    The article constructs a psychological portrait of a technical university student and analyzes the configuration of students’ individual, personal and subjective qualities. The results of a theoretical analysis of the psychological characteristics of student age are described, a number of approaches in modern psychological science that reveal their content are considered. The results of a psychodiagnostic study of students' subjective control, life-meaning orientations, level of reflexivi-ty, rationality and risk-taking are presented. The subjective position of students in the process of professionalization is considered as a determinant of profes-sional self-determination.

    Abstract:
    In the context of the modern super-technological, technofetishist paradigm, the category of corporeality is fundamentally transformed, and the phenomenon of the body is increasingly conceptualised and interpreted through notions of formless, structureless formations that exist as a configuration of surfaces (screen body, antibody, body without organs, zero body, body without space). In the context of a technologised, digital environment, with the development and spread of transhumanist ideas, a number of philosophical problems become particularly relevant, among them going beyond the limits of the human, the body's detachment from its own topography, and the elusiveness of subjectivity. This article attempts to describe these metamorphoses on the example of Julia Ducournau's film "Titan", based on the concept of utopianisation of the body proposed by Michel Foucault in 1966 as part of the radio programme "French Culture".

Доказано, что долгосрочная программа, в которой участвовали воспитатели и где они получали комплекс психолого-педагогических воздействий, улучшила не только собственно уровень их субъективного благополучия, но и уровень основных показателей психологической безопасности образовательной среды, в частности удовлетворенности и референтности.

    Based on the sociocultural method, the essence of teaching in its correlation with apprenticeship was revealed; the prerequisites for the intention of enlightenment in Russian history are clarified. The poet is considered as a kind of Teacher of the people. The poet teaches to be a person and individuality. As a result of the study, it is concluded that the intention of enlightenment expresses the traditional nature of society and, at the same time, the desire of Russian society for rationalization and modernization based on the formation of a personal principle.

    The purpose of the study was to identify the problematic area of activity of state authorities to counter terrorism among the population in the Primorsky Territory. As a result of the study, it was found that the ongoing preventive measures to counter terrorism among the population of the region are not able to reduce the number of registered crimes of a terrorist nature. Based on the results obtained, it is recommended that the state program of Primorsky Krai «Safe Land» include measures related to monitoring the situation, identifying and eliminating factors that contribute to the emergence and spread of the ideology of terrorism.

    Abstract:
    The problem of the development of the abilities of the subject of activity is of actual importance, which is determined by the following paradox: despite the widespread use of the concept of abilities, the question of their essence and mechanisms of development remains open. A proven methodological approach is the systemogenesis of activity and abilities, developed by V.D. Shadrikov. Taking this theory as a basis, we assumed that Age stages can act as determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals. Psychological analysis of the professional activity of a railway driver made it possible to identify a specific structure of professional abilities: general ability to coordinate body movements, the ability of sensorimotor reaction of the hand and eyes, the ability of stability and switching attention, the ability of technical thinking. Instrumental methods for diagnosing these abilities were used, but the examination procedure was carried out after the subjects' trip to a specialized, a simulator complex that simulates various modes of train control. Experimental studies have shown that the development of professional abilities of qualified specialists is consistent with the pattern of uneven development of mental functions. It has been established that the earlier the age stages of a professional, the faster the speed of reaction, processing of information at the level of abilities is implemented more successfully. It is proved that, depending on the age stages of the subject, various structures of professional abilities are formed under the influence of regulatory requirements of activity. The later the age stage of the professional, the more holistic, with a higher degree of integration the structure is formed professional abilities. The dynamics of the development of the structure of professional abilities is characterized by the fact that abilities acquire operational features, narrow technical specialization, an optimal and sufficient measure, which contributes to an increase in the integration of abilities depending on the age of the subject of activity. A high degree of integration of abilities, inherent in the late age stages of professional development, is manifested in the successful result of activity, the development of skill and creativity. It is proved that age stages are determinants that determine the development of the abilities of qualified professionals.

В статье проводится анализ значимости образовательного процесса и его значения в современном государстве. Автором проанализированы исследования и выделены основные компоненты субъектности обучающихся. Рассмотрены основные этапы реализации субъектной позиции обучающегося. В заключение автор приходит к выводу о роли субъектной позиции обучающихся в образовательном процессе и предлагает возможные способы решения проблем развития субъектной позиции учащихся.

    В статье рассматривается проблема реализации статей ФЗ №44 и №223 относительно субъектов малого предпринимательства, социально-ориентированных некоммерческих организаций. На основании аналитических отчётов проведён обзор выполнения статей Законов и то, как он на развитие малого предпринимательства и СОНКО. Исследование показало, что имеются определённые проблемы реализации статей ФЗ №223. Наблюдается определённая специфика по количеству заключенных контрактов и размещённых извещений для СМП и СОНКО.
