self-determination of students and the role of higher education institutions, in particular military universities, in the system of career guidance. The article defines the concept of career guidance and describes traditional methods of working with students. The forms and methods of military professional orientation are described in detail. Special emphasis is placed on the effectiveness of the joint work of teachers, officers and cadets, which allows for a comprehensive impact on the formation of youth interest in military professions. In conclusion, the practical results of such activities are listed, such as raising awareness of the profession and forming an informed choice in favor of military service.

    Abstract:
    The article examines the importance of differentiated selection of coaching methods depending on the leading deficit of the client’s request. Based on two anonymized cases from individual coaching practice, different types of client tasks are analyzed: professional self-determination and entrepreneurial procrastination. In the first case, the client was in a situation of professional uncertainty and needed to clarify personal orientations, criteria for searching for a new job, and the image of the future professional self. In the second case, the client already had several areas of activity and understood which ideas were of interest, but faced fatigue, procrastination, self-devaluation, and difficulty bringing actions to completion. Based on the analysis, the article proposes an author’s concept of differentiated structuring of a coaching session. According to this concept, the coach first determines what exactly needs to be structured and only then selects the appropriate techniques.
