  • Development of professional abilities depending on age stages

    Abstract:
    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

    Abstract:
    The purpose of the article is to analyze the existing approaches to the professional training of folk singers, to identify the necessary approaches for concretizing professional competencies, taking into account the specifics of professional activity and the national and regional specifics of the folklore material of the Volga region, in particular the Chuvash cultural tradition. The material for the study includes normative documents, theoretical works of leading scientists, methodological works of practicing teachers and personal experience of performing and teaching. Based on the method of theoretical analysis, the definition of professional competencies is given as the ability and willingness of students to apply knowledge, skills, experience and personal qualities in accordance with the professional and creative activity in the folk performing arts. It was revealed that the main goal of the implemented approaches in the professional training process is aimed at developing competencies for working with folk song material, vocal and stage work, pedagogical and scientific work. The use of the ethno-cultural approach in the training of folk singers is one of the main ones, the implementation of which allows supplementing the educational standard by determining the content of professional training, taking into account the regional specifics of folklore material, the local folk song tradition, and the characteristic features of the national manner of performance.

    Abstract:
    The chapter is devoted to the problems of formation of professional sense of justice of lawyers, that receiving education in the system of departmental universities. There is a tendency to reduce the overall level of culture and to increase infantilism, the existence of gaps in the moral consciousness of a significant part of young people. These factors have a negative impact on the formation of professional legal awareness of the law enforcement system’s future employees. A particularly disturbing tendency is the crisis of the national identity of this part of the youth, since law enforcement officers, at the time of their professional duties, act on behalf of the state. As a means of overcoming these negative aspects, a system of state-patriotic education is proposed, designed to develop a sense of national pride and professional responsibility.

    Abstract:
    In the chapter the necessity and possibility of application of digital tools in the higher school for the organization of the educational process directed on formation of professional kinds of activity, connected with designing and carrying out of a modern physics lesson, is proved. Methodological basis of the study was the psychological and pedagogical theory of activity, the basic laws which are formulated by the well-known domestic psychologist P.Ya. Galperin. A system of digital educational resources aimed at the formation of abilities to design and conduct lessons in which students create concepts about a physical phenomenon, a physical object, a physical quantity, establish scientific facts and discover physical laws, as well as apply the acquired knowledge in specific situations was developed. The structure and the contents of electronic educational resources realized in electronic educational environment of higher educational institution in the course "Methods of teaching physics" are presented. They include information block, block of formed kinds of activity, block of educational-methodical materials, forum and control. The advantages of the educational process organization with the use of electronic educational resources are proved and the results of long-term pedagogical experiment in the implementation of the developed model of e-learning are presented.

    The chapter reveals some specific aspects of the study of Ancient Greek heritage by students of Ural State Forestry University (Yekaterinburg) studying in the field of tourism in the course of "Stylistic Concepts in World Art". The authors draw the following conclusion: using the example of mastering and reinterpreting the artistic heritage of Ancient Greece by artists, sculptors, masters of different nations and times, it is possible to successfully form knowledge, abilities and skills, competencies of future tour guides during professional training, because in this way they develop intellect, broaden outlook, develop communication abilities, the ability to prepare material for audio, video and virtual tours.

    For a long time, higher education in Russia was organized within the framework of the Bologna system «bachelor's-master's». However, the implementation of the FSES HE according to foreign standards did not give the desired effect, since domestic organizations were not interested in graduates of domestic universities, as in professionals. As a result, higher education ceased to exist as a professional education, and society lost the specialists it needed in the person of university graduates who were trained as bachelors. At the same time, the Federal State Educational Standards of Higher Education were constantly «improved», since they did not provide the necessary quality of training for university graduates. However, such a reform, «squeezed» by the framework of the Bologna system, did not take into account the needs of the domestic economy, Russian organizations in the specialists they needed. At the same time, a large number of commercial universities appeared that did not train specialists, but earned money from it. And today, even in many state universities there is a set of students for paid education, as a result of which not all talented young people can enter a university, since there are not enough budget places for them, and those who can pay for education go to paid education. The author emphasizes the need to ensure the technological and economic independence of Russia, which cannot be provided without the appropriate organization of students' education in domestic universities. And this must be done urgently and without «looking back» to foreign «wishes».

    Modern economic development of Russia determines the reforming of vocational education system and production in accordance with innovative technological equipment. The dual system is the most common form of personnel training which combines theoretical training (in Russia 40%, in Germany 20–25%) in educational institutions and the industrial training (75–80%) at enterprises. 96% of young people who completed dual training got a job at enterprises.

