The terms of scrum technology in the system of projective training of future journalists are defined, the structural elements and content of the technology are outlined in the light of its innovative potential.

    Abstract:
    The modern system of journalistic education assumes a focus on rapid adaptation in the professional activities of future journalists with the formation of a number of competencies that allow a specialist in the field of media activity to respond to major challenges. This provision actualizes the need for new approaches to the formation of professional qualities of a future journalist. They should determine the trajectories of development and self-development of creative and professional potential, professional mobility and competitiveness of future journalists. Based on the monitoring of the main bachelor's, master's and postgraduate educational programs for 2004–2024, implemented at Kazan Federal University, the author identifies the main patterns of the educational process and the degree of application of socially significant activities in the concept of education of future journalists. Within the framework of a systematic approach and taking into account the fact that journalistic activity as socially oriented includes varieties of socially significant activities, is an organizational property of a personality reflecting its unity, the grounds for its application as the main subject of educational activity of future journalists in the format of projective activity were determined. This technology is provided by a system-targeted approach to the projective activity of students and their prosocial activity / media activity, which makes it possible to identify in this technology a variety of composition; hierarchical structure; versatility and identify the principles of its organization: diversity; hierarchy; integrity; communication; dynamic development. The future journalist's projective activity in solving socially significant problems is based on integrativity, normativity, value orientation, and creativity in the implementation of two main pedagogical conditions: the development of the axiological potential of the future journalist's personality and the actualization of the student's subjective position.

В статье представлен практический опыт функционирования медиацентра, в котором идет сотрудничество детей и взрослых, воспитанников и родителей. Приведен перечень необходимых программ для создания качественного контента. В результате работы старшие дошкольники, погрузившись в неизведанный мир телевидения, радио, мультипликации с его внутренним содержанием, познакомившись с малоизвестными и привлекательными для них профессиями: журналист, фотограф, редактор, диктор, оператор, а также с их орудиями труда, приобрели навык – ясно, четко, понятно изъясняться; преодолели робость, стеснительность, повысили самооценку, раскрыли свой творческий потенциал.

    Спортивная журналистика – это важный элемент медиасферы, который оказывает значительное влияние на общественное мнение и формирование образа спорта в обществе. Однако, как и любая другая сфера деятельности, спортивная журналистика сходится с рядом этических проблем. В статье исследуются этические проблемы, с которыми сталкивается современная российская спортивная журналистика. В условиях стремительного развития информационных технологий и увеличения количества медийных платформ, журналисты вынуждены принимать быстрые решения, что может вести к нарушениям этических норм и стандартов. В статье рассматриваются ключевые аспекты, такие как стратегии представления информации: подходы к освещению спортивных событий и их влияние на общественное мнение; влияние коммерческих интересов: Как финансирование со стороны спонсоров и спортивных организаций влияет на независимость журналистов; феномен «утечек» информации: Этические дилеммы, связанные с использованием конфиденциальных данных и слухов; ответственность журналистов: Профессиональные стандарты и их соблюдение в свете современных вызовов и давления со стороны аудитории. В результате анализа были выявлены рекомендации по улучшению этической практики в спортивной журналистике, включая необходимость обучения журналистов, внедрение этических кодексов и повышение прозрачности в отношениях со СМИ и спортивными организациями.

    This article explores the transformation of China's media landscape, highlighting the shift from traditional news outlets to the emergence of new media platforms. Historically, news dissemination in China was dominated by state-controlled media organizations, limiting public participation and freedom of expression. However, with the advent of the internet, social media, and online news portals, the Chinese population now has unprecedented access to information and the ability to engage in public discourse. The rapid growth of social media platforms and the rise of online news portals have challenged the traditional notion of news reporting and provided more diverse perspectives. Nonetheless, the government's censorship efforts and control of content raise concerns about freedom of expression. This article concludes by discussing the challenges and opportunities presented by the evolution of media in China.

    В статье исследуется личный практический опыт автора статьи в преподавании дисциплины «Новостная журналистика» в Московском государственном институте культуры. Основной проблемой современного информационного пространства является наличие огромного количества недостоверной информации, и задача педагога состоит в объяснении одного из главных принципов новостной журналистики – информировать людей, а не формировать их мнение. Автор приходит к выводу, что новостные тексты должны быть написаны максимально просто и понятно. Если новостной материал интересен школьнику, значит, успех гарантирован и у более взрослой аудитории.

    Статья посвящена Людмиле Алексеевне Васильевой, одному из выдающихся журналистов и учёных Дальнего Востока. Её послужной список охватывает сотрудничество с газетами «Комсомольская правда», «Известия», «Российская газете» (ДВ представительство), «Независимая газета» (собкор по Приморскому краю), работу спич-райтером мэра города, в оперативной пресс-службе администрации Владивостока, в пуле губернатора Приморского края, в Приморском комитете радио и телевидения. Она более 50 лет преподаёт журналистику в вузах Владивостока (ДВГУ, ДВФУ), внесла ощутимый вклад в теорию и практику журналистики. Признание её мастерства отмечено грамотами, благодарственными письмами и высокой государственной наградой. 12 августа профессор отметила 80-летний юбилей.

  • The Book Chamber of the Chuvash Republic as the Custodian of the Writing and Ethnic Culture

    Abstract:
    The article reveals the history of the creation and main functions of the Book Chamber of the Chuvash Republic (in 2000–2012 – the State Press Archive), which in 2013 became part of the National Library of the Chuvash Republic. The purpose of the article is to reveal the significance of the Book Chamber of the Chuvash Republic as the main center for collecting and storing printed materials about Chuvashia and the Chuvash people, regardless of the place of publication. On the basis of the chronological method, the role of printed materials in the Chuvash language in the preservation of the ethnic culture of the titular people has been studied. It was revealed that the Book Chambers as institutions with a special legal regime existed in 5 points of the Russian Federation: in Moscow, in the republics of Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, Chuvashia and Karelia. Their funds were used in scientific and publishing developments, preparation of materials for publication and for reprints. At present, the main activities of the Department of the Book Chamber are the acquisition, accounting and preservation of the fund of printed documents; state registration of printed documents in the Chuvash Republic, preparation of state bibliographic and statistical information; information and bibliographic services for users; methodological support of editorial and publishing activities of the mass media, publishing and printing enterprises of the republic; creation of a bibliographic database of articles «Chuvashik»; preparation and publication of the state bibliographic index «Chronicle of the press of the Chuvash Republic».
