    Abstract:
    The creation of a structure for monitoring the quality of education in modern conditions is a necessary and significant management structure for the development of education in educational institutions, ensuring the achievement of real results that are adequate to the modern requirements of society and state standards. One of these transprofessional competences is the information competence of university students.     Abstract:
    The article is devoted to the study of information readiness of psychology students to study in the digital educational environment. The theoretical analysis includes the description of statistical indicators of the study of the problems of the transition of the Russian educational system to dis-tance learning; the description of the relationship between the concepts of digital educational environment and distance learning; the definition of readiness for learning and the structure of information readiness for learning in the digital edu-cational environment; the description of professional potential and the features of its formation in the process of distance learning. The practical part describes the pilot study of part-time and full-time students using the author's questionnaire and the results of this study. Among the distinctive characteristics of information readiness of psychology students are awareness, attitude and tools of the digital educational environment. The same characteristics – the ability to choose sources and select the necessary information from them.

    Abstract:
    In the context of the increasing level of requirements, new re-forms and standards in the modern educational system, teachers experience a significant emotional burden. The professional activity of a university lecturer is accompanied by increased moral responsibility and, consequently, is characterized by a high level of emotional, and in the future, professional burnout. Some socio-psychological and professional features, as well as risk factors for professional burnout of higher school teachers, are noted. The results of the study of the diagnosis of professional burnout of medical university lecturers are presented. It is noted that in specialists who are lecturers and doctors at the same time, professional burnout is more pronounced than in lecturers who are engaged only in pedagogical activities. The factors that mostly cause the process of burnout of teachers are identified: work experience, age, dissatisfaction with work, stress resistance. The recommendations on the implementation of the skills of self-regulation of the emotional state, aimed at preventing the syndrome of professional burnout, are given.

    Abstract:
    The graduate course has become an integral part of the contemporary higher education system, and the personality of the graduate student is scrutinized as a comparatively new phenomenon which is of utmost importance for the organizing of educational process. In order to investigate the professional direction of master's degree students and to identify its level (intensity) a pilot study was conducted which took the form of questionnaires and interviews. As a result, there were revealed five groups of master's degree student in accordance with their professional orientation levels. Understanding and accepting the fact of motivational heterogeneity of graduate students at non-linguistic faculties leads to reconsideration of the part subjects not participating directly in building profession-related competences play, and should be taken into account when personalizing studies during the master’s course.

    The results of a diagnostic study of teachers of the Department of natural Sciences in the process of their remote work with students are present in the article. The study was aimed at identifying the main problems faced by teachers of higher education institutions when working remotely. Based on the results of the research, a program of psychological and pedagogical support for creating a safe educational environment was formed in order to eliminate emerging problems and effectively implement professional activities.     The prevention of occupational burnout among medical students with the use of means and methods of physical culture during their learning period is examined in the article. Occupational burnout, that appears in person's inability to restrain one's emotions which leads to the exhaustion of one's organism, may emerge among specialists of various professions which in most cases leads to psychologic stress. Negative symptoms of professional hazard most commonly appear among medical workers. Same symptoms of occupational burnout may also apear among medical students during their learning period. This burnout build-up and the lack of preventative activities lead to serious consequences for students including suicidal thoughts.