    Abstract:
    В данной статье рассмотрен материал по теме профессиональной деструкции педагогов образовательных учреждений. Вопрос о воздействии специальности на личность многократно появлялся у исследователей, но актуален он и сейчас и остается до конца не выясненным. В результате анализа психолого-педагогической литературы по указанному вопросу обобщили, что при уменьшении адаптационных способностей и силы сопротивления негативному воздействию окружающей среды скапливается утомление, снижается уровень работоспособности и производительности труда, что означает снижение качества и результативности деятельности учителя. Профессиональной деформации подвержены специалисты всех без исключения профессий, но наиболее уязвимыми являются работники образования, чья профессиональная деятельность относится к социальной сфере, характеризующейся интенсивностью межличностных взаимодействий и чрезмерной эмоциональной напряженностью.

    The chapter discusses the topic of the possibility of increasing professional motivation in the process of group counseling and suggests one of the options for the consultation program. The relevance of the study of group consultations as a means of increasing the professional motivation of retail employees is dictated by the peculiarity of the conditions of the modern market, where the demand for personnel significantly exceeds the supply. A study was conducted on the basis of an organization engaged in retail trade. 30 people took part in the experiment. In the course of the work, the theoretical and methodological foundations and approaches in the direction of studying motivation in general and staff motivation in particular were studied. The author has developed and tested a program of group psychological counseling in order to increase the professional motivation of the organization's staff. As a result of the formative experiment, it was possible to develop in the group participants a desire to master new knowledge, change their attitude to increased requirements, be interested in responsible and difficult tasks, take responsibility in work and decision-making, develop purposefulness and perseverance in achieving goals, increase the desire for professional growth.

    Economists exercise power over those they serve by virtue of their intellectual monopoly on a subject of vital importance to society. Many economists today also wield considerable institutional power. Economic interventions, as a rule, bring both the expected harm and benefit. Economists work in a world of epistemic insufficiency, which implies the risk of unforeseen harm. Each of these statements does not cause any doubts. The chapter examines the problem of the fact that each proposal individually and, of course, all of them together imply the obligation of the profession to solve professional ethical problems that economic practice entails. The profession of an economist has too much influence today to allow its further resistance to serious interaction with professional ethics.

    Chapter of the monograph reflects the problems of training specialists of a new creative type, who are distinguished by a high level of professionalism, who are ready for professional and creative self-realization, who have a need for constant professional and personal development and growth. Professional and creative self-realization was not previously considered as a value-target reference point for the professional training of specialists in the field of culture, which makes our study relevant, given the current priorities of higher education. The model of the process of training specialists in the sphere of culture for professional and creative self-realization developed by the author is built in accordance with the logic of a holistic approach in the unity of its internal structure (goal – content – means – result). In the process of implementing the model, a gradual increase in the quality of formation of the studied readiness was carried out. In the system of pedagogical means to form the readiness of specialists for professional and creative self-realization, innovative technologies (playing, projective, creative) are leading. The implementation of these technologies contributed to the acquisition of experience in personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization by future specialists in the field of culture. The special course «Theory and methods of training specialists for professional and creative self-realization» developed by the author is aimed at summarizing and mobilizing the knowledge of a block of general professional and special disciplines, developing special professional abilities (projective, pedagogical, creative) of professional qualities (creativity, general professional competence, competitiveness), as well as the gradual formation of readiness for personal, professional and professional-creative self-realization.

    The article presents the results of students' project-research activities carried out within the work of the scientific circle and project gas pedal of the Department of Human Resources Management at Volga Region Institute of Management named after P. A. Stolypin – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. P.A. Stolypin Volga Institute of Management – branch of Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration. The aim of the article is to study and analyze the models of professionalism of managerial activity of famous Russian and Soviet statesmen in the research-historical retrospective. The material of the manuscript is an experimental approbation of the method of reconstruction of the psychological profile of famous historical figures. In particular, the famous Soviet aircraft designer S.P. Korolev. The methods of research include the analysis and synthesis of biographical and autobiographical material, questioning of experts with the help of standardized interviewing techniques. Also, the article considers in detail the stages of professional development according to E.A. Klimov, including 8 phases. R.M. Belbin's «Group Roles» test identified the dominant roles in team interaction. By the method of Fetiskin, V.V. Kozlov, G.M. Manuilov styles of professional-activity communication were revealed, psychodynamics was measured by A. Bass and A. Darkey questionnaire. Conclusions on the set of competencies and psychological characteristics that ensure the successful implementation of professional activity are presented as the results of the study. In particular, the thesis about the uniqueness of the biographical contour that forms an individual managerial style is expressed.
